Damian,
I reached out to Damian because I knew of someone who was being abused within her relationship. Damian's advice and recommendations were spot on and allowed this person to escape a volatile situation.
Additionally Damian followed up out of genuine concern for the individual to ensure their safety.
Damian's approach to law originates from a sincere concern for the individual. His approach and uncompromising ethics are refreshing.
I would highly recommend him to anyone who seeks practical advice or counsel in a family law matter.

I've known Damian now for almost a year and we originally met through a business networking event. Thankfully I've never needed my own divorce lawyer, but unfortunately a close family member of mine did.
One day I was talking with Damian and was describing this horrible divorce/custody battle that my relative was going through. I was actually just looking for his advice on what I should tell this person to try to encourage her, since her situation was getting ugly and the man she was dealing with was abusive in many different ways.
The amazing thing is, Damian wanted to get involved. He met with this woman and heard her out. The appointment was only supposed to be an hour, but Damian ended up spending over 2 hours with her! His heart is so big that he couldn't walk away from the situation without helping.
This woman had no money and no means of even paying Damian for his help. But that wasn't his first concern. His first concern was to help her. You know what, I believe in God, and I also believe that God blesses people who reach out in kindness and helps those that can't help themselves.
I know Damian Fragoso to be that kind of guy. This woman got the help she needed and is safe now. Her divorce is final and she gets to see her kids on a regular basis.
In my opinion, Damian is a Godsend and I would recommend his services to anyone because I know he's a man of good character.

I'd met Damian Fragoso through the Orange Chamber of Commerce before he joined the Liaisons BNI Chapter with me this past year. I'd seen his purpose in his law practice to offer legal assistance to all who might need it and might not otherwise know who to turn to, understand the legal issues at stake or be able to afford good counsel.
He strove to want to offer to advice those who wouldn't otherwise know who to call.
Although I had legal counsel in other aspects of my business, I had a friend who was in an unfortunate family court issue and needed good counsel on a very tight budget. I referred him to Damian and the care that he took with the delicate case was admirable and considerate.
Shortly thereafter, he handled a civil matter for me that resulted in better peace of mind and a positive outcome for my business and me. I'm grateful that he handled it swiftly and proactively.
I'm grateful for his good character and the purpose of Fragoso Law. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an affordable lawyer on his or her side in the matters of civil or family law.

Meet the Business Owner: Damian F.
Born and raised in Delano, CA, the site of a major labor movement led by Cesar Chavez, I have always been sympathetic to social issues and the fight for justice. My childhood dream was to become an attorney and advocate for people in need of legal assistance.
Prior to my legal career I worked in the non-profit sector. My non-profit experience allowed me to advocate for people with disabilities as well as helping at-risk high school students prepare for higher education.
In 2008 I graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California, and a few short months later I sat for the California Bar Exam and passed on my first attempt. I was sworn in to the California and Federal Bar in December of 2008.
Today, as a fully licensed California Attorney, I continue to be dedicated to social issues and helping people obtain justice. My hope is that through my work I can have a positive impact on my client's lives and on the community as a whole.
