Yes, I'm giving First and Ten five stars. This may blow your mind. I'm however recommending it ONLY to people who can accept it for what it is.
First and Ten is a very basic sports bar. It's not particularly pretty. It's NOT a date spot. It's the place you go to when you don't mind having an uneven table or chugging cheap pitchers of Miller Lite. It's a GREAT place to go to watch games and grab bar food. And watch old townies get drunk. You can get loud, and no one complains. Go to First and Ten, if you think you can handle it. -

Excellent food and service.
The staff is very friendly. The food is outstanding.
Best wings in Hamilton. Don't be put off by how it looks from the outside. If you like sports, beer, and food you will love this bar. If you are looking for a place to go to dinner they also have a small dining section. -

This place is right across from my old high school, so it's a good place to go get drunk and possibly run into old teachers.
The 6.50 pitchers paired with my obnoxious old high school pals usually means that I get into a fair amount of trouble at this place. One time we brought in some hooters wings and they got all pissed off cause there's a kitchen there. We hid em under the table and ate em anyway.
Their food and wings are actually pretty good though.
I'm not a smoker, but it's also fun to go to the #1 Pantry convenience store around the corner. We go there and smoke black and milds and loiter out front.
Cause loitering in front of convenience stores is whatcha do in NJ. -

Ah...First & Ten...My teacher-buddies (I guess you were right, Rocco) used to go here after work on Fridays. Good prices, decent service, and excellent hot wings (they should have been pissed off that you brought Hooters wings in, Rocco) -- actually their garlic hot wings are the best in the area.
A good, inexpensive hangout bar. Nothing more, nothing less.
