Been with First Republic for the past 6 years.

They reimburse ALL ATM fees.
(No more looking around for "your" bank's  ATM.)

They provide pre-paid mailers for deposits when you're not near a branch.
(I used these weekly for the 8 months I lived out of town. Every deposit hit my account in 2-3 days. No stamps, no fuss.)

They treat me like I'm their most important customer.
(Rightfully so.)

I honestly can't say enough good things about them. Neither can my fifteen closest friends who have since signed up.

Just do it.

I really don't know what to say about my bank except that I didn't believe banking could be so easy, effortless, and believe it or not, a pleasure! I love walking in the branch and being offered warm cookies, and a smile! Unlike most banks where you stand in line to deal with someone that really doesn't care about you, here you actually sit down at their desk and talk like civilized people.
Everyone at this branch knows my name and banking history, so I always feel like they really pay attention.
Beyond customer service, it still has to be a good bank, and here they excel. NO FEES, none, nada, zip, zilch and there are no atm fees either, even when I use a cash machine that charges, First Republic will reimburse me the fees! I'll bet your bank doesn't do that!
