I love five guys burgers. Super fresh ingredients all the way and free unlimited peanuts. Amazing.

Tip: Don't forget to add the delicious cheese and spicy jalapenos.

Cheeseburger and fries were tasty.  I gave it three stars because the french fries portions are oversized for just one person.  They need to have a smaller serving for folks with normal size stomachs!  One regular portion of the fries can feed my entire family, which is great for feeding families but not so great for just one person.

We've been a few times to this restaurant. The thing that makes me give them the worst rating is that I got food poisoning from their lattice I suspect.
If it was only me I would say this is not enough evidence.
This happened to my son two friends on two additional different occasions!
    Be careful!
The location that was visited in all these cases is the Dedham MA restaurant.

OK, so after all the turkey and "stuff"ing on Thursday and Friday, i needed red meat... I was up in the Nashua/Amherst area and Five Guys called me... I mean, literally called me in with the sweet smell of meat cooking. Sooooooo we stopped in at around lunch time on Saturday... Parking was easy, the Nashua location is not near any mall so it wasn't too hectic... There were about 4 people ahead of us when we got in, but soon it was our turn... Two bacon cheeseburgers "all the way" a regular fries and two drinks... just shy of $20.00 for a meat orgy....I just love the way the meat juices run down your hand when you pick up one of theburgers... My dining companion could not finish the burger since there was a little bit of a pig out  scene going on with the peanuts while we waited.... so I manned up and finished that burger too.... talk about meat coma.....! the service was speedy as always, the condiments on the burger were yummy, but i need to remember to ask for no lettuce... it just takes up space in my humble opinion.... I like the ice tea dispenser too.... you can mix and match your blend pretty easily...At any rate.... the burger and fries were wonderful....
    GO Five Guys!

    You will not be disappointed!
All the toppings are included in the price from pickles and tomato to sauteed onions and mushrooms.
Fresh, red meat, none of that frozen patties you would get at a McDonalds.  Fries are fresh cut as well and delicious.
Next time I might opt for the small cheeseburger as the regular cheeseburger is two patties.
    YUM!

5 Guys is frikkin' delicious.  Not especially fancy, just solid, delicious burger meat love every time.  They have excellent toppings, and they're all free (except cheese).

And the Cajun fries are super good.  get em.

The hubs and I keep saying we won't go there EVERY time we're shopping in the area.  And we fail in our resolve 3/4 of the time.

So I had to finally find out what the Five Guys craze is all about.  I came away impressed in some areas, wanting more in others.

This location admittedly isn't the best.  It fills up and gets crazy, and their service is lackluster (the guy told me I just needed to pump harder when they were out of ketchup... turns out they really were out LOL).

Pro's: Great fries (a small can feed a small family), FREE TOPPINGS on your burgers, and free peanuts.

Con's: The burger meat is better than McDonald's, but not as good as it could/should be.  Instead of getting 2 average patties on the regular burger, I'd prefer just one really good one.  The inevitable food coma you'll enter afterward is unavoidable.  Maybe I should have just embraced it???

I'm going to give Five Guys another try at another location, but I definitely don't think it lived up to the hype.  The free toppings, great fries model is good, but I really just want an amazing burger!

My, my my! Where do I begin?

The service is good overall. I have been here numerous times sometimes the services is very friendly, sometimes meh. By service I mean the person at that front taking your order. Also, your burgers get done very fast. The longest I've had to wait ever is ten minutes (and they were very busy)

The burgers are awesome! It is very fresh and juicy and plump. When you ask for toppings (which are all free) the cooks really fill it. I usually get 3 or 4 toppings and my burger is distinguishable from my boyfriend's burger coz mine is like 4 inches tall (not really but you know) and like ten pounds heavier (yet another exaggeration). I can't really speak for the hot dogs. Coz, seriously, who goes to Five Guys for hot dogs? Get it right! :P

The price is right too. Not too chep and not too expensive. If your looking for fast food, quality (according to the sign they have post the beef they use is no filler and never frozen), affordability, this is your place!

MMmmmMMM writing this review as left me salivating. I think I'll have to make a trip soon!!!! :)

I like burgers.  It's safe to say that I probably order burgers at least 50% of the time when I eat out.  Through all of my experiences (including a trip to In N Out), this is the best burger that I've ever had.

The menu is pretty simple, as they offer a single or double burger (don't be chicken and get the single).  You get to choose from thousands of toppings, or maybe it was closer to 20.  The options are all on the board, so you can simply read out your choices.  There's even an "all-the-way" option that makes the ordering easier.  Be careful though, as it's very easy to overload your burger...just be sure to have napkins handy.

Also, while you wait for them to tell you your order is ready to be picked up, they offer an unlimited amount of peanuts for you to snack on.  If only this place was in Boston...I'd be there everyday and my cholesterol would probably be through the roof!

Are you hungry? Let me smash your face into the deliciousness that is Five Guys.

My brother and I stop by often simply because the restaurant itself is awesome. Free food (peanuts) before you even  order. Free refills. Free toppings. Napkins galore because you'll need them.

The burgers themselves are good. Little burgers are single patties and regular are two. All toppings are free, all toppings are fresh and delicious. The fries are real. None of that frozen bagged crap. Large cajun fries are our favorite.

Prices cant be beat. 20 bucks to have two full grown fatties bursting at the seams. Burgers range from ~$4-6 dollars. Fries are 5 or 4 depending on size.

Place is clean- never had a complaint. Youll obviously have remnants if the person before you was inconsiderate.

Service- its just order and pick up. So far everyone is happy and seemingly having a good time, which is strange for a burger joint.

The only problem- Its far as fck. Five guys, open in Boston plz!

I have never met a person that hasn't loved Five Guys! There is something about these burgers that tastes so good, it's awesome! When I found out they were anywhere near the Boston area, I made the trip. All of the toppings are free, the price is right, and the menu is SIMPLE! They know how to make a great burger, and they stick to it. And sorry to my West Coast friends, but it trumps In-N-Out.

Their regular hand-cut fries surpass most, except the Cajun option I think is mediocre. Whichever fries you get, you get TONS. A regular size is good for 2 people and there are no smaller options if you are a lone eater. Also, the "regular" burgers are actually double patties and their "mini" burgers are the same thing with one patty. They always have free peanuts to munch on and Cherry Coke too, which is a plus in my book.

Overall, best burgers in the world with fast comprehensive service. Easy to order and even better to love. Usually, the locations are small and crowded, but everyone is there because it is "hella," I mean "wicked," GOOD! Just don't count the calories.

Yes, I'm giving this place only three stars when I gave the Swampscott location 5.  Why?

The staff wasn't friendly!  I don't even mean to me, I mean to each other.  The cashier and one of the cooks were pretty much in a screaming match during my time there.  The person who was yelling numbers must have been whispering and they kept running out of fries.

My burger, which is usually juicy, was very overcooked.  I think this had to do with precooking for the long line.  I'd rather wait an extra five minutes for fresh food.

The fries, once we received them, were the best ever though.  That is what will keep me coming back!

I love soft hamburger buns. None of those foo-foo fancy crunchy ones. It's just a great american burger. Made with fresh made patties, and all the toppings you want. Made fast. I also love the fries, and like that they let you know where the potatoes come from. I'd like it if they could also tell you where the beef is coming from as well.

This place has the best burgers I've had in Boston thus far.

The space is small and sparse with articles of praise lining almost every surface. My friends fro PA and VA used to rave about Five Guys, and this was our first time in the shop, because we were in the neighborhood.

The burgers come in 2 sizes, I got the smaller "all the way." The bf got the regular. We split a large fry.

Before our order came up, we grabbed some of the salted peanuts available in huge bulk bags near the counter. What a great idea! If it weren't for the numerous warnings not to take peanuts out with you because of "peanut allergies in the neighborhood," I would have filled my burger bag with them and eaten the as a midnight snack.

My burger was juicy and a perfect size. There were tons of toppings and a good bun. However, it was very difficult to eat as things fell out of it after every bite. My biggest complaint would be that the onions and bacon on top were chopped into bits, and consequently would not stay their delicious little asses IN the burger and not on the table underneath. I'm wondering if I could just request whole ones next time to remedy this...

The fries were made of actual whole, fresh potatoes allegedly sourced in the DC metro, which is nice. They were brown and delicious.

The prices were on par with other higher-end fast food joints, and the quality was much better.

I am a super burger snob. Usually, the only burgers I like are my own which are really seasoned and more like meatballs. But I'd happily take these in a pinch. Too bad it's way the hell out in Dedham.

I kept hearing how awesome these burgers taste and wanted to try them for myself.  We stopped by this location after several hours of walking around shopping at Wrentham so I definitely had worked up an appetite.  I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, raw onion, pickles, mayo, and ketchup with regular Cajun fries to share.  I was surprised at the total for two burgers, one order of fries, and two drinks - $2 for fountain soda?  Really?

The person calling out the numbers was loud but pretty incoherent so we kept guessing if it was us or not.  That got kind of awkward when Husby went up a few times but finally...success!  The burger was pretty big and I immediately regretted my decision to not get the smaller size.  They really piled the lettuce on and I could barely taste the beef, which was not juicy and definitely overcooked.  My bun was also cold and quite dense - as in they did not heat it on the flat top.  I am certain I saw them putting hot dog and hamburger buns on when I was in line to pay so why was mine cold?

What I did like were the fries.  Delightfully spicy, mealy, crisp (could have been a bit crisper though), and totally freshly made.  Like other Yelpers stated, a large order would have been way too much.  I also liked the fresh toppings on my burger.

This place is definitely better than any fast food chain but I expected juicy deliciousness like everyone promised.  I would try them again if it was close to wherever I am but I will try Wild Willy's first.

One of the best burger I ever had they have single and double burgers
and long list of vegetable and sauces that you can add to your burger .
    Don't forget cheeses also
The only downside is that they use peanut oil and sesame buns.

Yes, I am addicted to burgers! Well, my hubby is more of fan of good burgers than I am. He took to Five Guys and I am hooked!

This burger melted in your mouth - LITERALLY! There is a classic burger with as much toppings as you want on it (and it is free)! The cheese is what makes this burger SO good. The meat itself cook "just right" and absolutely juicy even though it is very thin. Did I mentioned their "over the top" fries with cajun spice? A size small fries can feed about 5 people!

Also, you need to get their Grilled Cheese Sandwich! It is so good. I have never taste such a good grilled cheese sandwich in my life. Again, it melts in your mouth.

And everything here is pretty cheap! Go for it! You know you want it!

I hate to say it but this place rules. It would get five stars if my meal of a burger fries and a drink wasn't 13 BUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got the burger with sauteed onions and mushrooms, BBQ sauce and jalapenos. Little did I know these sneaky little devils put two patties on their burgers. Shit was greasy, messy, falling apart and delicious.

The fries are fried in peanut oil which gives them a distinct taste which I am total fan of. To top it off they give you peanuts while you wait! Crazy guys we got over here.

If you are allergic to peanuts stay the F away from this place because YOU WILL DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Minus 1 star for never having enough seating during the busy times!

Where else can you slop whatever crazy toppings onto your burger without being judged or charged a boat load more? If I'm feeling mushroom bbq cheeseburger without patty, these guys aren't even going to bat an eye. Want to be an even bigger piggy monster? Order the CAJUN french fries.

While the regular french fries are good, the cajun ones are absolutely bangin . They are like salsa dancers in your mouth.

Grab a spot in line to the left of the door when you walk in for your waiting pleasure, or better yet leave a coat on one of the tables to claim a seat. Be sure to have your order ready (drink, burger, fries) and seriously for you n00bs, KEEP YOUR RECEIPT. This is your claim to the glorious burger fortune , and your belly is the heir.

In the area for a meeting and I couldn't resist stopping in to try their legendary burgers. There is a reason they are legendary. For the same price as any of the fast food restaurants in the world, this burger will stand up to any burger any restaurant can muster. The burger was juicy, condiments fresh and they give you free peanuts to eat while you wait.

French fries are home made and can be had with vinegar. Also, the meal comes served in a paper bag which is great to rip open and spread out on the table as they don't use trays. It's worth a trip just to try one. And you can order online or via phone so your food is ready to be picked up when you get there. Expect them to become more prolific as Five Guy's supposedly has plans to expand in the area.

    Fries

Everything is top quality and prepared fresh to order. Fries cut with skins and fried in peanut oil-amazing!

It may be called Five Guys Burgers and Fries, but it looks like an entire battalion is at work preparing your order. The place literally has around 10 employees working assembly line style to churn out burgers and fries. With such a small work space, you can just about feel their claustrophobia. I guess you could say the same thing applies to the customers with the amount of people going in and out of this place.

Hearing so much about Five Guys and craving cheeseburgers, we decided to make the arduous journey to Dedham. Leaving a huge carbon footprint and expending precious liquid gold would not deter us from ground cow patties.

At the counter we were greeted by a very friendly cashier who explained that all their burgers had double patties! AMAZING. Automatic five stars. You can order the "Little Burgers" for one patty, but that would be blasphemous. I also like that fact that you can add as many toppings as you want at no additional cost. Considering that you're paying $5-$6 per burger, I think that's reasonable. You best stack that shit if you want your money's worth.

Upon placing our order, we were asked to wait until our number was called. I expected this to happen relatively quickly. 10 minutes pass and the guy behind the counter yells out "Number 15"! WTF. I'm number 12. How da hell did this guy get his order before mine??? They then proceeded to call numbers 14, 9, 11, 13, and 8 in that order. Apparently everyone else was ordering enough to feed a small colony with people walking away with no less than three bags stuffed with burgers. Our order of two cheeseburgers and a large fries somehow got lost in the shuffle. 15 minutes pass and the girlfriend is asking me to sit down and eat some of the peanuts they serve for free. I respond by saying I didn't come here to eat peanuts. I want my coronary inducing burger! Apparently my death stare at the takeout counter guy just wasn't working.

After about 20 minutes we finally got our order. Praise Big Baby Jesus. Well, maybe not so much. While the burgers were pretty good, they weren't amazing. Definitely not worth the wait. I can understand why they give you two patties cause they're quite small. Not exactly heart attack inducing, which was quite disappointing. However, the ingredients were fresh and added generously to each burger. The fries were also pretty good with just the right amount of salt. If anything, I like the fact that they cook with peanut oil. You could definitely taste it in the fries, which gave it some nice flavor. Unfortunately, the girlfriend's burger wasn't even hot, which caused us to bring up the dreaded conversation of why the hell doesn't Boston have an In N' Out?

Good burgers, but you pay for it the next day (TMI?)
The burgers are very good and the fries are awesome.
The flavor is great and sloppy and I love it!
Add anything you want to them.
    What I don't like:
How awkwardly rushed you feel when ordering. There are people behind you and you just want to hurry and are worrying you are forgetting stuff...
How long it takes for the order...Its not really a long time, but if you just sell burgers and you have a line every time I am there, maybe have a few extra on the grill? Just a thought, but these guys are the experts not me. If it sacrifices quality...dont change a thing.
There are never tables available to sit down.
There is NEVER condiments stocked when I go.

Again, the food is good. Staff always seems friendly and happy. Can only go like once a month.

I agree with Bret C in that it is quite busy.  While discussing it with the bf, I decided it was a combination of people coming because it had a good rep already and then recommendations from people who had already been there.

This was my first meal on Saturday and the regular hamburger (which I found out soon was a double) was great with sauteed mushrooms.  The fries had a nice amount of seasoning and were not too crispy or too soggy (not that I think there can be too much sogginess).   It was about $16 for the two of us, which was a bit pricey but really filling.

I wished they had milkshakes, but I guess that's not really their thing.  I will be back back probably but I don't think it's quite as good as Bartley's.

I had heard about this place from a friend from Washington, DC, who was so excited about 5 Guys coming north. Having heard about this place, and as many fast food places aren't around here (Sonic, Rally's, Chick Fil-A, In n' Out anyone?), I wanted to try it. I went with my family to the Dedham one (they also have one in Patriot's Place in Foxboro). I'm so glad this place lived up to the hype!

First of all, the Dedham branch was very clean. They have peanuts in the shells available while you wait, so this is quite a feat! The only real option there is a burger or a double burger. As many of the reviews have mentioned, all of the toppings are free! I got raw AND cooked onions plus pickles. What can I say, I like bad breath. My burger was so fresh and hot that I actually burned my mouth. At least I know it was fresh. The woman behind the counter was very nice, and seemed happy. The fries were super hot and have some potato skin on them. They even have a sign telling you where that day's potatoes came from!

A few words of advice: if you are allergic to peanuts, don't bother walking in. Also, split the fries! They are massive, they give you so many, it's not worth purchasing more than one order for your party. One last thing: never look at the nuitritional information, located on the website. Trust me, you don't want to know!

Based upon a positive review on the Phantom Gourmet, as well as the positive reviews here on Yelp, my friend and I decided to drive the 28 miles and 43 minutes from Malden to Dedham to check out the hoopla about Five Guys, another Hamburger chain.

I've always been a Foodie, and I was especially interested in finding "Boston's Best" Burger & Fries. I've eaten burgers at Bartley's, Joe's American Bar & Grill, Four Burgers, R.F. O'Sullivan's, Miracle of Science, etc., so I'm at least moderately qualified to know a good burger when I see (taste) one.

A couple days after we ate there, I felt compelled to draft an 11-category rating of Five Guys' Bacon Cheesburger & Fries ($8.50), as presented below. I used the same 1-5 star rating system as Yelp:

    1. BEEF QUALITY & FOOD PREPARATION = 2. The Bacon Cheeseburger was too well-done, too dry, too flat, too tasteless, and much too greasy.

    2. TOPPINGS = 1. Carmelized onions (no flat full slice of raw onion available) and mushrooms were severely undercooked and tasteless. The sliced Dill pickles weren't anywhere near tart enough.

    3. CHEESE = 1. Tasteless and rubbery. If you're gonna eat fat, at least let it be of a reasonably high quality and one that tastes good.

    4. BACON = 2. Crisp, but low-quality and also tasteless.

    5. BUN = 1. Typical low-quality bun that is thin, unsubstantial, and quickly became very soggy. It was completely incapable of adequately holding the burger and toppings, making it difficult to eat slowly and not make a mess.

Since their chain's burgers are messy, they should at least supply a higher-quality bun! Indeed, we had to gulp down the food much too quickly. This must be OK with Five Guys because they definitely want you to leave quickly since there's intentionally far too little seating.

    6. REGULAR-SIZE FRIES = 2. Nicely hot, moderately crispy outside, and soft inside. Unfortunately, they failed the most important test... they had far too little taste. I was particulary disappointed with the Fries because other Yelpers have raved about them.

    7. COUNTER SERVICE = 2. Unknowledgeable counter person had to ask the Manager for answers to simple questions he should already have known. Unless he started yesterday, this is inexcusable.

    8. WAIT TIME = 3. It was a very quiet time of day, and there was only one person in front of us. The order should have taken only  2-3 minutes to be ready, especially given that the cooks press the burgers flat with more strength than Ulysses. And yet, it still took 7 minutes to arrive. Tolerable, but it indicates that there'll be a long wait at busier times of day.

    9. SOFT DRINKS = 2. Less than average selection with only one diet drink... Coke (yuk), and only one light drink... a very weak lemonade that's quite insipid.

    10. PEANUTS = 5. Ah, finally a bright spot. The highest quality, large, delicious, and not rancid. But, we came for Burgers & Fries, not nuts.

    11. DECOR = 2. Clean, but quite Spartan, unoriginal, with too little Formica seating for the large crowds that come during the busier times of day.

    * * * OVERALL RATING = 2. We were very unimpressed, and wouldn't bother to return, even if they were a closer drive to where I live. You can do substantially better at a nice Bistro restaurant where a Bacon Cheeseburger & Fries only costs $1.50 more.

NEWS FLASH: A Five Guys has opened up very nearby in neighboring Wellington Circle, Medford. However, my experience was so poor that I've easily managed not to be enticed to dine there.

    * * * SUGGESTION. A far superior Bacon Cheeseburger & Fries can be found at all Joe's American Bar & Grill (and many others) for only $10. At only a $1.50 price differential, you get an overall experience of 4.5 stars and a classy ambience.

    There's simply no comparison!

Same Five Guys quality as other stores, but I learned the hard way about what not to order here.

First the good: these (five?) guys have the operation down better than the Patriot Place crew. they're faster, with more people working and far more efficient.

    I learned today that:
    a. the pickle chips are way too spicy and overpower an otherwise mellow and tasty burger
    b. I hate their Cajun fries. I tried them on a lark. they were mealy, stinky, gritty in my mouth. Totally detracted from the sweet burger goodness of 5Gs. And now I have this weird tummy ache. CAJUN FAIL!

So I'll not fault them any stars, but now I know better. Stick to the basics.

5 Guys is right in my wheel house - or at least, I'd thought it was.

Minimalist burger menu? Check.  But allows for a fair, but not overwhelming, amount of customization within this minimalist offering? Check. Maximalist w/r/t size of product, though? Check. Fast, but not fastfood? Check. Aspirations of In-n-Out, even if they they fall short? Check (we do not fault for this - this is no perfecting on perfection).

Then why am I so underwhelmed? I asked the Lady Friend, who could not respond, being to concerned with shoving fries and burger down her gullet at a distressing pace. The ravenous rabble around me seemed similarly transported. Obviously I was missing something integral.

I appraised my cheeseburger fairly and objectively, and found it adequate, mostly, except the cheese wasn't really melty, just slapped on. And the onions were diced and skimpy. The tomato was plentiful though. Too much so. It was like a whole nother patty. A lot of lettuce, most of which I removed. And yes, the patties are well done, all well done, no choice. This does not bother me as it does some folks, but all together, you get a whole pile of bland.

The fries deserve recognition though. Our fries were from Rigby, ID, if that's of any concern to you. It wasn't to me pre-fry, but definitely after. I commend the good people of Rigby on their superior spud raising skills. Huzzah!

Before I begin, let me warn you readers that if you eat food from this restaurant, you may never be able to return to such fast food joints as Mcdonalds, Wendy's, or Burger King.

When you walk into this place, the first thing you will notice is articles posted up on the walls, all over them in fact. Positive reviews from burger fans across the country. So right away you figure out that  Five Guys is proud of their reputation, and not very modest. This is rightfully so because the food is fantastic.

Burgers are made to order, and the customer chooses every topping themself. Of course we're talking about the usual ones but then there are a few unusual ones like peppers, and barbecue sauce (not that it's THAT unusual). A note for chicken fans: you won't find any on the menu. You also won't find a salad. This establishment is called Five Guys BURGERS and Fries, not Five Guys Salad and Fries, so needless to say, truth in advertising is admirable. Salad lovers should go to the Panera about a mile down the road.

Down to the food now. Five Guys makes a great hamburger. So great in fact that you'll be wondering what they've been givin' ya at other fast food places your whole life. Their french fries give you the same feeling that you've been getting slighted by other fast food chains (especially by Burger King) . Real Idaho potatoes sliced then cooked in peanut oil. Note: anyone allergic to nuts probably should not eat here. But the food is exceptional compared to the competition. They also have free peanuts for patrons to take for themselves.

I'm in love with Five Guys, and I don't feel weird saying that.

The burger here is average at best.  I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, jalapenos and BBQ sauce and a "small" cajun fries.  The patties are really thin.  They're like a round version of Wendy's.  The two patties on the standard burger really isn't that big.  I'm not sure if there's even a 1/4 pound of meat there.  The beef tasted fine, but the patties kept crumbling and falling out of the bun, similar to a Wendy's burger.  I'm not a fan of thin patties.  I like my patties thick and juicy.  The bacon was at least crisp.  And they forgot my BBQ sauce.  I'm still undecided if that burger was even worth $5.69.

On the other hand, I loved their fries.  I ordered a small for $2.59.  For a small, it was huge!  Not many places will pack a 12 oz styrofoam cup full of fries, then put it in your bag and top it off with another small basket full of fries for good measure.  These fries were so hot that they partly melted the styro cup in my bag.  They were so crispy and not oily, exactly what fries should be.  I haven't had fries this good in a while.  I'm convinced.  There's nothing better than hand-cut fries fried in peanut oil.

The roasted peanut free-for-all was cool too.  So for the peanuts and fries, four stars, but the burger and service only gets two stars.  Altogether, three stars is the best I can give.  Their burger is nothing I would ever go out of my way for.  But, if I'm ever craving their fries, I'll make a pit stop and I just might order a burger with those fries.

I have found my place for an In 'N' Out-like burger fix! I came here with a friend, who also just moved back east from Cali, based on the strong reviews here.  And our first reaction when we walked into the place was "WoW! It's In 'N' Out!" The decor is interestingly similar to any given In 'N' Out joint on the west coast.

Of all the burgers (gourmet and not gourmet) I've had in my life, this one also ranks up there with In 'N' Out, which is saying A LOT! I love In 'N' Out burgers - mmm double double animal style!

Fresh ingredients, burgers made to order... very tasty.  Friendly service.
The fries weren't the best I've had. They were ok and kinda forgettable.  I will definitely be coming back for these burgers though.

I managed to come here with some co-workers on opening day. That day I saw 18 people from work show up for food, and our workplace gets so many burritos from Chipotle they catered Cinco de Mayo at work for free. I have a feeling we'll be getting free burgers soon.

The burgers are amazing, juicy and thick, and they serve two patties for each "regular" burger (order the little burger if you only want one patty). Toppings are free and you can get as many as you want, from A1 sauce to peppers to onions. The bacon is deep-fried. My usual burger is lettuce, tomato, A1, and mustard.

The fries deserve special mention, since they are thicker cut than most other places. The first Five Guys modeled their fries off of the boardwalk fries from the Delmarva coast, and this one needs to soak their fries in water longer to prevent them from drying out when being fried. The best fries should be flexible and mashy, but not crunchy. They get huge respect for sticking with malt vinegar and salt as flavoring for fries, but ketchup is available for the weak of heart.

It should be noted that nut allergists beware; the food is fried in peanut oil and there are free peanuts by the pick-up bar.

I was starving after a long day of work. My friend suggested we come here so we did. We got there at 9:15 and lucky for me, they close at 10pm. My friend got the little hamburger and I got the regular. We shared a large fries.

Now, before I go on, I just love how all of their toppings are free. It's really helpful as I'm already dishing out nearly $10 for my meal anyhow. I also like how they also have grilled onions and mushrooms which aren't always offered at other places.

With all that in mind, we received our food in about 10 minutes. The little hamburger was a regular hamburger, regular sized with one patty. The regular, on the other hand, was a double burger! I wish I had known that before I ordered! But we ended up eating all of it, my burger being great except for the fact that they forgot to add hot sauce onto my burger, but I just asked for some and put it on myself.

We got regular fries and they were yummy, but I would have loved to try their cajun fries. They were also a bit too lightly salted, but then again, that's so much better than being over-salted. Shame. Regardless, they were fantastic.

This place is awesome and it's only because it's a bit far from me that I just recently tried it. I can't wait to go again.

I guess? I mean, they make pretty good burgers.  I don't get the big deal though.  The ordering process feels confused and rushed.  My burger seemed slapped together and with the first bite, the pickles I asked for shot out of the back [and no, I didn't have that many condiments: pickles and lettuce for life].

The sweetened iced black tea is really good though.  The fries are also just pretty good; most of mine were soggy, but the freshness of them was really nice.

Was it worth the drive to Dedham?  No.  But I just bought a house so I'll be at Lowe's a lot, so maybe I'll come back.

We drove around 20 minutes, got lost twice on the way but finally found this place.

The burgers are perfect - (hey, double patty is the standard, how can they be bad?). Fries have ridiculous sizes - a large was more than enough for 3 people. And best thing is you can enjoy peanuts while waiting for your food.

I also tried a hot dog this time (kosher one). It was, well, decent, at its best (and this is why I give four stars.)
