Fresh's chapstick/lip gloss is the ONLY one I can use.  For some reason other brands make my lips peel.  I have very sensitive lips/skin.
Their brown sugar cologne is soooooo yummy and their Brown Rice oil that also smells of brown sugar is ammmaaaaaazing.  The feel of it, the smell...delicious!
WIsh they were cheaper but I guess you get what you pay for.

I've been going to Fresh for facials and their facial products for a few years and even though I live 30 mins away I find myself coming back to this uptown location again and again for their facial treatments!  The Soho location is also nice but only has 1 room so it books up very quickly.

The price tag might seem a little scary ($125) but honestly it's a great deal; every penny you pay can be used towards a Fresh product, so essentially as a regular Fresh user when I know I'm running out of a couple of products I book myself a facial, which essentially leads to me getting the $125 in products + a free facial.

There are two rooms in the back Spa area, both of which are very modern, with soft lighting, quiet spa music and a super-relaxing smell (they burn their own candles in each of the rooms and in the store itself).  Once you are situated in a fluffy towel, your facialist enters the room and goes over the types of treatment you'll have (usually a mix of their products including, face wash, exfoliant, moisturizing / firming masque, eye masque, moisturizer, though not in that exact order) and then you have a blissful 45 mins.  Usually this includes a shoulder, neck and hand massage all of which are wonderful.

Once your facial is complete they give you time to freshen up, drink some water and then come out to the store to pick out your products.  Note if you're going straight from the spa to dinner/drinks; they have a minimal make-up bar that you can use after your treatment, though your skin will be glowy so you'll really only need a little mascara :)

I find that I can book a facial about a week in advance with very minimal problems.  If you're in the area and walk-in, you may be able to get an appointment that day, depending on availability.

One note is that they do not believe in extractions or peels, so if that's what you are looking for you will not be satisfied.

I've never set foot in the Fresh store or had bought any products prior to my appointment.  Of course, I'd seen their lip treatment at Sephora but that was pretty much all I knew about the brand.  After filling out the questionnaire, I was whisked to the back of the store into a cute little room.  There was also a shower in the room, but other than that, your basic treatment room.  If I didn't already mention how amazing the store smelled, well now you know, and the room smelled just as amazing.  Thank goodness the bed was heated.

After changing and climbing in, I enjoyed the spa music for a bit until the therapist (and coincidentally the assistant manager) came in.  She explained to me that should wouldn't explain the products she was using on me during the treatment, but instead afterwards so that I could fully relax.  The products smelled delicious and I couldn't believe how amazing the facial felt (the treatment lasted 45 minutes), even if there wasn't any extractions.  While one of the masks were on, I had also received a neck, arm, & hand massage that had left me feeling more relaxed.

After getting changed, I made my way back into the storefront to pick out the products I get with the treatment.  What's awesome about Fresh is that however much you spend on your treatment, you get back in product.  While I shopped for $50 (because of the extended SPA WEEK!) worth of product, they also gave me a glass of champagne to enjoy.  Spoiled and I loved it.

The overall treatment made me fall in love with Fresh.

This FRESH location has their ESPACE, which is their own spa in the back.

    FRESH APPLESEED RESURFACING KIT
-This location offers a mini "facial" with no extraction, if you purchase this item from them.  They will gladly put this on your face for you or you can just do this yourself in the comfort of your own home.

This product is fairly new-being the fact that this product has only been out for a year.  I have always loved their products and this is why I didn't hesitate when I decided to purchase this product from them.

I am here just to rave about how good this products is for your face.  I do LOVE everything from Fresh, but currently this is my jam.

I cannot express to you how much I freaking love this product - you guys seriously just need to try it out for yourself.

Your skin will love you and so will your significant other!!!!

    XOXOXOXOXOXO FRESH APPLESEED RESURFACING KIT
ME LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me explain what this product does for your skin.  It's a three step process and it's totally safe and gentle for your skin.  Do not worry, you Sensitive skin people out there - it's totally great for people who are sensitive too!

This product exfoliates your skin and removes all the dead skin that's on top of the epidermis.  Yes, you can scrub your face, but this product takes your skin to a whole other level.

You're suppose to switch between days of exfoliation and doing the Appleseed.

I recommend switching days with Sugar Face Scrub, Rose Face Scrub, or the Honey Scrub from Fresh.

IT'S THE BEST AND LIKE I SAID THIS IS MY CURRENT JAM!!!!!

Winter is dry skin season.  Fresh products keep me moisturized and baby soft!  My eyes lit up like a Christmas tree when we were walking around the hood and I saw the store!

This store is bigger than it appears.  The women who work here are very nice and helpful about making product suggestions based on your needs.  My personal favorites are the Milk and Nectarine lines of moisturizers and body wash, Brown Sugar Body Scrub (my savior in the winter), Brown Sugar Fask Mask.

The packaging on the soaps are very well done.  This is a great place to buy a gift for girls who enjoy pampering.

The Cannabis cologne is pretty yummy too.

I just had an amazing facial at Fresh.  I went for spa week, and it was only $50 for a facial treatment (normally $125) and you can use that amount towards purchase of any of their products.  All facials are non-invasive.  The facial specialist was friendly and very knowledgable, giving me great advice!

Only downside is that you feel a bit pressured to buy more than just 1 product.  That definitely puts you over their $50 limit with products ranging from $38 to $85 each.  Still, with facials typically costing $100 anyway, this was well worth it.

Note: Their Spa Week deal lasts only until the end of May.

I just had a facial at the third ave location (spa is in the back) - the store is bigger than it looks! - and I loved it! At first I was a bit skeptical because they didn't do extractions but it was a 60 minute facial. The spa room was actually really relaxing and the bed had a heated pad for your feet, which I haven't experienced before, so I thought that was nice. Nadia, the woman doing my facial, was super sweet and very encouraging about my skin (usually people try to up sell me add ons cause I have combo/oily skin). She scrub, exfoliated and used three masks on my face and when I was finished my skin was baby soft! Even my nose looked great without any extractions. I was pleasantly surprised.

The best part is all the facials and body treatment prices are redeemable in their products, so I picked up a little soy starter kit and the excellent exfoliator and I was done! It was like getting a free facial. Plus they give you samples of anything that she used on you that you decide not to buy. They aren't pushy about selling at all.

Very friendly, great service. I would totally recommend!

It's a little on the pricey side but I love this store anyway. Everything smells amazing and the products really are of a higher quality. The lavender coriander soap my sister bought had lavender oil practically seeping through the paper it was wrapped in (would have made a great gift, the soaps are beautifully packaged).
Store associates were very friendly but not pushy.

I love their products and perfumes. Their shampoos and conditioners are also great. Their customer service is also very good. Too bad they discontinued most of their make-up.

I don't get this place.  Yeah it's nice and cute inside, but $55 for a small tub of face wash.  Really?  And, $250 for lotion.  I mean come on -- I like high-end products just as much as the next girl, but this place is just exorbitantly overpriced.  Even a bar of soap is $14 and a candle for $48?!  I have a hard time paying this amount of money for something that just gets washed away.

Also, I had a facial here, and although it was nice and relaxing, I don't think it was worth the money.  It was just a series of different lotions being slapped onto my face then steamed off (no extracting and no scrubbing of old skin).  I don't notice any difference in my skin except it's now peeling.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and nice.  I'd rate staff a 5*, but then again they have to talk customers into buying $50 tubes of lotions and scrubs...

So many incredible smelling bath and body products. I pretty much wanted everything in the store. Unfortunately, everything in the store is really expensive ($13 for a bar of soap). I sampled several body sprays and perfumes that smelled absolutely amazing. I purchased a Lavender and Coriander scented soap which was packaged in stunningly beautiful paper. It's a luscious soap that foams really nicely although I wish it left my skin scented, sadly it doesn't. They also carry make-up. The employee that was assisting me was friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. Great place to indulge in amazing aromatherapy bath products.

Love this line and this particular store has a good crew running it. Gotta have my sugar lip treatment and Lemon Sugar fragrance.

Pricey but gorgeous makeup line and good skin care.

I loooooove Fresh! Their products are just amazing and "Sake" is my all time favorite fragrance. I went in there last week to look for other Sake scented products and they only had Sake hair cream. (Which I bought. Although, it doesn't quite smell like the perfume, it still smells good and works great.) I talked to the salesperson to see if they had any Sake body lotion and although they don't make one currently, she gave me their suggestion line email address for me to write in. So I did. They got back to me right away acknowledging my suggestion. I really hope they do create Sake body lotion because I love this scent. The Sugar Lip Treatment and Soy Facial Cleansers are also my faves!! Overall, I was happy with their friendly and helpful service.

I walked in and was greeted by such friendly salespeople.  I was just looking around while waiting for my boyfriend who was across the street at Schwab. I wasn't looking for anything in particular yet the salesgirl was eager to show me the makeup and skin products. She talked to me about my skin and even did an exfoliating treatment on my face. She also showed me the makeup and put some on. She was very friendly and didn't push any of the products on me. She even gave me a sample of the moisturizer that is $250 so I could try it before I bought it. I like the products but the salespeople are what erally gave this place a five!

Exceedingly friendly atmosphere. Went there for a facial and woman did an excellent job. She only used Fresh products on me which was also a great chance to try out products. Sales push is minimal and I am still very happy with the things that were recommended to me.

Their fragrences are natural, simple and intoxicating. I was looking for a new perfume and sampled tons of fragrences over a period of months. I kept coming back to Fresh. I love their lotions, soaps and perfumes. Favs: Sandalwood Vert and V-tonic body cream (not oily, but silky). And I am sucker for their packaging.

I first discovered Fresh at the Hotel VItale in SF  it was the product provided by the hotel, props to them. The soy and rice shampoo are amazing can't get enough of the stuff. Great for color treated or permed hair leaves my hair silky, soft and bouncy. The store by Union Square is cute and the staff is always super friendly.
