Five Points

This is place is an open mic venue in Chinatown who's audience is mostly Asian, but the acts and increasingly, the audience is really diverse. People come up to do music, comedy, and poetry. Some night, it gets trully awful, but its so much fun because the audiences are always positive, the cover charge is usually free or just a few dollars. Limited drink selection, but fare pricing. Bad language is abound everywhere is many acts, so no kids. Mott St is the fun part of Chinatown, which makes this basement stage a hip find, though rough around the edges.
