Service and food, excellent. Great atmosphere, nice and clean.

While it is true the service was friendly and fast, the food was a major disappointment, especially given the prices. We had breakfast, so perhaps it's just the breakfast cook, but the "fresh" berries on the crepe were anything but, the garlic potatoes were not at all hot, very greasy, and did not taste fresh, and the toast was burnt around the crust.

The service was prompt. The food excellent. The price reasonable FOR LUNCH!
A friend of ours told us about this restaurant! It was our first visit and it won't be the last! -

Have you ever had Marionberry jam before, slathered over hot pancakes, with a side of fresh eggs cooked to perfection? Yeah, me neither, until I ate here. Having just spent a few weeks before the holidays on work travel to Portland in the cold Nov. and Dec weeks, this place was a sure-fire hit! Attached to the Sheraton Four Points, it was sooooo nice to never have to leave to head outside in the cold morning, or cold late night to get a nice meal.
The food is fresh, the service nice and friendly, and the lounge area a cool place to hang out and enjoy a pint of Mirror Pond.
The Marionberry syrup that I had shipped home was such a hit, we placed another order in January. The pancakes at home aren't the same, though. And I can't replicate the salmon omelette to even begin to do justice to the one served here. Solid Four Stars. -

Ok, full disclosure here first off...years ago, the husband worked here. Whew, now that that's off my chest I can tell you why we return. The food is damn good. Seriously, it seems at times like a geriatric nightmare with walkers stacked up like race cars at the starting gate, but if you like down homey goodness, and a nice place to take your moms or pops for a meal, this is it. Breakfast is stellar. The omelettes are huge, everything is fresh and made to order, and I just freakin' love a dutch baby (look it up, it's not like it sounds=). Lunches and dinners are always solid, I am love with the french dip sammich and the pan chicken dinner (they let me have all white meat, yay!) The only thing I've tried that I don't care for is anything with their marinara sauce, it is sticky sweet which icks me out. The bar/lounge is nice, but a bit dated. The drinks, though, are good and they offer a decent selection of beer and wine. Good service, good food, and that makes me happy.

I like the meatloaf dinner, something I normally don't like unless homemade. Worth a stop when you looking for something more than fast food.

I love these types of restaurant. I can order breakfast anytime of the day. I like the service here, my water or soda never run empty. Waitress checks in on us frequently to make sure all is good and in case we need something else. It tries very hard to look elegant...not quite there but very close. They have daily specials. They also have a lounge...it is smoking. The food here is pretty good. Nothing that stands out. It is possible to hold a conversation here. You don't have to be shouting or talking loud.

Kennewick, WA
Very nice place; food was excellent, prices decent, service was very good. We had a mixture of breakfast & lunch. The only gripe was that the omlett came with pancakes, and we couldn't sub for hashbrown. The omlett & philly steak sandwich were excellent. The shrimp basket was very good also. We'll come back again!
