I found the Fresh folks on Yelp, after pricing out a few options. I loved Sandra and her team when I met them and they were willing to work around our crazy lives: one of us needed to live in the apt DURING the staging, we could only be there at certain times, etc. etc.
We had a partial staging done and it turned out LOVELY. Our realtor, who had never worked with the Fresh team, was extremely impressed and everyone who saw our place oohhhed and ahhhhed.
But I'd say the proof is in the pudding. Even in this "buyer's market" we sold our condo in three weeks flat. I'm officially a believer in staging--and especially the Fresh team.

Started my stager shopping on Yelp. Fresh is one of the few with multiple five-star reviews and they deserve all the praise they have received.
Sandra and Kathryna are professional, communicative and easy to work with. They also have amazing skill.
Before hiring stagers, I entertained the thought of staging on my own. After seeing their work, I know now that I could not do in ten years what they pulled off in a day-and-a-half. The place looks amazing and has received nothing but glowing remarks from all who have seen it.

I absolutely loved working with Sandra and Kathryna! We decided to sell our home while still living in it with a 6 month baby, not an easy situation - but S&K sure made it easy! We had 3 different stagers come out to do estimates and we just really "clicked" with S&K like with nobody else. LIke another reviewer said, they are not bargain basement cheap - but their price is competitive and fair for what you get.
Sandra and Kathryna were professional and easy going at the same time - not that common in the real estate world! Since we were doing partial staging, they went through and told us which pieces of furniture we should keep and which ones we should move to storage. I felt their recommendations made the space look fantastic, at the same time keeping it livable for us - they let us keep the TV (score!) and barely touched the baby's room (they said they don't like to disturb the baby's environment, which I very much appreciated). When we had minor hiccups after the installation with one of the pieces, they were right on it and helped us resolved the problem ASAP. Their vendor recommendations are also excellent and very much appreciated. I loved that the used fresh flowers and plants - I really hate fake looking plants when visiting open houses.
I have no doubt that staging our property with Fresh helped us attract a buyer and sell quickly for a good price. -

It was amazing working with Sandra and Kathryna! They helped my client with a very last minute project and did an outstanding job. His home sold within a week of the staging!! They literally transformed the living space from a bare-bones condo to a warm, beautifully designed home, and didn't leave out any details. I would recommend them for any job big or small, they have a wonderful eye for design and are a true pleasure to work with.

I love these guys!!
My husband and I sold our home in SF almost two years ago - and in all honesty FRESH was the sole enjoyable transaction of the selling process. They assessed our property, talked with us about our situation (we had a duplex and we were living in one of the units while it was staged), and delivered 100%. We met with several staging companies and found FRESH to be the best value and fit for us. By no means are they bargain basement cheap, but they did come in at about 40% less than the stager our realtor recommended (wow!), and they had a style approach and personality that meshed much better with ours - very no nonsense, respectful and practical. Plus they were always super responsive!
We would definitely use these guys next time we sell and highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of a staging company. Honestly, I have nothing but praise for Sandra and Kathryna - it was a joy to work with them! -

I can't say enough about Kathryna, Sandra and Fresh Home Staging! Their "partial stage" of my condo was amazing! They creatively transformed my condo into beautifully defined rooms. There were three other condos for sale in the same complex and open during the same weekend as my open house - none of which were staged. My realtor told me that almost every single person that came into my unit was visibly impressed - and many stated how much my unit stood out from the others. I firmly believe that staging my home drove not only multiple bids, but also a sale price that was higher than asking. I used them again when I sold my San Francisco condo. I am sure it was their professionalism, design creativity and attention to detail that enabled me to receive top dollar during a difficult seller's market. I truly enjoyed working with these ladies and I highly recommend them!

Kathryna and Sandra are great. I have used them on 3 listings now - 2 of them were my own property. In SF, staging your property to sell it for top dollar is almost mandatory - especially in this market. Buyers are really picky. FRESH will make your place look smashing. Their cost is quite reasonable - there are cheaper outfits out there but remember you get what you pay for. No sense in being cheap over $500-$1000 or so when it adds many more $1000s to your sales price. Their furnishings and accessories are high quality and - well - fresh looking. I could describe the style as kind of more contemporary, not really Pottery Barn-ish but agreeable to most people. And they place their stuff nicely in your home to maximize space and flow. Go with Fresh. You can't go wrong here.

I have used FRESH twice now for staging and both times they did an incredible job. Sandra and Kathryna have a wonderful sense of design and color, lovely furniture, true attention to detail, and they are very professional. Both times they had us questioning whether we should be moving back in instead of selling. We really gave them no direction, allowing them to do what they thought best for the house, and they did not disappoint. Everyone commented on how amazing the property was (it really did look great), and no small part of that was due to the work of these two women. They really know how to show off a home's best features.
If only if I could find an interior designer with the same talent... -

Sandra and her team at FRESH were absolutely amazing! I could not see their vision or the potential for staging, but I immediately felt comfortable with Sandra and trusted her. The SF real estate market is challenging, and I wanted everything to be perfect. Of course, many things go into selling a house, but Sandra made my house a home, comfortable looking and move-in ready, great attention to detail, and they were a pleasure to work with. Committed to a time schedule and kept to it. I received two offers over asking the first day, and Sandra was a huge contribution to the success. When I sell again, I will use FRESH!
