I just got back from here and I have to say it was the best experience I've had at any urgent care facility. The guys at reception were really nice. I didn't catch one of the guy's name, but he sincerely cared about the people he was talking to. There was no wait- I barely even sat down before they called my name. They are on top of their technology too.
One thing I really liked was that the doctor had someone else come in the room with him to write notes (instead of the doctor doing it himself). This made the experience more personal because I felt like I was talking to the doctor and had his full attention; not talking to someone looking at a computer screen more than me.
I swear I've had haircuts that took longer to get in and out of. They set me up with my prescription and gave me all the documentation I could read about my injury and I was home. I waited in the waiting room for 2 hours for a fit test. They called me back and then we're unaware it was a fit test (which I told the front desk and handed her my epassport) and then she disappeared for another 5-10 mins and came back to say the nurse who does fit testing wasn't there and i could go to the other location in 57 which is roughly 15 mins away.

Needed scripts for blood thinner 3 hours later still not called in but people that came after me were called in I guess they were waiting for me to have a stroke again if I stayed any longer I would've. Worst place I've ever been in my 60 years 0 stars or -5 stars

This place is a clown show. First, their AI robot could not process my question. The first time the robot passed me off to customer service I got a busy signal. I hung up and called back. The second time the phone rang for TEN MINUTES STRAIGHT before I hung up.

Money is their sole concern. I spent 15 minutes filling out electronic forms, only to be told that I needed to pay them $50.00 before I saw anyone. I have NEVER been treated as poorly, and I would advise others to avoid these unprofessional scammers

I went to well now 2xs in 1 month, first for severe sore throat, earache, ect I had been sick 2 weeks before going, so not the flu, but they say It's VIRAL,,,ok.
Went back today for a sore in my throat, can't eat, or drink, ir even swallow,,,,you guessed it they say It's VIRAL. on top of it all they look at you like your crazy or stupid if ypu say you need an antibiotic. If your I'll with anything other than a broken bone stay home and treat yourself, save your money. I will go to the emergency room before ever walking into a Well Not Now center. I do have to say the receptionist were very polite and kind. The medical staff. Sucks....

Male doctor was super condescending and rude. Especially after a 2 hour wait , treated me as if it was my fault i wasn't getting better on my own. Definitely would recommended going somewhere else!

The receptionist canceled my appointment without contacting me. The attitude they have towards patients is absolutely unacceptable. I would hope their boss is aware of their poor care.

Just told it would be 45- 60 minutes, 2 hours later of seeing people with appointments walk in they tell me all appointments go before me -why didn't they tell me that ahead of time? They are not enforcing mask rule in waiting room so guy without mask coughing all over.
Would not recommend Auburn Facility at all!

This the worst I've experienced. I'm from California and visiting with a sick daughter. I thought LA was bad but you are the worst. Virtual assistant is lame. Can't schedule an appointment nor speak to anyone.
Seriously i know what tax payers pay here which is partly why I left. And here you have a care station. That is virtually impossible to schedule an appointment for. Or speak to anyone
