My wife and I were looking for a nice recliner. We stopped there first and found a nice leather one at an OK price...even when you factored in the discount that they had on each chair. We decided to get two recliners.
The salesman was OK...nothing to brag, but the guys that load the furniture into your car were simply wonderful. They took the time to take the chairs out of the box and load them in my SUV.
One of the chairs had a problem and I had to take it back and exchange it. I had read online about some people having problems with exchanges or returns, but I called and they told me to bring in the original and they would replace it. I did...and they quickly traded it out. No questions or hassles.
I would recommend this place to buy furniture. I don't think their prices are so great....but the support staff was great.
