Took the car in for a set of tires back durring 2004.  It took three return trips.  The first two we're because the car was pulling to one side and by the third the steering wheel and alignment never ended up matched.  We ended up taking it somewhere else and paid for an alignment 10k later.  Heard the place caught fire and was burned pretty bad, which is not surprising to see the horrible condition the shop was kept.

Review when I went in 2006. The manager running this place swears like a sailor, talks like a car salesman, and shady like a pimp.  If you don't know car jargon you'll get taken to the bank.  In fact he use to manage the one in Sunnyvale.

I was very pleased with the customer service and the prices. I had a flat tire that could not be fixed and I came to this place to buy a new tire and the guy was so polite and friendly. He saw how stressed out I was from driving all over town all day, he installed the tire at no charge while I had a warm cup of tea. Very clean and customer friendly. I'm taking my car in for an oil-change soon!!
