I had the privilege of hanging out with the pastor of this church, Landon Whittsit, during a recent visit to the Kansas City Area.  What a great guy!  He is not only a plugged-in-techno-geeky all-around great guy, but he takes seriously the faith and his role as Pastor.    A progressive blogger and podcaster, Landon has wonderful perspective on faith and culture.

I did not have the opportunity to attend services at Liberty, but my guess is that it is traditional spiced up with some creative flare.  If you are looking for a church in that area, I would definitely contact Landon and/or drop by for a visit.

DISCLAIMER:
Yes, I give every church FIVE STARS not because every church is superfantablous, but every church that I will review can certainly be a FIVER to someone.   I will never review a church that I would not be willing to try myself if I were looking.   No need to bad mouth freaky-scary churches because they are uh, well, freaky and scary.
