3 reviews for Fox Plumbing & Heating
We used Fox when our toilet starting backing up and we couldn't fix it (never a fun business).
They did a great job, including being pleasant, on-time, and professional. Like most of these places the prices are a bit on the crazy side, but I can't fault their work or results.
I'd definitely recommend them, after all, you don't want to install a new toilet yourself, do you?
My sewer line clogs up with roots every two years, so I've had many different companies come out to clear it.
Fox was by far the most expensive of all of them - even more than Roto-Rooter, which is saying plenty. I've come to expect an astronomical hourly rate, but then they added a $70 "materials" charge. What materials, you ask? The drain snake!
Would you hire a contractor that charged you rent on his hammer? I'm surprised they didn't tack on a charge for the uniform and clipboard.
That said, the tech was very nice and competent. I guess at that price, you'd have to be.
Bunch of rip off artists. Have fun calling them.
