Super friendly, local banking in downtown Davis.  Staff is competent and will take care of your every need.  They treat you like a person, not just a number.  I left BofA after 20 years and am just sorry it took me this long to realize how slimy the big banks are.

Friendly, local, hands-on service.  Techno-phobic, techno-incompetent, and not very good security.  They charge a fee to handle USD checks drawn on Canadian banks, even though I'm a long-time customer.  And they keep getting robbed!   I'm shopping around, but if your needs are simpler you may be happy.  At least they're not Wells Fargo.
