Just bought a refrigerator from them. Rebecca could not have been more friendly or helpful. Got a great price on a "floor model" Also the delivery guys were very friendly and also very professional. They were in and out in a flash and really seemed to know what they were doing. I will reommend this store to my friends.

When I went to Frederick's , I had a pretty good idea what appliances I wanted, but I still received some very good advice from the sales associate. I am so happy she convinced me to get a counter-depth refrigerator. She was also happy to special-order the washer/dryer that I had chosen after researching online. We corresponded several times via email which was very convenient for me. When I compared prices with the big box stores, they were similar, and I was very happy to purchase from the local, family-owned business. They threw-in a complementary extended warranty, which I did use once, and was happy to have it. Delivery was prompt, fast, and professionally executed. I have a wood floor, and they did an excellent job of protecting it as they carried the appliances up my stairwells. Next time I need appliances, I will surely visit Frederick's.

We had such a great experience with this store-would definitely recommend above ANY large chain store....
The sales people we very knowledgeable about the appliances in the store and could answer every question that we asked. They weren't pushy or overbearing, just very helpful. They were honest with their opinions about different appliances and steered us toward merchandise appropriate for us-not the most expensive.
The prices were great! We spent one whole day researching all the different stores in town to find the best prices. Fredericks had the lowest prices by far plus offered to "price match" any better prices we found (there were no lower prices).
The washer and dryer we ordered were available that same week, even though they were the most popular. They have a great inventory of appliances that are in demand. This way we weren't left without a washer and dryer for several weeks.
When delivery day came, we were told they would be there between 12-3pm. They called us at 12:09 and were pulling in the driveway at 12:13. The store has their own delivery services with their own employees (no weirdo delivery guys walking through your house). Both guys were very clean-cut and considerate of our home. They had mats to protect the hardwood and always were careful of doors, paint, etc. They obviously knew exactly what they were doing and the appliances were off the truck, assembled, and running by 1:15!
