Well rest assured this is not a fake. I used them and, like all the other reviews that are now gone, I thought they were great.
Everyone hates moving, especially your friends and family that get roped into helping you! For $40/hr. I got two hard working guys that didn't stop till the job was done. So save your back and the backs of your friends and family and give Flat Rate a call.

MOVING: Masters of loading / unloading (your) truck rental, Pods, containers or storage units. We can help you pack, disconnect appliances, disassemble and re-assemble your furniture.
HOUSEHOLD LABOR: Furniture setup or re-arranging, yard work, window washing, gutter cleaning, pre-fab gazebo, shed or jungle-jim setup, or just be those "extra" hands for that project you're working on.
DEMOLITION: Total house gutting to light demo work, carpet / tiles / linoleum ripped up, plaster, paneling, drop ceilings torn down, sheds / decks / breezeways and sunrooms demolished, dumpster loading or cleanouts done. Kitchen cabinets to bathroom tubs demo, we can do it.
History
Established in 2009
Prior June, 2009, Flat Rate Labor, Inc. was formerly named Philly Clean and Move. Philly Clean and Move (PCM) was established in 2005 with a successful 4 year track of multiservices ranging from home / office cleaning, moves and deliveries to cleanouts and demolitions. PCM became a BBB member in 2008 earning an "accredited member" status due to the hundreds of satisfied and verifiable customers.
The tough decision of the name change was due to the "multiple service category listings" the company fell under when searches where conducted. PCM started out as a cleaning company, but has preformed multiple labor services, thus outgrowing it's name, Philly Clean & Move.
We have 100% confidence that in a shorter period of time we will regain all (and more!) of the glory and excellent ratings our former company (PCM) once had. By adhering to our policies and motto, "Doing what we advertise and doing it right", we will earn it under our new name...Flat Rate Labor, Inc.
