I walked by Fleurish and to my dismay, I saw the sign that they're closing up shop! :(
I'm sorry to see that Fleurish did not fleurish.... this has been my favorite place to shop for cute and unique gifts. It's where our "We heart Willow Glen" sign came from. It's terrible that this horrid economy has taken away another gem from Downtown WG.
Try to stop in to support this local business one last time. Everything is 30% off right now, including Christmas decor.

My favorite Lincoln Avenue shop! Love that my January buys me fabulous gifts here. Cake stands, yummy Archipelago candles, Fleur di Lis art, garden accessories and GORGEOUS canvas wall hangings by Papayalicious!
The owner has graciously discounted 30% off EVERYTHING in the store for the month of March. What a GREAT way to support the residents of Willow Glen and get us to shop LOCAL!!! Keep those tax dollars in San Jose.
one of the bestest shops evar on Lincoln Avenue. A cross between shabby chic, retro, eclectic and unique art finds for the home and as gifts.
The owner just has a fabulous sense of style, I am never disappointed in this shop. I always find and am delighted with the offerings here and just wish I had more reasons to just shop, so I can visit more often.
I like also that she offers candles and soaps but that the scent of them never overwhelms, it just delights you with the fragrance of very pretty things. I really enjoy this shop, I hope that enough patrons visit it all year long so that she never has to shut down. If you are in willow glen sometime, please stop in and buy a little something - cause its totally worth checking out!
yay!
One of the area's cutest little gift shop, hands down. I don't even know how to classify a place like this except that it's all that cutesy home stuff you never knew you needed, and really don't...but once you have it...suddenly you wonder how your (insert room here) looked as fabulous without it.
So that's why this is THE place I come if I have a super-picky or 'already has everything' friend to shop for...I can always find something at Fleurish. The shop itself is tiny and things are jam-packed in every nook and cranny. Be sure to start at the front and go slowly through that you don't miss anything, small treasures can lurk in unsuspecting corner niches!
Never had a bad experience here..I always come out with my gift AND a little somethin' for myself...and their little gift wrapped boxes are super cute too. One comment, if the shop is crowded when you go in, expect to wait in line at the register and if someone is having something wrapped, prepare to wait even longer...this is not the place to go if you have a 'quick 5 min' to spare.
I absolutley love this store! It's so adorable and you can find a gift for just about anyone you know. Really, I swear.
During Christmas I was in a couple times a week. I found the most perfect gifts for 2 of my best gal pals. They even box it up with a ribbon for you, no stress, no worries. Fleurish is just perfect! The staff is always so friendly and helpful and really its a little field trip when you go in there.
You should go today - you can always buy a little something for that little someone.
This store has sooooo much cute stuff! They have all sorts of things for the home... the staff is sooo helpful and friendly.
I went in here the day of the Italian festival in September and they had all of their Halloween decorations out. So cute! they had spider candleholders and things with black cats to hang on the wall...
They have plates, cups, candles, garden wares, and just trinkets. This store is a great place to pass some time they have so much stuff that you need to wander around and check it all out!
For a minute, I thought I was in one of those wonderful little shops up in the San Juan Islands or Port Townsend, Washington, the land I love and miss. This is going to be my #1 destination for all things gifts...for myself and others. They have candles, jewelry, garden items, kitchen items, stationary, baby clothes, cards and so on....all very unique. I was "ooohing and awwing" all over the place.
Once in a while I'll come across a store for which I often find myself coming back to...time and time again. Fleurish happens to be one of those very stores. Luckily, it's located in Willow Glen, which resides very close to my humble abode. I have the opportunity to visit pretty much on a weekly basis, so I can check out the "newest goods". They carry a variety of merchandise from gorgeous home decor, gifts for practically every occasion, bath and body products, boutique candles, garden decor, to incredible jewelry and handbags. I am comforted to know that when I need to buy a gift, I can come here and always find that perfect present. Everything is always beautifully and creatively displayed. It's almost like a mini Anthropologie...minus the somewhat overblown prices (don't worry Anthro, I still have lots of love for you!). It's fun to see that with every month, they have incredible themed displays which really seem to get me in the mood. From Christmas, Valentines day, to Easter, and even season-inspired displays, they have a way of stirring my inner desire to buy one of everything! It's a dangerous place indeed. A definite test of my self control...
For months now, I've been particularly eyeing the most adorable mini crystal/and blue glass chandelier. Now if I only had a nice room to put it in, I'd forsurely get it. But until then, I'll just admire it from afar. I've certainly purchased some pretty jewlery pieces there, along with feeding my ever-growing candle addiction. My husband thinks I seriously need help. Hey is there a support group for candle junkies?
Anyway, I highly suggest that when you are in the area, you should visit this place. Good chances are I'll be there with my trusty wallet wide open! : )
Hmmm.... so I went there with a budget in mind, looking for a gift for my one year old. Came out with an armful of cute and thoughtful items for friends instead. If you're looking for a sentimental gift, one that your friend/family will keep for years, this is the place to look for such a treasure. Their inventory is an eclectic mix of home decor, art work, jewelry, cards and children's items. It's hard to describe so you just have to check it out. The owners stocks items that are unique, shipping them from all over the place.
I rate this store at 5 stars for its awesome layout, fantastic people who are sweet helpful and all the cool things that you find. Here is a place that once you enter makes you think about all the cool people in your life and all the little things they have done for you and how much you want to get them something to show how much they mean to you... Does this makes sense? The price range for items is great and if you drop by on a regular basis you will find incredible items on sale.
