Anne is fabulous! I recently moved down to Portland from Seattle and I was a little nervous about finding a new pilates instructor. I found Anne through Yelp and I couldn't be happier.

She is a delightful person, she's extremely knowledgeable and she makes sure you get a great workout with lots of individual attention. Her approach to her business is very personal and warm and she's knows her stuff. Anne is a gem!

I visited Anne for Massage and Physical Therapy.  She was wonderful.  She listened to my concerns and issues and addressed them beautifully.  She was wonderfully intuitive and perfect in the amount of work that I wanted and what my body needed.  She specializes in work/stress related tensions and injuries.  I have referred several friends to her, she has done wonderful work with older female clients and they have loved her.  Her cranial sacral work is heavenly.  I can happily recommend Anne as a Physical Therapist, personal trainer, and therapeutic masseuse.

Love Anne! I like the balance of working out followed by massage...it's the combination that make this a killer treatment. I like to book 11/2 hr starting with half hour of Pilate's followed by amazing massage...she does cranialscaral massage, hard to find anyone certified in this really light touch but effective body work. I suffer from vertigo and chronic neck pain and cranial is the way to go.

Anne is fabulous!  My husband and I have been working with Anne for several years now and we feel more limber, athletic and in shape than we have in years.  She brings a great background of training and education to every session so you're always learning something new about your body.  And her massages are amazing!  I highly recommend her.
