I've been here once and had a good experience. Oyster nachos were good - that's their staple appetizer. We also had the fried calamari, also good. Our waitress was attentive and pleasant.
My parents live in the area and go here more frequently. They've also had good experiences, bar one time. They filled out the comment card because apparently, the whole meal was terrible - really out of the ordinary, they said. A couple of weeks later, a $50 gift certificate and handwritten note of apology came in the mail. Really fantastic customer service!

Very good apps, the salsa oyster nachos were a great treat from the manager, I really enjoyed them. Though I wasent to fond of the oysters on the half shell didnt seem that fresh, and had a very fishy smell. My lobster ravioi was very tasty, my girlfriend had the Talapia which was spicy but very tasty, the side was thier verison of cole slaw, a bit to much vinager. Id eat again here, I might try something else next time.

Update - 4/19/08
Friend and I arrived for lunch on an early Sat. afternoon - only 2 other tables were taken.
I am not a fan of cilantro, but generally, don't have huge objections as long as it's used in moderation.
One, the oyster nacho's pungent aroma of cilantro laden pico de gallo arrived long before arrival at our table. Two - the jalapeno soup SHOULD be renamed cilantro soup. Moderation? Not here.
Then, with at least half the appetizers still in front of us, the entrees arrived. Our server's comment was something to the effect of "uh, I guess I should have held back on these". Ya think?
My friend had the same cilantro complaint of her catfish tacos, but surprisingly, my chalkboard special of sea bass tasted of nothing - which was disappointing, but a welcome change from the other-world of cilantro everything. The sides remained nondescript as described from my first visit below.
Anyway - IF you like cilantro, check this place out. They have decent quantities, decent pricing (our meal above w/ tea was $31) and very loosely speaking, decent food with one editorial notation - a spice or herb, as a recipe ingredient, should play an enhancing,
supporting role, not a featured role and certainly not a leading role.
So, here is one big harp on this level of chain restaurants. How much, if any, creativity allowances/enhancements are the "chefs/cooks" allowed from one loc to another. Will "bad" at one be the same "bad" at another?
Don't know, but I kind of think my second visit will be my last.

Good seafood at very reasonable prices.
Appetizer 1 was ONE very large, very good crab cake. What made me exceptionally happy is that I did not hit upon one stray piece of shell, which is generally a big problem unless paying top $$$ for crab cakes. Secondly, while the crab was not of the lump variety, the cake was still filled with crab meat - ie, not much filler. Thirdly, there was just enough Old Bay to season, but not overpower the crab. Served with a spicy - hit you at the back of the throat - remoulade sauce.
Appetizer 2 was the blue crab stuffed mushrooms. They looked beautiful and probably tasted equally as good if eaten alone, but I had become so enamored with the crab cake, the mushrooms took a back seat.
The gumbo was 3 star - not bad, but nothing to get excited about.
My friend had the grilled salmon in lemon and butter. This was served on a bed of nondescript rice and cooked, but still with bite, sliced, grilled zucchini and summer squash. For my personal liking, the salmon was a little overcooked, but overall, this meal had very good flavor and was pretty darn good.
For $35, including tip and 2 beers, well worth the 4 stars.
