Our company brought this in for a Monday lunch in Mountain View. Wow, that was about the best Italian I've had since I moved to the South Bay. Kudos Joseph, we'll be calling you again for sure!

Joseph was kind enough to cater our small anniversary party this past Sunday. It was fabulous. Food was great, service was awesome, everyone loved it. Joseph is calm, warm and friendly and for as small as our home is, he was pretty smooth and non-obtrusive at removing and replacing dishes as he squeezed through. Not that we would have minded his company. Some of our guests even thought he was a family friend. He was also a hit with our dog Lola who for a while couldn't stop sniffing the air and then proceeded to just stare at Joseph as he worked in our kitchen.
The steak tartare was insane. Pulled pork sandwiches I loved. I don't even like sweet breads, but the combination of pork and bread was really good. The falafel, crab, and cheesecake disappeared fairly quickly. Thank you Joseph. You really helped make our day. -

Take Home Chef Experience with Bay Area native: Joseph Hodgkinson.
Last October 2006, our director organized a cooking event with Joseph and our department. This gave me the opportunity and encouragement to get back in to cooking through this one on one experience. Although, the food was delicious, I couldn't believe that I cooked it. Thanks Joseph for helping me. For some time now, I've ran out of dinner selections for my personal gatherings at home. Now being single, I have much more confidence to experiment with new dishes and ingredients when i invite guests for dinner.
Highilights: Joseph introduces Vegan dishes. Gougere (cheese appetizer), Nicoise Salad (Mediterranean salad), Potato Gratin, and Peach Creme Brulee.
Note: I served the Peach Creme Brulee last Thanksgiving and my family enjoyed it very very much! And my father is very selective with his desserts. -

We ordered lunch for our small office. Joseph and Devin were great! They were on time and very professional. We are still drooling over our lunch--fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and collard greens with a peach berry cobbler for dessert. The fried chicken wasn't soggy when it got here, and it was very flavorful. I can't wait until our next order.

We are very pleased with the job that Foda catering did for our private party of 30 guests. The menu choices presented are more creative than some of the standard fare, and Joseph, (the proprietor) worked with us to finalize a menu that met our budget and preferences.
The food, presentation, and service, were all excellent. Joseph and his assistant were very cordial and very professional. We felt that Foda offered very good value for the price. -

Joseph is the man! Wonderful from both a food and business perspective. As the person responsible for providing the catering for an important office event, I was feeling very stressed about everything. Joseph set my mind at ease, and helped to make the planning as easy as I could hope for. The food was amazing -- and I will definitely go to him first for future events.

Foda catered our wedding and did a fantastic job. The food was exquisite, earning compliments from pretty much all of our guests. Joseph was on top of every aspect, let us enjoy our wedding day without a thought as to the particulars of feeding almost 200 people. The cuisine was not only tasty but looked gorgeous. Anyone who is looking for a caterer, look no further, this is the Bay Area's best.

My husband and I had Joseph cater and assist us in planning our dinner menu for our wedding. Extraordinarly delicious! We must say. We highly recommend him for not only his assortment of delicious dishes and styles, but his willingness to assist us for our special day. We highly recommend his services to anyone!
