For $45,000, I purchased my vehicle with the promise of free oil changes as long as I owned it. Apparently, when the new owner purchased the business, he chose to purchase it WITHOUT honoring former customers.
Too bad. Former customers are your BEST bet for additional sales.
I'd rather walk.
