Wish I could give it 10 Stars!!!!
I found Foxy & Fierce from a Groupon that I had purchased, which was such a great deal 10 Classes for $29
The classes are awesome!! Crystal is great; she keeps you motivated and makes sure that your form is correct. The classes are both challenging and fun. I have lost 5 lbs and have notice is difference in my arms and legs.
I absolutely love this gym.
Pros:
1. Great workout
2. Crystal and Rashad are awesome!!
3. Circuit training, never the same routine always a challenge
4. Great deal for $75.00 per month unlimited classes
5. Clean
Cons:
Non-for me
Parking-just arrive a little early :) -

I joined after I bought a groupon for 10 classes for $29 and its been worth every penny! I've never done kickboxing before, but there are all levels in the classes. The workout I get from class is better then any workout I had at Crunch. (Which membership I have just cancelled.)
Everyday the class focuses on conditioning something different, and Fridays and Saturdays are for full kickboxing. Its a great way to workout really hard for an hour in a clean, full energy class for women! There are fun workout exercises and great music to keep you pumped up and dripping with sweat!
Crystal is an amazing teacher who keeps you motivated and coming back for more! She takes time to help you individually throughout class and does personal training lessons if you want a more one on one. She also offers advice on better eating options and supplements to take to help get the most out of your workout.
I've been going for about a month now and I'm definitely seeing definition in my whole body! I would recommend this class to anyone who wants a fun, effective way to get into shape and feel great.
Plus, who doesn't want to punch the crap out of a bag... it feels great! ;)
Oh yeah, and I can now successfully jump rope! -

I signed up for a month and although I thought the circuit training workouts were okay... but I didn't sign up for more.
Pros
1. Good workout... I like the fact that they use jump ropes a lot in class.
2. Doesn't really get TOO crowded... you still have your space.
3. A very reasonable deal for $75 a month!
4. I like the fact that the studio is only for women.
Cons
1. The parking lot where the studio is located gets crowded and the parking spaces are SOOOO tight it's difficult to get in and out. The area around the studio is also a tad bit shady.
2. I wished there were more times available during the day... I get off work early and waiting around until 5:30pm or whatever was just too late.
3. I didn't really like working in partners for the kickboxing part. While I realize there may be no other way around it, since there's only one instructor and all, but I wished I were teamed up with someone more knowledgable so I could improve, but I was always paired with another beginner. -

Foxy and Fierce is one of the best workouts I have done in a long time. I found them on Groupon and have been going ever since. Crystal is a fantastic teacher and even though there are other people in the class, it feels as if you are getting one-on-one training. Rashad also helps out and is a great motivator throughout the class. Both of them are the nicest instructors I have ever had and it makes me look forward to class. I have only been at Foxy and Fierce for about a month or so and I already see the difference in my boxing and with my body. If you are looking for a fun and fantastic workout you definitely need to check them out.

This Kickboxing studio is a clean & friendly environment that will help you achieve your fitness goals and meet some amazing people along the way. I looked at a few other gyms before settling on Foxy & Fierce and the thing that stuck out the most about the studio was how knowledgeable and dedicated the instructor is. None of the usual gym shenanigans. Just good, hard, sweaty work and a serious killer workout.
Having people around who are having fun and pushing you to try harder, with great tunes turned up loud, and a new sport to learn is just the right thing to get me on my feet even on my most unmotivated, tired, lazy days.
Thanks to Foxy & Fierce for keeping me motivated and fighting, my mornings are definitely different because I feel better every day.
Highly Recommend! -

i recently moved up to la and wanted to punch something ;) I looked at various boxing gyms but always felt intimidated. I decided to check out F&F because it's within walking distance from where i live and the first class is free! how can a girl resist?
needless to say the class kicks your butt. no i didn't throw up but i almost did. It's not just kickboxing but you're glad for it. the conditioning and strengthening i've developed from my short time attending really exceeds expectations. and yes, i got to punch the crap out of a bag, and kick it too!
high energy, fast paced, INSANELY affordable. it's worth the free class. go do it! -

I rolled my eyes at my former instructor, a woman who wouldn't know muscle if it smacked her in the face, and wondered why I was still in the class. My kick ass instructor at 24 hour fitness had left, and I was left with a glorified gym bunny who didn't understand that rotating with a punch was essential.
I called a bunch of places around town looking for serious kickboxing classes where women were welcome. And you know what? I found very little. A lot of the MMA gyms look down on women, and I wanted to go to a place where I could kick some ass, take some names and not be forced to wear pink anything just cause I have boobs.
I called up Crystal, who told me to come on down, the first class was free. I went in with wraps and gloves, and was pleasantly surprised. Crystal herself is a warm hearted woman who truly wants you to work hard and kick ass. She doesn't let you slack off, and always wants you to push yourself. The women in the class are the same. No egos here.
The class is thirty minutes of challenging bootcamp style work out which allows you to build muscle and train your wind. Expect weights, jump ropes, push ups, and burpies.
The second half is all about the kick boxing. Jabs, crosses, roundhouses, push kicks. Combos. We're doing it all. Crystal is a soon to be third degree black belt in karate, and has a deep love for muy thai. She's big on form, and corrects you to make sure your technique is spot on.
Essentially if you're looking for a welcoming environment to get your kick ass on, come on down and throw a few jabs. -

I had never taken a kickboxing class before, but I was interested in finding one before summer started. I came across Foxy & Fierce and since they had the 1 free class, that was an incentive to try the 2 week fight camp. I love the class, I am totally hooked. I plan on continuing my workouts after the fight camp. Crystal is a great teacher, she knows her stuff and has great technique. I seem to be pretty uncoordinated but with Crystal's help I know I'll come around and master the kicks and punches. Crystal works you hard, I always leave the studio drenched and exhausted, the sign of a great workout. I'm having a great time and would highly recommend Foxy & Fierce to any woman looking for a great workout!

When my favorite dresses started getting a little too tight I decided it was time to take drastic measures and sign up for something that would really whip my body. And it does.
Since I'm new and generally out of shape, I spend a great deal of class wondering if I will die today but then I'm relieved to see the clock says there are only ten minutes left and I think well that wasn't so bad. I'm discovering new muscles I never knew existed and I meet them when I sit or try to use my arms. I've woken up to the sound of two hundred bones cracking, which feels good and bad at the same time.
But I keep going back because Crystal is so sweet and everyone at the class is really nice and helpful. I feel a little stronger after week one and I know that by week four I will probably look and feel great. I plan on definitely signing up for a month two. It's a good kind of tough class and I highly recommend it! Thanks so much Crystal! -

Obsessed. Hands down the best kickboxing, butt kicking work out. Im not a fan of gyms in general, but especially gyms in LA. I leave feeling thoroughly worked from head to toe. Crystal is an amazing instructor who is clearly dedicated and passionate about fitness. Im not one to track my weight but plenty of people have given me loads of compliments on my bodies changes. Ive been a loyal client for 4 months now and ive never felt better. LOVE MY FOXY & FIERCE GIRLS!

I am looking to change up my exercise routine. So I've been trying various places in my neighborhood. I tried Foxy and Fierce's free trial class and I like this place. It is located on the second floor of a plaza shopping center in the Seido Karate Dojo. I took the early morning class and there were plenty of places to park. A big plus in my book. The plaza is not exactly in the best shape, but the Seido Karate place was very clean and bright. Also a big plus in my book. I like that it is an all-female class. The other people in the class were regulars and seemed cool. Crystal was motivating and gave us different exercises or kicking/punching combos to try. It was similar to interval training. I did the Friday class, which is mostly focused on kick boxing. It was challenging but not impossible. I haven't decided yet if I will do more classes, because I want to try other places nearby (pilates or cardio barre) before I make a final commitment, but overall I would recommend Crystal's class!
UPDATE: I am now a regular in Crystal's class and I really enjoy it. Crystal always comes up with different routines to keep things interesting and everyone in the class is very nice. Plus the rates can't be beat. Highly recommended. -

I AM HOOKED!! I can't imagine not going to this class now. The people that you work out with are so nice, and just overall everyone is there with a good attitude. Crystal is so incredibly sweet, yet tough when it comes to working out. I hurt, the good kind, almost instantly when I leave. I have been one to stop working out after about a week. I am going on month two and I feel awful if I skip a day. The music is great, the workout is stellar, and I couldn't ask for a better group of girls to work out with. I love this class and would recommend it to ANYONE who wants to get in shape the fun way :)

This class is AMAZING. If you want to sweat, work, have fun, throw a punch, and SEE RESULTS, this is the class to take. I'm not normally one to yelp, in fact, this is my first. I really felt compelled to endorse this class because in the few months that I have been going, I feel that it's changed my life for the better! I'm actually sticking to a workout regimen (I try to go 5 days a week), I'm seeing my body tone as the weeks go by, and I'm in LOVE with all the boxing!! If you're a girl that has ever played contact sports, (I played b-ball and volleyball in highschool) then you'll really enjoy the fighting element of this workout. But more than that it's a full body workout, utilizing every muscle group.
Crystal is the best instructor that I've ever had. She actually CARES about her classes and giving us the best workout. She pushes you and really knows what she's doing. The all-female environment is really great too! You just come to work out. Nothing else.
I'm glad that my first yelp endorsement is going to such a talented instructor and a wonderful class. Five stars. All the way. -

So, I've been going to Foxy and Fierce for two weeks well two and a half if you want to be technical. I made the mistake of coming for my free intro class on upper body day. That's where I lack strength lol. The next day, no the next week my triceps and chest were still burning from the upper body workout. I thought I was going to have to sit it out the following Thursday. Needless to say, Crystal does make her classes fun. At first I dreaded the thought of going to a workout class, I expected the ladies to be stuck up or just assholes for lack of a better word. These ladies are the most down to earth people you will ever meet. Crystal is the owner and she's pretty awesome her damn self. This is my first kickboxing class and it does not disappoint. It goes like cardio for the first thirty minutes and then kickboxing for the next 30. Fridays are all kickboxing. Where else are you going to find unlimited classes for $75 a month. Or you can purchase 10 sessions for 100 dollars. Let's not forget her personal training specials. It's 50 dollars a session but if you purchase 3 I believe she knocks ten dollars off. Anyway, this class will get you sweaty and you will hurt almost immediately afterwards. Lastly, we went to Runyon Canyon last Saturday and took these steep trail up that I didn't think I would be able to scale. I made it with Crystal's help and encouragement! I can't say enough good things about her or the ladies in the class. You really just have to try it.

Really great workout! A lot of fun and it will definitely get you in shape. Classes are 5 days a week. Very reasonably priced and first class is free. I was looking for a good kickboxing class in LA for awhile and I'm very happy I found this spot. Whatever your level is, you are guaranteed a great workout. Thanks Crystal :)

I'm in love with my new workout. Foxy and Fierce Women's kickboxing bootcamp is the best. The class is fun but challenging and the instructor 'Crystal' is awesome. I signed up for the unlimited monthly pass which is worth every penny. Summer here we come!
