Freedom Pool has been awesome! I've used them to install a new pool heater as well as a few service calls. Usually Alan comes out and he's always super friendly and quick to figure out the problem and fix it. And the installation of the heater went great. These guys obviously try hard to provide good service and it shows.

my Pentair controller was not working and I left a VM over New Years weekend! They came out before noon Jan 2 and traced the problem to the main panel then solved the problem based on a great depth of electrical knowledge.

I expected that once the problem was determined to be upstream from the pool equipment they would have told me to call an electrician. He persisted and solved the problem while educating me a bit about electrical codes and circuit breakers.

I was one of the first customers when Drew started Freedom Pool Service 25+ years ago. I recently had to replace my pool heater and as usual I had a great experience. I was advised to go with a lower BTU output heater, more efficient, and smaller footprint. It was installed on time, the quality of install was top notch and interaction with the tech was A+. These guys are pro's! They have your interest at heart and will give you the time and detailed explanation of what they recommend and why. I would not use anyone else!! This is my third experience (new pump motor, new controller and now new heater).

Experienced service at a fair price.
Freedom pool service installed a new pool pump after my original (20 year old) pump failed. In this case considerable reconfiguration of the piping was required to complete the installation. Given the effort required I felt that the cost was quite reasonable. Also the cost of the pump itself seemed fair based on my online research. Finally the experience and aptitude of the technician was obvious as he worked through the installation challenges. Overall I am pleased with the experience and happy with the pump performance so far. Lastly, because Freedom is a service representative of the pump manufacturer they will directly respond if any service repairs are required within the full three year warranty period. Oh, and as a final benefit this new pump is much quieter and much more efficient than my original pool pump. Very satisfied.
