Sam has been helping my wife and me with our small home office for the last year or so. We met him by referral from trusted colleagues who highly recommended him and they were absolutely right on.
He has helped us with networking issues, automated backup solutions, exchange server setup, I don't even remember what else (but definitely a bunch of other stuff too). Every time I have a question, no matter how random, Sam seems to have an answer. He recently made changes to his backup provider that actually lowered my monthly cost. I loved that he proactively let me know that the new provider was less expensive, and willingly passed his savings along to me. How great is that?
I also like the fact that although I believe he is busy with many clients, he always seems to be available or returns my call quickly when I need help.
Just like my colleagues who referred him to me, I highly recommend Sam from Finkeltron! -

Sam is awesome. I had some problems with how to get a new login/username/password, as well as some questions about the server set-up, and Sam was super helpful in answering all my questions.
He's efficient, fast, gets right to the point and gets the job done. He was at the dentist's office when I called him. He was able to log in to my system and fix my problem. When a man puts a client before his teeth, you know he's legit. -

Our office has been working with Sam for about a year now. Before we hired Sam, we had a lot of technical issues with our computer system, We had a previous computer tech that worked us into a mess, but Sam cleaned it all up.
Now -a-days, I hardly see Sam, he was able to set up our office to the point where we don't have any technical errors anymore.
Not only is Sam a genius with computers, he is also a really nice guy. I can depend on Sam to come to our rescue if any problems do occur. He's always available and willing to come and help us out. He's also taught me a few computer tricks I never knew before. So, if you are in need of a computer tech that knows what they are doing- give Finkletron a call !!! -

Hiring Sam to do your computer work is like buying a two year warranty. Not only can he fix everything up front, but since then I have contacted him twice about problems that I have run in to and he responds to my email within minutes, either logging in to my system and fixing it, or responding back with a straightforward solution to my problem. Unbelievable, I have never experienced such service, he is worth every penny.

I'm a fan. I was always able to handle my own IT needs when I was practicing law as a solo, but now that my practice has grown, I need help. Sam is that help. He's there when I need him, he's smart, he's quick, he knows both mac and windows, and he's fun to spend time with. And on top of all that, he' lets me call him Finkel. I vote yes on Sam.

Sam is great. A few years ago he helped me buy a new MacBook and set things up on my home network. He also set up a wireless network at my office, which is a group of small suites that previously had DSL for only one of the rooms. And now that I'm thinking about it, he also helped me set up Google Apps for Domains. I would definitely call him again for any computer or network needs.

Sam of Finkeltron can take your computer from a Jalopy to a Mercedes as he's done with my refurbished laptop. He is creative and forward-thinking in finding the best solutions for your particular needs and looks out for your bottom line (rather than selling you on some monster software you don't need). He also keeps it simple for us non-techies. Thankfully he also has the rare quality of being a savvy techie with social skills and a likeable personality. Count on him for thoughtful and thorough tech work!

Sam has helped "automate" my life! All of my email and calendar on home computer (outlook/entourage), smartphone and from ANY computer in the world with a web browser are synced up! He has helped me to become uber-mobile in my work. Hawaii, here I come! Thanks, Sam.

Sam is great. I find his rates reasonable and he's so knowledgeable so problems get resolved quickly! He's also very responsive which I feel is hard to find in this industry.
