Had my first facial in many years with Jesseca last night, and she did a wonderful job- I didn't really know what kind of facial I wanted, so we talked about my skin and what my goals were and went from there.
Jesseca did a clinical microdermabrasion session with me, explaining how it all worked as we went, and then followed up with a combination of extractions (firm, but gentle) some soothing masks, and a lovely hand/arm/shoulder massage.
She told me about all the products she was using and why (from their source to why she'd picked them for me specifically) but never suggested that I go out and buy them- I really appreciated the lack of upsell; she even suggested some effective home remedies that might help my oily, acne-prone skin.
Jesseca is very friendly and professional- intuitive as to the level of conversation that is comfortable to you, and simply provides a very high level of service! The location is convenient, clean, quiet, and very luxurious. I felt completely pampered. I recommend Jesseca and Fresh Facials without reservation, and will be seeing her again. -

uh-maaazing!
not only is Jesseca amazing at lifting the impurities from your skin, she's very knowledgeable about the ingredients in products she uses. She turned me on to Simple Apothecary's products and I saw a dramatic transformation in my skin after a week of using it! My skin is a lot softer, I don't break out as much, and my pores are smaller in appearance, it's... awesome. I highly recommend her to anyone who has acne issues, she's very helpful and is more than happy to answer questions! -

Jesseca= Amazing! Seriously!!
She gives the best facials I have ever had. Her products are great and smell delicious (because they are real and fresh)!
Jesseca's knows everything. She analyzed my skin, told me about the current products I use and told me what products to change over to for the type of skin I want and results I am looking for. Within a month, my skin was the best it has ever been in my entire life and still is.
I see Jesseca every 6 to 8 weeks. I HIGHLY recommend her to everyone. -

Jesseca gives the best facial I have ever had, and I've been getting facials for over 30 years. Her products are of the highest quality, her skill and generosity are exceptional, and the results are amazing. Jesseca is a miracle worker.
I'm an actor, who recently developed an acne problem with very deep sebaceous cysts. It felt like my face was hijacked by these horrible lumps that would never go away! It was unlike anything I had experienced before. I reached out to my friends and one of them suggested Jesseca at Fresh Facials: I've been going there ever since!
THANK GOD for Jesseca! After only a few sessions, my skin was better than it's ever been. She's totally turned it around thanks to her 6 week regime, which took my skin from inflamed, breakout prone, and angry, to silky smooth and blemish-free. It's the most worthwhile investment - literally NOTHING else works. She has repaired my skin and with maintenance, I don't break out at all! Plus, she uses delicious smelling yummy vegan products that make me feel like I'm really doing my skin a big favor.
Walking into Jesseca's space is warm and welcoming. I get tucked into the feather bed with the stars dangling above me, and it's like sleeping in a cloud. The music carries me away, and I feel completely safe, happy, pampered, and taken care of.
Jesseca has a magic touch - her facial massages are so gentle and healing, I drift away and feel absolutely renewed after every session. I can't recomend her highly enough. The friends who have booked a facial on my recommendation raved about her too.

JESSECA. IS. AMAZING.
I'm an actor, and my skin is incredibly sensitive. I have to wear makeup for shows that often clogs my pores and leaves me not looking my best.
In the past when I got facials, the products would often interact badly with my sensitive skin. But with Jesseca, I leave glowing and soft and clear every time! Even when she does extractions, her calming techniques afterwards make my skin feel completely soothed. I notice results immediately and they have staying power. I was unable to go for a couple of months and totally noticed a difference- she is wonderful.
Jesseca goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and uplifted, and feels more like a friend than someone you're hiring to fix your face. She has a new room that I visited for the first time today which is beautiful and bright, and as always the bed she uses is like being on a cloud.
She completely customizes the facial to fit your skin needs, and also gives you advice and tricks to keep your skin healthy. Did I mention the amazing arm and hand massages?!
I adore her, and will never get another facial from anyone else as long as I live. -

Wow. I finally see a light at the end of the tunnel for my 20-something newly acne prone skin. My whole life all I heard was "peaches and cream, you're so lucky..." well I didn't know how lucky I was until I turned 23 and my skin lost it on me. Yikes. At a loss, I looked into glycolic peels. After leaving a message at Fresh, Jessica got back to me pronto. She was the most kind and informative of everyone I spoke to during my "research". She spent a lot of time talking to me about my lifestyle and goals for my skin while on the phone. Because of her warm and well thought responses to my questions, I didn't hesitate to make an appointment.
Today was my first of a series of 6 peels with her...and beyond! She really took the time to examine my skin and kept me informed at what she saw. She was very reassuring, made it easy to trust her putting acid on my face :). She groomed my brows while we waited for my peel to finish then did the extractions. Post peel, I'm a little pink but my skin feels soft and isn't irritated at all. I really feel like she went above and beyond expectations. I am so relieved and trust that we are going to get my skin back on track.
Jessica made it clear that I shouldn't hesitate to call with ANY questions skin related--be it some weird ingredient in my new moisturizer or what mineral makeup is worth the money. And she offers complimentary blemish control services to all her clients--so that means if something ugly pops up in weeks between appts. I can call and have a professional deal with it. I'll be going to her for EVERYTHING my skin needs from now on. I feel like my face has a secret weapon in it's corner now! Yay! As soon as I left Fresh I called my sister in California and informed her that she is in for a treat when she comes to town for break...
Edit: Last of the series today, my skin has done a complete 180. It is like having a new FRESH face! I'm addicted, she is my not-so secret weapon. She is slowly starting to offer more services, so I will slowly start going to her for everything. If it were possible I would trust her with every aspect of my personal care/grooming. This lady is a true healer and you will leave well-cared for, educated, relaxed and maybe with a new friend-your skin will certainly befriend her services. Winter has arrived. How do I know this? It's not the layered clothing or scarves... not the cold crisp mornings or the fact that the sun has vanished by five... it's because my lips are prone to cracking and my face feels dry. Yay winter.
In the market for a new esthetician, I checked Yelp and settled on Fresh Facials & Skin Care. I called and spoke with Jesseca about my needs. She recommended her "Winter Wonderland Facial" to start. If she felt that I needed a little more, she booked extra time to ensure that we could take care of it.
Parking was metered and easy. Her studio is tucked away on the second floor of the businesses, above a yoga studio. She greeted me downstairs and once inside, gave me a cup of spiced tea to stave off the chill. I filled out a new patient questionnaire while she put spa socks on my feet and arranged warm stones underneath. After we spoke about my skin care needs, she left the room so I could disrobe. I climbed into what could only be described as a heated bed with thick marshmallow topping and waited for Jesseca to return.
We chatted while she worked, letting my level of reply dictate the amount of conversation. I respect that because I have had sessions with estheticians and massage therapists who chatted throughout to the point of distraction.
Her touch was light but firm and I vainly struggled to stay awake. I'm nearly sure that I nodded off a couple of times but I was just so damned comfortable. My skin was cleansed and steamed before Jesseca did a luxuriously lengthy facial massage with scents reminiscent of the season. She then applied a spicy cranberry + oat facial mask. As I sat with my mask on, she moisturized my hands and forearms.
Jesseca did a couple of extractions on my nose where the bridge of my glasses rest but left no mark afterward. As I said before, her touch was light but firm. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. In fact, my cousin visited Seattle this past week and proclaimed Jesseca to be one of the best that she had ever seen. My cousin also appreciated the freshness of the ingredients and that vegan masks were offered.
If you are looking for a way to rejuvenate your skin or just simply a nice way to relax, this is the place. Or it would make a fantastic gift for the holidays or before any special event! -

I have only been to Jessica once, but she completely knocked my socks off!
To say that I was impressed would be putting it lightly. From start to finish, the entire service was amazing! The atmosphere, the products, the attention of detail put into caring for my skin, it was all fantastic. I was very pleased with the improvements I saw in my skin from just one treatment. I can't wait to go back. -

Jessica is best private person to treat Ur face and skin, i have been to try facial and skin care in Seattle area for over 6-7 yrs, Jessica is best, after got facial n skin treatment from her, i never changed into others because she is best of best, she also have private studio for her treatment, and use Australian natural product, and the bed u laid is very comfy, and she is always listening ur need and feedback, and never push U buy product, place is very private and quiet, she is very friendly and nice to talk, price is reasonable, easy to park !!! U should try her facial at 1st time, then u will stick to her service, by the way, i get my face very dry after facial treatment at other place, but Jessica will NOT made me face dry after treatment !!!!!

I am so lucky to have met Jesseca!
Or should I say, my skin is the lucky one.
I've never met someone as passionate and warm as Jesseca, and its apparent from the moment you meet her. Her facial room is sophisticated and inviting from the beautiful curtains to the vibrant painting on the wall (by Jesseca herself! What can this girl NOT do?) I knew I was in for a real treat.
Jesseca has the best touch and is extremely knowledgeable. She is an expert not only about the products that she uses but about any personal issues you may have with your skin. She just wants to help you reveal that gorgeous skin we all have underneath any acne or rosacea!
Bottom line is, I am now a devoted Fresh Facials client and will make sure that all my girlfriends are treated to her for the holidays (hello gift certificates!!).Listed in: Bend, and SNAP!

As a guy, I never thought I would get a facial or even needed one. I was wrong. It was a wonderful experience and definitely not just for the ladies or the metro-sexual crowd.
The setting was relaxing and peaceful. Jesseca was really knowledge and gave me a very relaxing and peaceful facial completely tailored to my skin.
When I got finished, my skin felt wonderful. It looked really good too. I am definitely going to be coming back for more. -

I am so happy I found Jesseca!! My first visit was for a European Facial and it is the best I have ever had. She is so welcoming and comfortable I was instantly at ease. The products that Cory makes and Jesseca's knowledge of skin and care are outstanding! She also gave me the best facial massage of my life. My skin was happy and refreshed and so was my spirit.
I am also loving Cory's products!! My skin has been freaking out for a few years (once had that beautiful teenage skin that others envied, but it has been constantly acting up in my 20's-30's). Over a decade of looking for products that are good for my skin, and here they are!
I recommend that everyone go see Jesseca for a facial, you are in for a treat! -

I LOVE this spa! Jesseca is an absolute doll. Her spa space is wonderfully relaxing and it's an amazing experience from the minute you step in the door.
Her spa table has by far the fluffiest, softest and most encompassing linens I have ever been on and in at a spa. OH MY! You sink in and are enveloped. Wonderful scents of locally made vegan skin products and the wonderful touch procedes.
Pure Heaven. It's my spa of choice. And for South Sounders, good news...she is opening in Olympia too! -

I go to Jesseca about once a month and I couldn't say enough amazing things about what a great job she does. Not only are her facials relaxing but you see instant results. She does a great job analyzing your skin to make sure the products are appropriate for your skin type and that you get the best results possible. Plus the products are amazing and smell great! If you have been to other spas you will appreciate that she doesn't try to sell you products while you are trying to relax!!!
Also if you are looking for someone to wax your eyebrows she is the BEST. She makes sure that the shape is perfect for your face.
If she ever moved away I would be devastated! I would probably travel to go see her! There really isn't anyone as good as her! -

My partner and I both had facials by Jessica. It was one of the most relaxing and professional experiences I've had! I had the Chocolate Pom facial and it was divine. I have fairly sensitive skin and break out easily from most products, but not with these. We'll be making more appointments.

One of the best facials I've ever received (and I've been getting them for about 10 years). She has a delicate touch and never hesitates to tell you what the best service for you is, even if she earns a little less. She truly cares for her clients well-being and will even throw in complimentary extractions (read: zit control) free of charge in between facials should your skin go through a moody tiff. She will never hussle you into buying something you don't need, whether it's a service or a product. She'll even give you 50% off any facial on your birthday. She's definitely a keeper.

Jesseca is fantastic! She is a delightful soul with an impeccable eye for detail. Her brow waxes are second to none and her facials, ahhhhh! She uses every minute of your facial to pamper you whether it's a neck, arm, hand, chest, or face massage. I absolutely melt on her table whenever I'm there. Highly recommended!

I love Jesseca- not only does my face feel and look great after I see her, but I also feel revived by her sunny attitude!
Her products are wonderful, and she even gives you a discount if you buy them at the time of your service- how great is that?
Also I have really sensitive skin and she has never irritated it, not the case with other facials I've had! -

Wow... where do I start? I had the MOST incredible experience with Jesseca at Fresh Facials today!! She has an energy that is addicting and understands your skin care needs. She is intuitive and is a genuine sweetheart. She is very knowledgeable with the entire scope of dermatology/products/anatomy and what your personal needs are. The ambiance of the spa is soothing and welcoming. Her spa room is inviting and comfortable. The two hours I was there, was the best time I have ever spent on myself. I feel revived and RENEWED!! The menu is affordable and the products are fabulous!! I want to share my experience and get the word out there that Jesseca is AWESOME! Please schedule a facial today! She has convenient hours and I made an appointment the same week I called! She also offers gift certificates so your friends and family can enjoy the experience as well! I love this place! I had my first facial with Jesseca 2 weeks ago and I must say WOW! She is amazing! She is warm and very passionate about what she does. I am seeing results for my troubled skin already! Jess had a very warm space that was inviting and relaxing. I feel my troubles melt away when I enter. I got a facial from Jennifer and it was the best spa experience I've had in Seattle....ever! The space is really relaxing, the bed is as amazing as everyone else has described. All that and it's not a pretentious "rich ladies only" kinda place. Jennifer was friendly and professional and best of all, the price was reasonable. I will be going back many many times.

I've never seen Jessica, but Jen, the newest member of the Fresh Facials' team, is fabulous. She treats me well as a client and as a person, and I know that my acne-prone yet highly sensitive skin is in excellent hands. No matter how imbalanced my skin is going into an appointment, I leave with a visibly healthier complexion that lasts. Other aestheticians I've seen have left my skin with a glow that doesn't last until morning or have done so many extractions that I leave with a red and puffy face. Jen takes excellent care of me, is open to my questions, and gives me gentle and non-dogmatic advice. Plus all of the products are free of nasty chemicals and made in small, fresh batches. Jen's also offering an excellent deal for Fri-Sun customers, so even us poor grad students can get pampered!
