I came here for my husband's work event and this hotel is absolutely amazing. The rooms are decent but it's the amenities and service that makes it so awesome.

The spa is wonderful and my facial was excellent! The pool is really nice and there's even a staff member that goes around with an Evian spritzer to cool you down! =) This is a fabulous resort and I would totally recommend it to couples and families.

I came here for a work event and fell in love with this place. And while I've been to other luxe hotels. This one ranks right up there. The views are great, the pool is perfect.

Most importantly the staff bends over backward for you. I loved the Atlantic Grill. And if you're having a large party for dinner you can ask them to have the lawn available so you can dine al fresco, seaside and under the stars.

We even belted out some karaoke but during turtle hatching season there is a curfew. So you're gonna have to move the party indoors to keep it going all night long.

I will try to keep my review to the point, but I want to be detailed, as my experience at the Four Seasons Palm Beach was quite different from most other Four Seasons I had ever been to. I travel to different Four Seasons all over the country for work, so I have many to compare it to.

The resort used to be an "Ocean Grand" Hotel - kinda like a holiday inn and they haven't changed the structure at all. It's pretty cheap and very old looking. Plus, there are "OG" decals everywhere, which is ridiculous. It's been a Four Seasons for years and years now..time to change the decals. The interior of the hotel is gorgeous - lots of whites and golds everywhere. But the exterior needs an update, badly.

There is definitely an older crowd there and lots of families with small children. The room size is decent, though the bath tub is tiny - not "Four Seasons" at all. I had a view of the building next door which is under construction and had to keep my curtains closed all day or else the workers next door would be staring in. Disgusting. My sliding glass door did not open, though I doubt I would have ever sat out there for any length of time. The bed is comfy. There are plasma TVs, but they are not HD.

The gym is tiny and gross. The tvs on the machine's barely worked (mine didn't have a volume down button). There are just two small rooms - one with about 8 strength machines, another room with about 8 old school cardio machines.

I ordered room service several times and the food was excellent. Overall the service and staff were great too. However, I didn't have "Four Seasons" quality service at the pool - my friend and I waited about 20 minutes for towels....and never got them. When we asked, they gave us towels, instead of setting them up for us. Not a big deal, but that's not very Four Seasons.

The spa is the only reason to go. It's fantastic. It's beautiful and the services are top notch. I had an 80 minute Swedish massage and it was one of the best I ever had.

Overall, I would not go again for leisure as there is noting special about it.

Excellent Four Seasons service but it's time for a make over.  Way past time.

The best place to go for shark-bites (1/2 pina colada and 1/2 strawberry daiquiri) and a chicken fingers!

You have to dine outside and order off of the kids' menu.  An added bonus: they valet bikes!

Went for a charity event a couple of times. Nice, not the best. Quite location. Not as nice as the Ritz in Manalapan (right down the street). The beach area is nice. I have not stayed here (considering I live about 3 mins down the street).
