This restaurant has changed management so many times that I cannot keep up! The quality of the pizza is not bad but I have had better. The Greek salad is great and is big enough for sharing with the husband.
The main problem with Fiora's is the service. I think they are VERY short-staffed as of late so be prepared to sit there and wait a while for a server to come by your table to take your drink order. The other night, the husband and I almost got up and left. After we were seated and given our menus, we just sat there for about 15 minutes before our server came to our table. We were so hungry and tired after a long day so we put up with it.
To add insult to injury, the pizza we ordered was badly burnt on the bottom and tasted like burned, overdone toast. We were quite disappointed to say the least. I think this place has potential if they get more staff and improve their pizza-making. I guess a trip to NYC is in order. I have been craving pizza like mad lately. Just read my reviews from the last few days and that is evidence enough that it is indeed time for a trip.
UPDATE 1-2-08: I was in the shopping center where Fiora's is located and saw that it was closed. The space is up for rent now too. I am not surprised. As a business owner, you want to see the "little guy" succeed but when the food is bad you can understand the lack business.
