I have nothing but praise for Flair Cleaners. I've used them for well over a decade now. They're the only cleaners I've ever used and probably ever will use. Do yourself a favor and print the coupons online before (or even after) you drop off your clothes. And if you live in the Burbank area, keep you eye out for a mailer with a 40% off dry cleaning coupon! With that coupon, I dry cleaned my cali king comforter for only $20!

I am SHOCKED that this place has the reviews it does. EVERY TIME I go into this place the people are SO RUDE!

I literally can't stand the woman that checks my clothes in. She is rude, unfriendly, offers little - to no information and seems irritated by my inquiries.

I understand that their are no guarantees that you can remove a stain, but she says it so defensively like she's been attacked numerous times for not getting stains out. Just let me know politely please.

ALSO, HOW MUCH DOES DRY CLEANING COST HERE? There are NO PRICES. And when I asked if they was any way they could let me know - she was like "not really. It varies depending..."

So basically you can make up whatever prices you want every time I come in and I'm supposed to feel comfortable that you are giving me fair truthful price? What the hell is that? I'm scared to look at my dry cleaning bill tomorrow when I pick my clothes up - because no matter what I have to pay and I don't even know what the hell I am paying. NOT EVEN A BALLPARK. And I can't wait for the employee there to great me with her beaming personality. yaaayy!

After this - I'm probably going to look for a new place, because I'm afraid of punching this lady in the face.

TWO VERY BIG AND CLEAN THUMBS UP!!
I would give Ron and his team 6 stars if I could--they are professional, accomodating, and provide not only great customer service--but  my clothes always are ready, perectly cleaned and pressed, and they get the 'tough stains' out(that even surprise me!) I am very big on customer service and attitude--and they always serve me with a smile.Perhaps approaching them with a smile--one will get one in return. I know I will never need another dry cleaner--CONGRATULATIONS to Ron and the entire team at Flair Cleaners in Toluca Lake. I wish every small business owner ran their operations at the level that Ron does.

I've been a customer at Flair for over 5 years - and every couple of years, they do something that frustrates me.  Today's another of those days.  I took in laundry and dry cleaning  on Saturday - including a linen shirt that I wanted laundered since it would be cheaper than dry cleaning.  Or so I thought.  (Last month they charged me $3.70 to launder and press a linen shirt, compared to $2.45 to launder and press my cotton shirts.)

Today the bill showed they charged me $7.30 to launder and press the linen shirt.  When I called, they said that's the charge for a linen shirt whether it's laundered or dry cleaned.  Doesn't make sense since they only charged me $3.70 in July.

So, it's a crazy time for me because I am preparing for my cousin's wedding. I got my bridesmaid dress at David's Bridal and hope to never return to the Burbank location as they were a complete mess in half!

So that led me to looking for a new place to alter this long and I mean long silk and taffeta bridesmaid dress. I needed a great place to do alterations, because seriously I am 4'11 1/2 and I am always taking in and hemming almost everything own! But this was a special occasion dress so I wanted a place that was going to do an amazing job.

My boss recommended Flair's Cleaner's on Pass Avenue. They are spectacular! Not only did I try on the dress to be hemmed and taken in, but the alterations person told me to use my smart phone and log on-line to their website to use a 15% off alterations coupon! Talk about great customer service! They also were going to have my dress and pants that I brought in hemmed in under a week! WOW!

I have to say they did a lot of attention to detail such as making sure there is a strong eye hook in the back of the dress etc. Especially because it is a strapless gown and although I am petite do have a girlish figure.

I highly recommend this store. And, I work for one of the studios and they give an additional 20% for us on dry cleaning! Great to know.

You need only drive around the media district in Burbank to realize that are a crap ton of dry cleaning places. You can have your pick. But, if you want a place that takes care of your clothes, has superb customer service, and doesn't put ridiculous, iron-on labels on your clothing, then drive down Pass Ave to Flair Cleaners.

Ron and his team are awesome. Every time I've been there, the staff make you feel welcome, ensure they know what you want to happen to your clothes, and ensures they are ready at the promised time. Additionally, my wife works in the fashion industry and receives many vintage and/or luxury-brand pieces. She has never, ever had something happen to those clothes. They simply take care of everything you allow them to clean.

Thanks again, Ron and team. Keep up the good work.

Been going here for years and have always been happy. Fast turn around and reasonable prices. I always use coupons either from their web site or the ones received in the mail, which are great. Many choices in the area but I have never had a single issue with them not being ready on time or damaging anything Ive given them. Go here with confidence and make sure to USE THE COUPONS!!!

I've had my clothes cleaned at Flair Cleaners for YEARS.
Every employee that I've dealt with has been professional and friendly. (Many of them have been there for years. That says a lot about this place.) They really seem to know their business!
I've even had my wedding dress cleaned and preserved there!

The alterations team (particularly Felicia) does a remarkable job and they do it in a very reasonable amount of time.

Having the shoe repair place right there is incredibly convenient, too. Mike is practically a magician with shoes and purses. He's extended the life of some of my favorite items! (And he'll let you know if he can't repair something, too. Saved me time and money!)

On the odd occasion that something comes back and isn't right, they go out of their way to make it right.

I'm a stickler for good customer service. Flair gets my business because they keep earning it.

When ever I have some mysterious stain on my clothes or my dry cleaning needs, well dry cleaning, I go here. Whether it's soy sauce, wine, puke, blood, food fight stain, mystery stain and uh another mystery stain that we won't get into, Flair cleaners has me covered.

The staff is super friendly and always on time with my clothes. Though my only peeve was that I gave them my home number and it was already in use. Yeah that's right I'm using it but it's under another name. Needless to say they wouldn't let me use it and they wouldn't change it. So I had to give them my cell. Eh no big deal, but I know for a fact my name is not Julio.

This place is great and the people are really friendly, especially the kooky little couple that does the tailoring.

Their website is http://flaircleaners.com and what's great is that you can download free coupons at anytime which will save you a guaranteed 20-30% off your order and a whopping 15% off of alterations (hey a penny's a penny people!).

They are also great at the swift turn around and after my 12 impeccably altered pantalones, 2 now perfect fitting skirts and 3 blouses (who says blouses anymore?) I can safely say that their tailoring skills are flawless.

    Check 'em out!

I have been getting my dry cleaning done at Flair for 5 years and haven't had a bad experience until yesterday.
My dry cleaning total came to $61.79 and they charged my debit card $617.99.  They said they could not credit me back and instead gave me the difference back in cash.
They did not care that I would now overdraw my account. They basically told me "oh well" and "go deposit the $ in the bank tomorrow."
I do not feel like a valued customer and will never go here again.  Please be warned if you decide to use your debit card!

Never thought I'd be writing a review about a dry cleaner's, but Flair are damn good. Used to go to a neighborhood place on Magnolia, but the owners changed and it gave me an excuse to try somewhere else.

Get on their frequent flyer's program - you get a big red bag with your name on it, you just stuff everything in the bag, drop it off (you could probably just throw it through the door if you drive past slowly) and come back a couple of days later for all your clean clothes and a new bag. Tres Convenient.

I saw Jennifer Love Hewitt in there the other day, but she didn't have a red bag. I'm more important than she is. Ha!

I went into Flair once a few months ago with a black flapper dress COVERED in pie. I mean every inch!
The young man behind the counter was kind enough not to ask questions. I also dropped off a few winter coats and used a handy coupon.

When I picked up the dress, it was perfection. I really did not know if the dress could be salvaged and it looked brand-spankin' new.
None of the fringe had unraveled. The coats were great but I was REALLY  impressed by the dress. Thanks a million, Flair!

I just moved out of Burbank and used to go to Flair all the time.  Five stars all around except for the incident that happened on Saturday.  I haven't found a great dry cleaner in Silver Lake yet so, I drove up to Flair at around 9:30 am.  (you can pick your clothes up after 5 the same day if you drop off before 10 or 10:30, can't remember exactly).  I brought 17 pieces and I told the attendant that i needed them that day because I needed to wear some of them on Sunday.  She assured me that they would be ready.  I noticed that my ticket said Monday pick up and I asked the attendant two or three more times that they would be ready by Saturday afternoon.  I even told her that I was driving from Silver Lake and that I had to make sure that they would be ready.  She seemed annoyed that I was asking her but again assured me up and down that they would be ready.

Well, 12 out of the 17 were ready.  5 pieces were missing.  It took about 10 minutes to locate them....the attendant had put them in for Monday.....so,  needless to say I wasn't pleased.

Anyway, the owner called me today and apologized.  He couldn't have been any nicer.  He credited my account and assured me that this would never happen again and that he didn't want to lose my business, etc etc.

Back to the clothes though......Flair is awesome.....they always do a great job.  Remember to always print out the coupons before going.  They would get 5 stars but I am still slightly bitter about Saturday.  They are great though and this is the first time I have ever run in to trouble.

I've had tailoring, laundry, and dry cleaning service done at Flair.  I found them through some coupon advertisement, and I'm totally happy with their services.

Their prices are quite reasonable (be sure to print coupons from their website), the quality of the work is very good (shirts are well pressed, have not shown any signs of wear, and they've even taken care of some stains that I didn't think would come out.  On top of this, it's ultra convenient.  Just sign up for their VIP service (which costs nothing)... you get a convenient red bag that you just throw everything into, and drop it off (takes 10 seconds!).  They'll charge your credit card after you've accumulated enough of a tab (seems to be roughly $20 or so).  It could not be faster.

BEWARE! Flair Cleaners is strictly for customers looking for friendly, attentive service, quality tailoring and flawless cleaning done in an efficeint manner! If you are looking for the typical cleaner who is unreliable, takes ages to care for your clothes and rarely notices you when you walk in the door....back away slowly.

After years of loyalty to this place, I wouldn't dare trust anyone else with my cleaning.

I've been using Flair for about a year and a half, ever since I used to work in Burbank at a studio.  Now even though I work in Hollywood, I still drive to Burbank to drop off my items every other week.

They've always done a good job and they are fast.  I've been to a handful of other cleaners and nobody has consistently done as good of job.  Also, they are open seven days a week... love that.  And I've never had a negative experience with any of their staff.  Nothing exceptional but they do exactly what's expected of them.

I haven't found a better dry cleaners in LA.  (for the price).  I went to Larchmont Dry Cleaners once and they are good but out of their minds at how much they charge.

be warned when dry cleaning here, I delivered 5 pairs of jeans to be dry cleaned here, as we all know washing will shrink jeans and fade their color in one wash, which is why I always dry clean them to keep their length and dark color, well, I requested my dry cleaning as usual and got back 5 light blue, shrunked jeans, the "manager" refused to take responsbility for this and after almost a month of BS settled for a lousy store credit for way less than the jeans worth, talk about cheap. I don't do business with people who can't come forward with their mistake, be a man, its better than being a coward.

If I could give zero stars I would.  Worst customer service, so expensive, even with their $2 coupons.  The woman who helped me was so condescending and had no idea what she was talking about.  Don't go here, don't be fooled by the "environmentally safe" claims.  That's just a way for them to rip you off.  I really think they didn't even clean my clothes but still charged me over $15 for one item.  Stay away from this place.

I brought them my wedding dress (note that it was a simple empire line style - could have been a prom dress) after shopping around for days and being faced with ridiculous prices from other cleaners. When I brought it and asked if there was specific day or time frame that could reduce the price, the lady nicely suggested I go online on their website and print a coupon. But I had to do it before I brought he dress in (which is why I took one star off). So I did and for a wedding dress, the trimming cost me only $35 compare to an average of $45-50 at other places. The trim was perfect and the people were very nice.
