One of Flatbread Company's Favorite Reviews What's This?
Flatbread Pizza offers a variety of organic pizzas. All ingredients, toppings, and sauces are top quality certified organic products. The flat bread style, thin crust offerings are beyond delicious. The beer and wine are typically regional offerings from local breweries and wineries. However they do offer a number of other options. The homemade lemonade is a classic! The salad topped with organic chicken and house dressing is unbelievable. Don't forget to try their to-die-for brownie and ice cream dessert!!
The staff at the Burlington location are fast, friendly and aim to please. The atmosphere is relaxing and the food is great. You won't be disappointed.

I'm not the earthy-crunchy type who looks for "healthy" junk food. I like my junk food to take a few years off my life, but I heard good things about Flatbread and decided to put it to the Pepsi challenge. Now I've been there about a half dozen times, and each time my friend and I have been seated at a booth by the window. Nice place to sit, but the booths are about as big as an aircraft carrier, and it's a tad odd to be carrying on a conversation from waaaaaay across the table. But that's neither hear nor there, I just thought I'd clue you in just in case you want to opt for a table and a more intimate setting. Ok, now onto the pizza.
It's a brick oven joint complete with a huge oven smack in the middle of the place that looks like Fred Flinstone's house. Staff are friendly and service is fairly quick. The pizza is tasty, I especially enjoyed the pepperoni and sausage toppings. Served up with a cold glass of beer or three on tap and I was tempted not to return to work after lunch.
Based upon the Yelp reviews, I stopped here for an early dinner.
The Server, Sarah H, suggested the special: Reuben Pizza. Yep! Pizza with pastrami, sauerkraut, onions, etc. Sarah is cute, so being a sucker (typical guy), I tried it. The pizza was great--I expected much worse, but I really enjoyed it. Combined with their local dark beer made this a great meal.
Afterward, Sarah asked me to try the Chocolate Chip Banana Bread. Again, I was clouded by her charms--even though I don't like Banana Bread. Well, it was good too--or I was drunk from the 3 beers.
If you're in the area (about 17 miles west of Boston), give this place a try!
Delicious.
Love the creativity associated with their decor. Who else uses children's drawings as their menu covers! So cute.
The pizza here rocks. All natural....mostly organic, what more can one ask for?
I was a bit bummed that the sangria was not available on the nite we went....but water is better for you anyway.
Had a great date here last spring, in part because of the great selections of wine and beer but also because of the complimentary white pizza the bartender gave us. The pizza was delicious. Unfortunately, we were not having dinner, but I was definitely interested in coming back. The bartender was really attentive, and, as a person who hates to sit at bars or eat alone, I would feel totally fine going back there by myself if I had to. Very warm and friendly atmosphere.
The only downside is that there was some sort of middle school fundraiser going on by the door. I appreciate the hometown feel, but I don't want to feel pressure to buy something on my way in or out.
Reading everything on their website, was completely true and more.
My boyfriend and I sat at the bar and she was so friendly, helpful, patient. One of those places to eat that there was absolutely nothing wrong with this place.
The pizza was wonderful. We ordered a large and with both of us finishing the whole thing.
Wonderful to see all of the community activities they do for the town and the kids. This place was one of a kind and would go back there again in a second.
Check it out and see. you will not be disappointed at all.
Love love Flatbread! I've been to this location many, many times and have never had a bad experience. Whenever I feel like pizza this is my go to place.
I never thought that Flatbread would become my favorite comfort food, but it's happened, nonetheless.
The atmosphere is really comfortable, and if it's chilly out, you can request a table closer to the brick oven. The best non-alcoholic drink is the hot lemonade, sweetened with maple syrup. In an attempt at being lazy, I tried to make it at home instead of going out for it. Disaster. I'll drive there to get it from now on.
The salad is your basic salad, but something about the house dressing makes me wish they'd make it a beverage, but I'm glad they don't because then the hot lemonade might have some competition.
I always look forward to the specials, and I've had some great ones over the years like corned beef and cabbage on St Patrick's Day, and chicken broccoli Alfredo. Sometimes the pizza sauce can be a little too spicy, but I haven't had that problem often.
If you have room, the chocolate chip banana bread is fantastic. Ask them to heat it up, too.
Overall, this is a solid place with a comfortable atmosphere and great food; I always take guests here when they come from out of town.
After visiting their Portsmouth location I was psyched to here there was another location closer to home. Consistently great pizza with interesting toppings and fresh organic ingredients. You must have their salad, the dressing is amazing. All the pizza's are great.
I love the feel of this place. Comfortable, relaxed, rustic... if you look out the side window at the trees, you almost feel like your on a mini vacation to the mountains. The staff is really friendly, too.
Simply good pizza. Admittedly, the location is a little weird - I thought googlemaps gave me a bad address, but alas, there was Flatbreads tucked away in an office park. Plenty of parking though!
The only two times I've been here were around 8:30 on Tuesdays, so I can't speak to peak meal times/weekends, but...
This is a really great pizza place. There are lots of delicious topping combinations and ingredients. I love that they use local New England vendors, and that it's all natural and organic. I think I've tried at least 10 different pizzas, and each one was awesome. We've yet to have leftovers.
Very friendly and helpful waitstaff - even though the restaurant technically closes at 9pm on Tuesdays (I know, we're jerks for coming in at 8:30), I never feel like I'm being rushed out of there. Really cool, comfortable atmosphere.
I'm not sure why the pizza is cut in rectangles rather than the typical triangle (am I missing something here?), but I'll take it. I've also never had room at the end of the meal for dessert, but I'm sure they're great as well. Go there!
I've celebrated 2 of my birthdays at Flatbread! This place is awesome!
PROS:
-All Natural
-You can see your pizza being cooked
-Maine Root rootbeer
-Delicious
-Relaxed vibe
-Nice people
-The BANANA BREAD!
CONS:
-Sometimes Slow
-They might be a little too 'kid friendly' aka kids run around the restaurant sometimes

Really, really, really good. But the parking lot at the Bedford location is a nightmare.
First, they get major props for having gluten free crust. Second, the fact that the toppings are organic, and local when possible, outstanding. It's also a great kids experience- if your kids are open to something other than Domino's pizza- my nieces love both the pizzas and the desserts. And watching the pizzas get made in the fire.
I often wish there were more on the menu, in case you're not in the mood for pizza or a simple salad, but it _is_ the Flatbread company, and not the "what am I in the mood for tonight" company.
Overall it's delicious- and don't be afraid to pick and choose ingredients from various pizzas, they'll customize for you with no complaints.
And can I mention, again, props on the gluten free crust?
A very cool pizza restaurant! I first heard about it from my husband who worked nearby and frequently ate there for lunch and had great things to say about a number of their flatbread flavors. The food and service is great, and they purchase their ingredients from local farmers. Their dedication to local goods, promotion of eco-friendliness and recycled decor led to the joking title "Hippie-Pizza" - it's a pretty funky place, accompanied by the great wood burning earthen oven.
They change up their specialty flavors of pizza, and there's plenty of room for making your own creatively-flavored pizza.
Some great pizzas include the Taco, the veggie with balsamic vinegar as the sauce instead of tomato, Jay's Heart, and Community Flatbread.

This establishment is hidden in an office park along the corner of Network Drive & Burlington Road in Bedford. I feel lucky that my friend had a coupon for a free pizza, because I would have never known about this place.
First of all..it's rustic and beautiful inside! Exposed wooden beams frame the entire restaurant and the old, open wood-fired clay stove tops it off as it lights the entire dining room.
The staff here is friendly and attentive, yet not overbearing. Our waitress was knowledgeable and sweet. Even though she didn't know a lot about their beer selection (which is fine) she offered free samples. It's a lot more than I can say for other places I've been - and it's better than lying.
The manager, Sean personally came to our table to ask how we liked everything. This impressed me. it's rare that I see this often.
All of the produce is organic, and meats are free-range. If that matters to you... Not me, but I just loved dining here.
We were told of the daily special, which was a buffalo chicken pizza, made with shredded chicken and topped with shredded carrots, celery and bleu cheese. There was absolutely NOTHING missing from this pizza. I would actually like to see it on the regular menu. It was the most fantastic meal. Even the small pizza could have been enough if we decided to start with a salad....but you know we didn't..
We also had a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza.
The first half was Nitrate-free pepperoni with mushrooms, cheese and herbs and the other 1/2 was "community flatbread" caramelized onions, sauce, cheese and herbs.
I don't remember the name of the organic IPA I drank, but it was so delicious. This would be a great place to take someone on a date, or even for a large group of people.
The restrooms are CUTE but smell like a barn (if you can imagine that) it's the old wood. Not barn in a bad way - we're not talking manure, it was just....musty?
I will be coming back here soon.
Great tasting pizza! You won't be dissapointed....
Service was so-so...our waitress was nice ...but the chef or cook was not timely...our 2 large pizza's came out before our salads. The small cheese we ordered for the kids didn't come out til 10 minutes after everything....quick service yes....but really??...there's supposed to be a flow...
Earthy -crunchy fun place...with earthy-crunchy teenage staff
From the outside, Flatbread looks nothing like a brick-oven eatery. It's in an office park in Bedford, MA right near the industrial belt of Interstate 95. As you can see from the other reviews, if you are into all natural, gluten-free food, this place is for you. They really do make some phenomenal pizza. To be honest, when I went we ordered two pizzas that were on special and I couldn't even tell you what was on them but I ate every last bite. Not only is this food healthy but it's the most creative I've ever seen for pizza.

Not Greek or Sicilian pizza, the Flatbread Company's pies are a wholesome, nutritious version of one of everyone's favorite foods. I'm lucky to have this location about two and a half miles from my office and every time I'm in here I find myself more pleasantly surprised than my previous visit.
Flatbread Company offers a variety of fresh pies that use organic ingredients and feature an eclectic mix of meats, veggies and cheeses to create a savory taste experience that's unique among Boston-area pizzerias. There's a wide selection of crusts and toppings, most notably the non-tomato sauce ones that bring out a different flavor in the meats and vegetables on top.
Salads, while optional, should be mandatory, for the greens and tomatoes they use are first rate. I'd also suggest trying one or another of Flatbread's local brews, most of which demand special attention on their own. And if there's any room left after pizza and drinks...desserts, especially the ice cream, are heavenly.
The only knock against Flatbread is the confusing nature of their menu and how it reflects a diner's selections, for it's a bit confusing. However, the staff gets applause for their knowledge of the chef's offerings and fast, accurate service.

2 amazing things about flatbread-
1. i love that they only source their goods from local farmers. they only get the meats from free range/no antibiotic farms. i can't stress enough how not enough restaurants do this!!! it's so much nicer to eat and chill at a place that you know cares about the earth and the welfare of the animals. i can't say how many times i've tried to kick my meat habit but get cravings sometimes. then i feel bad because the animals were treated badly in life and i don't want to support it. it's truly amazing how they support local endeavors and such, and i love that if i WAS to order a chicken something, i wouldn't feel as guilty because i know it came from a good place.
2. the pizza is SO good!!! its nice that its earth friendly, but it tastes super amazing. the community pizza was soooo yummy, as was the salad (blue cheese, celery, carrots, lettuce and i think some seaweed) and then to end the night we got a brownie alamode...which was SOOOO good too.
the waitstaff was super nice, even when my gf dropped a fresh pizza onto a chair. they gave us a new one in 3 minutes for free. :-)
if a restaurant is earth/animal friendly, thats awesome. if the food is awesome, that's double awesome. and flatbread is double awesome!
Delicious pizza! The crust perfectly balances chewiness with crispiness, the toppings are great and fresh, and the space it's served in is pretty cool -- think large, open wooden lodge with eco-trendy trimmings.
Lots of big tables - I went here with a group of eight on a weekday and we had good service that wasn't rushed. I got to sample a simple pepperoni pizza, their homemade sausage pizza, and a mushroom/tomato pizza -- all were excellent.
Good beer selection too! I don't think I'd come here out of the city but definitely a well above average 'burbs option.
This is the best pizza you'll ever have. Anyone who says otherwise is lying.

I'm not very religious, but I'm pretty sure that it's a mortal sin to pass up melted goat cheese. Since I'm much too busy to be confessing and absolving sins, I'd rather just follow the rules. With that said, my boyfriend and I ordered the co-evolution and lets just say that those kalamata olives and goat cheeze didn't just co-evolve in my mouth, they straight up did the nasty and it was amazing. But wait! There's more!
The dessert? Holy Mother of Mary, this brownie accompanied by ice cream was quite the little devil, and I do mean that literally. With my very own eyes, I watched that brownie rise from the flames and go straight to my plate, only to be quickly scooped up by myself and my boyfriend. The dessert can only be described as divine. The experience as a whole? Heavenly!
Flatbread is one of those places which prides itself on its green-ness and environmental consciousness - to the point where my co-workers referred to this as the 'hippie-pizza' place.
Regardless of their political and environmental beliefs, they do make a fine pizza. I've sampled any number of pizzas here, and they've all been pretty good. Highlights were definitely the Mexican and the Bedford Community flatbreads, though. The Buffalo chicken is also pretty good. I wasn't too much of a fan of their Nitrate-free sausage though. Perhaps Nitrates make sausages betterer? :-)
My Ratings:
Food: Good flatbreads! But they cut them weird. =) They'll cut them 'traditionally' if you ask, though. Excellent dough, fresh toppings, and nice-thin crusts.
Service: Good, friendly wait staff. They seem to have an endless supply of ever-chipper hostesses!
Value: Fair. A bit expensive for what you get - but then again, being green isn't necessarily cheap!
Ambiance: An odd place, really - lots of re-purposed and re-cycled fixtures. The giant, wood-fired clay oven is neat, and there are these huge standing stones around the dining area. Stonehenge-ish?
Bottom line:
It passed the test of lunch - went back many many times to sample their different flatbreads - I'd still be going there if I hadn't moved away!
If you don't know this restaurant is where it is, you probably would never find it. Also, don't be intimidated by the parking lot which is nearly always packed, the Chinese bufet nextdoor draws a big crowd, you will be able to find a spot inside flatbread (never packed). Also, if it is raining out, you may want to bring waders and cinder blocks to put the car on as the parking lot frequently floods with heavy rain.
The places specializes in wood fired, brick oven, organic pizzas. If you have vegan friends, this is one of the only places in Burlington where people will find something on the menu. The menu is very limited if you don't want pizza though, there aren't any other entree options. You basically pick a salad (if you want) and then the personal or full size pizza.
The pizzas are all thin crust. They do have a more traditional pizza (Jay's Heart) and several more unconventional pizzas (like taco pizza, etc.). I like the Cheese & Herb, real nice for those who like a white pizza with no tomato sauce. The Buffalo Chicken pizza (not on the menu all the time) is worth checking out if you can. They will take down your name and email you when they have it on the menu if you want. I know people who only go here with the B. Chicken pizza is on the menu, they should serve it more often.
The bar is starting to fill out more and more each time I go. They do have a fairly good selection of organic beer which you don't find elsewhere. You will find beer selection limited though if you like generic, disgusting, grow all the ingrdients with as many chemicals as possible, American beer. I believe they are starting to add more liquor for full bar service, but this appears to be a work in progress.
I really like this place, but also want to note that this place draws some intense hatred from some of my lunch buddies. Some people just refuse to go here for some reason which I've yet to figure out. It does drive more conversvative friends batty with all the organic ingredients and it's general earth friendliness, but I like that crunchy sort of stuff.
I would give a higher rating, but would like to see:
A) Buffalo Chicken on Menu Full time
B) throw out all the chairs, they aren't comfortable
C) Add a few more choices on the menu besides pizza, to draw a few more people (but hey, in fairness, it is a pizza place)
D) Have a better designed parking lot. You usally have to park far away.

Flatbread is a very inviting space with very good pizza. Probably worth four stars based on the food and atmosphere alone.
The service, however, leaves much to be desired. I mentioned in another review how restaurants in areas with lots of industry should expect large lunch crowds with limited time for lunch break. That being said, service should be extra speedy. We do usually go in a large group, maybe 10 or so, so I understand that it can be difficult to serve large parties, but we've had occasions where half the table was served and the other half of the table waited another 15 minutes for their food. One other time we were there and we waited about 45 minutes for any food to arrive to the table. Waitstaff continued to fill drink orders, but never once acknowledged the emptiness of the space where there should have been plates full of organic, hippie pizza with nitrate-free pepperoni. I guess the lesson is to go to this place when you have time to spare.
This place makes a strong argument in favour of pizza's good name against all the greasy, cheesy, bready crap posing as pizza out there. The menu rotates periodically, and always involves some really interesting seasonal topping combinations.
Their pizzas also have a great crust: toppings ratio, and owing to the general good quality and healthiness of ingredients, won't leave you feeling like an unwashed grease pan even when you're stuffed with pizza. The organic beers and sodas are also great, and add that perfect last hippie touch to the dining experience.
My one word of caution, though, is that this place does get really crowded both during weekday lunches and weekend dinners. Service also tends to be slower (limited by the stone-oven?) when it's crowded -- so make sure you have some time to spare if you're going during a popular mealtime!
Fabulous pizza, able to seat large groups easily, friendly service. Only downside was it took FOREVER to get our pizza...

It's definitely a place to check out, but it isn't the type of place I would constantly frequent.
The pizza is great, don't get me wrong. They have many flavors and toppings that would satisfy even the biggest pizza fanatic. However... for the price that you pay and for what you get, I don't think Flatbread Pizza is the place you want to go for dinner. Generally, the flatbread style is not filling at all! Also, it does not hold up well against heavy duty toppings. I'd only recommend this place for either a weight conscious person (go with the mediterranean), or for a casual date: the atmosphere is nice, and it is a somewhat "new experience" for some.
This is one of the best pizzas I've had in Boston! The place was empty so we were seated right away. Everything is organic (and I do mean everything), so if that's not your bag, then you aren't going to enjoy it. The menu boasts salads, various pizzas and dessert, as well as a decent wine list. They have some unusual drinks, such as hot lemonade (I wasn't adventurous enough last night to try that, but it didn't sound very appealing). They have a selection of herbal teas and locally produced drinks, such as root beer (which I didn't really enjoy).
My friends and I split the salad. It was delicious. We got the blue cheese on the side and it was enough for 3. As for entrees, we all got pizzas. They have a selection of non-tomato sauce ones as well as traditional, and gluten-free crusts. That was cool.
I had the jay's heart with fire roasted red peppers. It was soooo good! Thin crust, perfectly baked, and had the right amount of herbs. My friends got the pepperoni and the fennel sausage. Both enjoyed theirs.
The meal was great, as was service. Our waitress was very friendly and explained everything perfectly. Our bill came out to be abou $12-$13 each, so that is pretty good for pizza and salad.
If you are in Bedford, do check it out.

This company started in a barn in Vermont where Flatbread Company shipped their pizzas for sale to natural food stores. On weekends they'd open up to the public as a restaurant so that people could taste the pizzas right out of the clay oven. They expanded locally and this particular location in Bedford opened for business in the Spring of 2006 (after holding an "oven-making party" in January where anyone/everyone gathered to pile on the clay that created the oven you see right in the dining area!)
They claim to be the only pizzamakers in the tri-state area who use spring water, organic flour, kosher salt, and real cake yeast to make pizza dough. I went for the first time last night and do admit this is really yummy pizza. The flatbread and the fresh, organic ingredients make it taste unique and special and the "Jay's Heart" pizza (a traditional organic pizza with sauce and cheese) was absolutely delicious and comes with a sprinkling of some perfect blend of herbs.
Two reservations only:
1. The chairs are really uncomfortable. (?)
2. There don't seem to be enough ingredients, in my opinion. I was looking forward to artichoke hearts and pineapple. They don't really list all of the ingredients they offer and in order to take them up on their menu offer to "Build Your Own" you basically have to scan the menu for what's listed on other pizzas. You also have to check out the "Specials" chalkboard because still more ingredients may be listed there that aren't on the menu at all. It's a little confusing and more work than it ought to be.
I understand they want to use locally grown and organic items. I applaud that. However, Kalamata olives are not grown locally and those are on the menu so why not add some locally grown sliced or diced fresh tomato to your ingredient list? Why not list on the menu the green pepper that was being offered on the Specials board? Is green pepper not an option every day of the week? I'd consider that a pretty standard topping. I understand that pineapple is a little eclectic and I don't expect to get it everywhere I go but I think a comprehensive list of toppings is the least a customer can expect - especially when they devote a portion of the menu to letting you construct your own pizza. For this drawback they get 3 stars instead of 4.
Still in all, this is very good pizza; that is to say, I enjoyed it. We were there on a weeknight and it wasn't crowded, the service was good, and the building interior is unique and large. The complex of buildings in the area also houses Bamboo (Asian/Sushi) and coming soon, The Melting Pot (fondue).

Flatbread is one my favorite Pizza places in Boston. Everything is organic and 9 times out of 10 you will love your pizza. I do like the salad here, and I am not a salad fanatic.
I tend to go for the weekly special pizzas, and as a meat-a-tarian, I can assure that more often than not the veggie is better than the meat option. I wish some of the weekly specials would migrate to the standard menu, which at times feels a little limiting.
The staff is good and friendly, and I view flatbread as a reliable friend. Deserts I don't love here, but I would love if they made chocolate / deserty pizza. Hint Hint..

Flatbread's is a great place to get some wholesome food with a fun, 'crunchy' atmosphere. You walk in and the restaurant feels like a big log cabin, fireplace and all. Definitely not your typical pizza joint!
The menu includes all organic ingredients and free-range meat so you can rest assured that you're eating an environmentally considerate meal, if you're concerned about that. If you're not concerned about that, it's okay too because the ingredients taste fantastic regardless of the political implications. The specials are written on chalkboards dispersed throughout the room, and if you feel like a more relaxed meal, you can park it at a low table with lounge chairs/futons and just 'chill'.
You look at the pizzas and think "Oh God I'll never finish all that", but the crust is very thin and airy, and it's cut into such tempting little 'breadstick' type pieces that you end up having 'just one more' until it's all gone!
I tried the brownie sundae....mmm. Haha can you tell I like chocolate? All my reviews are like, "and then the brownie", "and then the cake"... usually I don't have room for dessert, but I had to make some room to try an organic brownie with all-natural ice cream.
And it's right next to Bamboo, one of my favorite restaurants of all time! So I suppose that's why I've only been to Flatbreads once. haha It's hard to choose!

I currently live in New York and although NYC pizza is some of the best, I will always regard Flatbread as the best pizza I've ever had. The product is spot on from the toppings, the cheese, the sauce, right down to the crust. It's a light pie that is absolutely delectable. It's not greasy like some of the other junk that calls itself pizza (Divito's/Pizza Hut) and it truly is delicious.
The atmosphere is great as well for those looking for something beyond the food. The rustic feel is great and the oven is located right in the dining area, as well as the kitchen.
Whenever I visit MA (originally from Billerica) I always make a trip to Flatbread to satisfy my craving. I've had many great slices out here in NY (Lombardi's and Bleecker Street Pizza at the top of the list) but Flatbread will always be number 1 in my heart and stomach.
This is my favorite pizza place now. It is a thin-crust pizza, which I love. The salad is also excellent. I love that they use all natural and locally grown produce.
My only complaint is that the waiters come by too often and ask if "everything is OK". Arrrrrg. They interrupt your conversation to ask this. Once is enough! After that they should just drift by now and then so if there is a problem the customer can say, "Excuse me" and get the problem resolved.
Too many restaurants confuse this constant pestering with good service. The wait staff here is very nice, so I hate to complain, but this is one of my pet peeves.
Edited to remove a star because they are still doing the "is everything OK" type thing ad naseum. Yesterday, I had literally just put the first forkful of salad in my mouth, when the waitress zoomed in and asked, "How's the salad?" Well, I don't know. My taste buds haven't had a chance to send a message to my brain yet. GO AWAY!

I went to this organic pizza joint for lunch about a week ago. It gave me kind of a weird "everybody here is trying really hard to be granola" vibe. I spent some time out in Seattle where this is the norm and it really did bug the hell out of me. I am not really into this whole deal where people think they should get a frigging medal because they are crunchy. Enough already - take a shower and shave your legs every once in a while.
But I digress. The food here was pretty good. They have a menu that seemed like it had about a dozen options for lunch, and then they had two specials. That day I tried both the veggie special which was cool because I am a big fan of artichokes, and the meat special, which was sweet because meatballs make everything better. They were very proud of themselves for using local organic produce. I really could care less as long as it tastes okay.
The drinks were weird. I got a "hot lemonade." It tasted just like it sounds - like lemonade, but hot enough to burn your mouth. No other word to describe it but weird. Not in a bad way, but once again - I just felt like they were trying too hard for that alternative vibe.
They did seem to have a good selection of micro brews, so maybe I'll have to go there after work and see if the waitresses look less crunchy after a few beers.
Price was decent - $13 for a lemonade and a large single person pizza.
Get there early - lunch rush was crowded and the staff seemed a little overwhelmed. Service was a bit slow at times.
All in all, I'll go back. Maybe I'll buy some sandals and grow out my hair to fit in there.

When I walked in, I tried to figure out what is special about this place. From the make-shift birch branch picture frames to the allusions of fresh killed organic chicken, I thought country at first. However, a quick look at the really open kitchen where young people were tossing flat dough in the air, I knew something else was at work here.
The hostesses forgot to greet us and left us standing there for about 10 minutes, even though we were about 3 feet behind them and the only ones waiting in the lobby. The barmaid's great attitude and helpfulness more than compensated for their obliviousness. She let me sample the organic beer on tap (very dark & slightly sweet).
We ordered a small pulled chicken bbq flat bread and the large sausage & mushroom flat bread. The latter was delicious. We definitely took some leftovers home. Plus, warm homemade chocolate chip banana bread with 2 scoops of vanilla was wonderful! Our servicer was very attentive.
The ambience is low key with simple wooden tables and chairs. There is a huge fire hearth dome that boys from the kitchen stick long wooden spatulas in and out.
It is simple good eats that make you feel good afterwards because it didn't hurt or overly process the farm animals.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but the pizza here is simply delicious.
Menu has salads, pizzas, and dessert. If you are someone who must have bread, or apatizers, then go in knowing they don't have em That doesn't really seem to matter though, just split a salad. In fact, one large pizza by itself is usually perfect portions for my wife any myself.
Decent wine and beer selection, but you can't order anything at the bar? Not sure what they are going for, but you can only sit at the bar if you order dinner there.
All the ingredients are organic and all natural, and it comes through in the food. YUM

I read the reviews and have been wanting to try this place but it is quite a hike from my house. Today I was in Nashua, NH and decided to swing by for a takeout pizza and check it out.
Great, fresh, positive vibe. Staff are super friendly. Pizza is made before your eyes in an amazing stone oven in the middle of the room. Everything is fresh and ORGANIC. One suggestion: add a vegan dessert to the menu, please!
Pizza lovers know the secret to great pizza is the crust -- theirs is superb. Crispy with nice texture and flavor. Toppings were superb. I had the vegan pizza (tomato sauce, kalamata olives, mushrooms and carmelized onions). Deee-lish! Highly recommended for non-vegans as well as a low-cal alternative to pizza with cheese.
Clean, spacious, comfy, friendly, tasty, and reasonably priced. A big winner worthy of many special trips back for an eat-in experience.
The food is good here, and I've been a bunch of times for lunch. The salads are good and different. I usually don't order salad, but, I've had it here multiple times.
The pizza's are very different from the Papa Gino's, Domino's, Pizza Huts, etc. They are thin crust, and have organic toppings. Very tasty. The prices are a little high, as just a personal cheese pizza is about $7.50 I think, while when you want any topping, it jumps up to $9 and up.
I've read some of the reviews about the wait staff and how they were treated horribly, but, those are rare occurrences. When people have a bad experience, they're more likely to report it than when they have a good one.
You never wait more than a minute or two before the hostess comes back, and the waiters are never fighting over who will serve you. If anything, my only complaint would be the wait staff is too friendly, and they've asked me too many times how my food was. They also were very friendly with a friend of mine, and talked him into trying a new drink. The pro of this is my drink is always filled, and I can ask for help at anytime.
The only bad thing about the place is you won't be able to get a deep dish pizza.
Oh, and the reason for the 3 stars is -- a pizza place could never get 5 stars from me, and every time I go here, I want to return here less and less. Like I've said before, it's good for the area, but, I don't rate on the bell curve.
