The work was impeccable, but it was like pulling hen's teeth to get any communication from them. I wouldn't recommend them unless you have unlimited time and patience.

crooks! My wife was in an accident and police had this company tow the car. I called the lot within 2 hours to arrange getting the car off their property and was told I had to call back the following morning when the bill was ready.

This means I am forced to pay for overnight storage of the car and have no choice. Completely unacceptable. Crooks!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will lie to you on the spot of a very traumatic accident and tell you to leave your belongings in the car only to confiscate ALL your private belongings and sell them off. They will tell you on the scene of your car accident that you can pick everything up the next day and they will NEVER allow you to access your vehicle or retrieve belongings VERY CORRUPT SHAMEFUL BUSINESS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE ON THE SCENE OF A CAR ACCIDENT.

Even when the insurance is responsible, they will attempt to steal your belongings from your car.

If you can help it, don't deal with this company. My teenage daughter was in an accident and Force 1 was called by the police to tow the car. We knew that we wanted the car to be fixed by another collision center and I am guessing that they didn't like that. First, the key (the only one we have) was "lost" for 8 days. Initially they told our insurance company that we came to clean out our car and took the key with us (we never saw the car after the accident). Then after my husband confronted them and asked them to provide proof that we were there to clean out the car, the key magically appeared in their tow truck. This whole delay meant that our car sat at another collision center for days without being able to be evaluated or have an estimate done on it. Finally, when we were unfortunately told that the car was a total loss and we went to retrieve our belongings, a substantial amount of change that was in the car was missing. All that was left was 2 pennies. As another reviewer said, these people are crooks! They made an already stressful situation 100 times worse. Unfortunately, we had no choice in dealing with them, and would give 0 stars if it were an option.

Got in another fender bender with a tractor trailer, with my work van. While it was an $$ repair, work was completed in a timely manor & everything I wanted was fully repaired. Also had some touch up on my bumpers which were quite faded, and where the paint had peeled on the hood. Back on the road again!

Poor service hands down for towing. After waiting over an hour and 20 minutes for an estimated pick up time of 45 minutes we canceled the tow. If you request service and are told it'll take so long to get to the location, try to keep it within that time frame or call to say you are running behind and considering we were broke down locally to the facility was the most disappointing. I understand things can
happen and you can run late, but have some courtesy and call to say something. Had to call someone else, wouldn't recommend being "rescued" by this company.

I would recommend these guys anyday! Not only did they get my car looking brand new again, but the work was completed sooner than expected!
