A good place to buy greenery for your garden/flowerbed/lawn/home uses. Due to the late Jan-Feb 2021 Winter blast, my flowerbed was smacked hard like when the "People's Champ" , The Rock, lays down a signature SMACK Down in Tha wrestling ring!!!! Do You Smell What I'm sayyyyying???
I Purchased the recommended shrubs to replace my damaged flowerbed shrubs.
After (2) weeks and constant watering/care...I can honestly say that my flowerbed looks legit! These brushes that were recommended by staff did the trick.
I do recommended this nursery as it's well cared for and the staff knows "what's going on". Marvin Gaye would be proud!

We just visited the nursery and one of the cats on the property came up to me wanting attention. I obliged and gave it a few strokes. A female salesperson immediately approached me scolding me and then lectured me for petting the cat. She told me that they were being trained to be barn cats and it is ferral and that they want it to kill mice. The cat was far from feral and cats will kill mice regardless if you pet it or not.

I didn't appreciate her attitude and there were no signs posted around the area about the cats. While she was lecturing me the cat had already moved on to be pet by another customer.

This soured our mood and we ended up not making a purchase. If cats are allowed to wander freely on the property during open hours you should expect this to happen. Especially as friendly as this cat was.

This review is just based only on the customer service received from one salesperson and not the rest of the nursery or its products.

Update: Great customer service and attention resolving my tree installation issues.

I spoke with Jason who came out same day to check the broken sprinkler heads along driveway. He stopped the ongoing leak right away and then had the an irrigation crew fix/replace the heads to restore working order. He was very nice to talk to and very accommodating.

The only thing I wished we had done before he left was check all the sprinkler zone's because we would've fount the other broken lines in the backyard right away.

After writing my previous review, I called Jason back and he said they'd be out to fix the additional broken sprinkler lines in a few days pending the incoming storm. I also received an email from Terra and a very nice phone call from Josh, the owners of the store. They were both very helpful and accommodating. I shared my concerns with the health of trees going forward and Josh was very helpful and didn't end the conversation with me until I'd asked all my questions and concerns.

The irrigation crew came out the following day to fix the broken sprinkler lines. They checked all the zones before leaving (and found another line break actually) They quickly repaired the remaining broken line and repaired the tree root balls with new dirt and mulch.

I should add too that these repairs and visits were at no cost to me.

Also, the tree buying experience was great. Holly was very helpful in selecting the trees and the ladies inside the store were also very helpful and accommodating as well. It was just the installation that issues unfortunately added up.

The quality of the trees themselves look great and appear to be acclimating well.

I am very pleased and satisfied with how everyone handled the situation and I really appreciated everyone's time and attention. Thank you.

Visited this beautiful nursery on vacation and wished I could bring so many things back with me. They had an adoption event going on so I got to pet puppies while looking at plants.

One of the coolest nursery/farms around! We wanted a palm tree and did some googling and found this place. Been back to get a couple prickly pear cactuses, some yellow yuccas and a hibiscus! The workers are very knowledgeable and friendly! We love it that they are only 15min away from us! Highly recommend!

Such a pretty store it's almost like going to the arboretum. Healthy plants at great prices.

Very pretty setting. I would love to say this nursery was my go-to place. It is not. After a major purchase and planting according to their recommendations, 50% of our trees died. Their refund policy is inferior, compared to Calloways. I now buy only from Calloways.

I just wanted to update my first review from about a year ago! I've been coming here for a long time no, and I'm happier and happier with my experience here. I won't go anywhere else for my plant needs, whether it's indoor, outdoor, or pots & plant accessories. Everyone here is so knowledgeable about plants. I know I can ask anyone a question and they'll give me an extremely detailed answer that I know I can trust. I bought a magnolia tree from here in the spring (Maggie the magnolia is doing great), I've bought indoor plants, and I've bought shrubs and rosebush and yucca for my flowerbed. So I can vouch for fossil creek in every regard... they're the best! Whatever you're looking for, come here! Even if you're just looking to de-stress, nothing is more therapeutic than strolling around smelling their flowers, enjoying their greenhouse, and admiring their adorable indoor accessories.
