13 reviews for Four Seasons Resort & Club
This review is primarily based on the Sports Club and Workout/Spa facilities.
I lucked out several years back to have a family member who received a free gym pass for the Four Seasons and it included me. I really like the gym facilities, though they could use a larger space for weights. They do have various options for cardio machines in addition to indoor racketball and tennis courts (outdoor courts as well).
Trainers seem to be well...er...trained, but are typically reserved for clients like most gyms.
The Four Seasons has a great pool (indoor/outdoor) and outdoor area that isn't always ran over with kids during the summer. In addition to the Sports Club poolside food, it can make an excellent day outside.
The women's spa is wonderful. Various whirl pools (do people call them that anymore), excellent showers and locker areas. Everything is very clean and well stocked so in case you forgot a toiletry item, they've got your back.
Overall, excellent workout are in the heart of Irving.

I've stayed in my fair share of hotels and the Four Seasons never disapponts. The service is top notch, the staff is always friendly & accomodating and I cannot recall one time that a staff person did not greet me with a warm "hello" in passing.
I was here for business and didn't get out much at all to enjoy the Dallas nightlife. Cafe on the Green is a pretty good restaurant that I found myself dining at several times during my stay for work lunches and dinners. The menu is switched up at dinner so it was nice to have some new options to choose from. They do add gratuity regardless of however many people are in your party - just an FYI.
I stayed in one of the villas by the 18th hole. The room was beautiful, clean & spacious. The beds are quite comfortable and I had my own large semi private patio with large comfy reclining chairs - ahhhh. L'Occitane toiletries were a nice treat and I took advantage of them while soaking in the very deep, large tub.
The facilty and grounds are fantastic...and again, the staff is excellent. I always look forward to my stay at the Four Seasons b/c I know it is always going to be a great experience.

I visited the Four Seasons for a week for business. I knocked off a star because I didn't get to enjoy the perks like the golf club, pool, and spa.
The entire facility was gorgeous. The conference rooms were great and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The private rooms were also very comfortable and clean.
The gym was pretty fantastic and definitely comparable to any gym I've been to. All hotel guests are allowed to use the facility for free and again, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
I've been to a handful of luxury hotels, and this one ranks among the top. I'd definitely go back, hopefully for leisure!
Probably the best hotel I've been to thus far in my lifetime. Has all amenities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gym, spa, and the best food on earth! Definitely a place you have to go visit if given the opportunity.
Played the TPC course here where they have the Tour Stop, excellent course, and plenty challenging, especially the way the wind was up all day. It's always a trip to play where the pros play and walk back to the championship tees to see how they play the course. This one is awsome, and I'd recommend to all, except that it's expensive, here's a link to the course:

THIS REVIEW IS ONLY FOR SPA/MASSAGE
My husband bought this massage service for me for my birthday last summer.
I have died and gone to heaven.
Talk about feeling luxurious and being waited hand and foot!
I can't even describe how wonderful it was, one must try for a special occasion.

Dividing this review into two sections.
The 5 Star Experience
- The work out facility can stand on its own merits against any gym in the country.
- The pool is very nice.
-The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are amazing with deep tubs and glass enclosed showers.
-The restaurant is incredible.
The Three Star Experience
- Their casual dining menu is subpar.
- Though most of the staff was quite hospitable, quite a few would blatantly ignore your request for assistance if it was out of their scope.
All in all, I have to give the Four Seasons 4 stars.

Joy, you sure you were staying at the Four Seasons?? Because I was there a few months ago and it was hands down one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had (judging by the other reviews here, most people agree with me).
The pool service, for me anyway, was quick the one day we used it. The hotel itself was GORGEOUS (both the rooms, but especially the outside area).
I've stayed in plenty of luxury hotels, but none quite as nice as this one. Hotel staff was very friendly. I went with my sister and her nephew (who is 3 years old) and he was immediately greeted with a basket of toys where he was allowed to pick one out.
Rooms were great, had a view of the golf course as well which was an added plus.
The best part has to be the spa. Even if you don't stay in the hotel, it might be worth it just to check this out.
I recently stayed at the Four Seasons for a work related conference and was very happy with my accommodations. My flight was quite delayed and I was tired and grouchy when I arrived...I was very happy that the check-in took about two minutes and then I was happily in my pajamas ordering room service!
My room was awesome, it was quite big! The bed was huge and so comfortable! The pillows were especially comfortable. The bathroom was equally as impressive, it had both a shower stall and an over-sized tub in it. Plus, it was filled with toiletries from L'Occitane, how can you go wrong with that?
I loved the nightly turn down service. It was fun to return from the conference and to see my bed turned down and my pajamas neatly folded on top of the bed along with a newspaper. Very cool. (granted the idea of a stranger folding my pj's is a little creepy but I am trying not to think about that!) :)
The room service was great, extensive menu and everything tasted great! I got this delicious quesadilla filled with all sorts of great ingredients, jicama, cheese, tomatoes, onions, and a few other veggies. So very good. Also, because I was so hungry and cranky after my travels I indulged with a basket of delicious onion rings and french fries. I swear I only had a few of them but they really hit the spot!!!! It was exactly what I needed to forget about the horrific day I had traveling to the conference. :)
The food at the conference was good but the vegetarian options were limited and some items were very salty. Aside from my onion ring and french fry binge I normally do not like salty foods. I had a hard time finding healthier eats during the conference and so did a few of my colleagues. I did love the snacks they set out for us during the day though...all sorts of good stuff! Healthier options during snack time were easier to find than during our meals.
They had a great beverage selection throughout the day...lots of herbal teas, coffee, soda, and water. I was quite excited about all of the herbal tea. That hit the spot! We had a big event one evening and they did a great job catering a 'Texas style barbecue' indoors at the last moment due to rain. Everyone appeared to have fun and the veggie burgers were great!
Finally, I realized that I forgot an item that I really needed and it was raining way too hard to walk to the store. They actually had a driver bring me to the store! He pulled right up to the front of the store, got out in the rain, and opened the door for me! Then waited right out front for me to return! Hilarious, I felt like a celebrity in that big ole car with the tinted windows.
The Four Seasons is amazing! I hope I get to stay in another one soon!

BEST HOTEL I STAYED AT!
Great Services! Staff is extremely nice.
When you sitting by the pool, they came by and gave you ice-towel, frozen fruit and sprayed you with ice water to cool off the Dallas heat!!!
The room extremely spacious. The pool is HUGE. I didn't play golf, but the view was awesome over the golf course!
Wish I can go back!

I accompanied my husband on a business trip and we stayed three nights in one of the Fours Season villas near the 18th hole. The entire experience was sublime. This property is a resort, not just a hotel. The gym is a real gym with tennis courts, racquetball and squash courts. My husband and I were able to play squash one night. Squash courts are sometimes hard to find while traveling--having one at your hotel is unheard of. The villa was spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We were impressed with all the staff, but Brooke in the business center was especially helpful and just a nice person. I enjoyed an exceptional meal at the hotel restaurant. Room service took awhile probably because the villas are a golf cart ride away from the main building, but the food was good. The hotel sent us champagne and incredible chocolate treats gratis. What a nice surprise! This property is not in Dallas proper, but in Los Colinas, an upscale area in Irving, Texas. If you need to be downtown, stay at the Ritz-Carlton (which is just as good as the Four Seasons). If you don't need to stay downtown, and especially if you have time to take advantage of the golf course, gym or spa, by all means treat yourself to a stay at the Four Seasons.

We stayed here on our wedding night and loved the hotel. We did not arrive until late and got up early to catch our flight for our honeymoon, so this review is limited. However, we were treated extremely well by the staff as they were incredibly curteous and accomodating. We ordered a cab for the next morning to take us to the airport and it arrived on time, so in all regards it was the perfect wedding night hotel. Our room was beautiful and we particularly appreciated the rose petals on the bed and the bottle of champagne and chocolate treats they left for us. Four Seasons is usually pure class and they live up to their reputation in Las Colinas.

OMG - you have to see the spa...you won't even need to go to your room! It's a bit on the small side but the showers are incredible. I discovered it on my last day there :( but it's probably for the best. Not huge or the most luxurious I've seen, but VERY relaxing and a nice way to prepare for my flight out. The room was lovely, comfortable and spacious. It was too cold for the pool but the grounds are beautiful. The food is, of course, amazing, and the staff was perfection - yet, no less expected when you combine the immaculate manners of Texans and the high service expectation of all Four Seasons employees. I will definitely revisit.
