The jeweler that we used in Chicago (http://www.yelp.com/bi...)
was unreliable.  I haven't worn my engagement ring or matching wedding band since earlier this year due to fear of losing more stones from my rings.  We brought the rings to Fox's to reset the stone in a new setting.  It took about 2 weeks to get the ring back and we are pleased.  The ring is a little loose so I might have to take it back to be re-sized.

The staff is helpful.  One night I dropped by to check on the ring and didn't have my umbrella.  Since it was pouring out, they told me to take one of their spare umbrellas to get me home.  That's customer service!!

I had left a second ring with  Fox's to get 2 stones removed and reset with CZ.  I was told that it would cost about $50 for the work, plus the stones.  I waited for about 6 weeks.  Called 3 times to check on it.  Finally, I learned that it slipped through the workshop's hands but they'd get right on it.

When I got the ring back there was no charge!  They are now elevated to 5 stars.

I love this jeweler!  Not cheap but beautiful gems and an outstandingly friendly staff.  I mean friendly in the real sense rather that the smoke up your butt "nice" that is common in jewelery stores.  When shopping for watch batteries or wedding rings they are genuinely nice and their quality superb.  I am a native Seattleite and don't like the fakey fakey type sell so that's why I love this place.  If you have a little money to spend on exquisite jewels and want real, friendly service, try Fox's.
