I'm so pleased to be writing the first review of this place. Fig Garden can best be described as an assorted collection of amazing and awesome things. From beautiful notepads, stylized cutlery, delicate natural perfumes, eclectic alarm clocks, artistic cards, and even funky clothes. Everything in this store speaks of class, youth, and style. It's almost as if they got Paris and got rid of all the French people (j/k french people).  

From there I've bought Sandalwood perfume for my girlfriend, a beautiful journal for her best friend, An oinking alarm clock, beautiful jewelery, and had a serious lust for a complete set of dinner plates. I mean dinner plates, why would I, 20 years old in my parent's house, want new dinner plates? That's what this place is like. If you have a sense of style, you want everything.

This is one of the coolest stores in San Anselmo. Great cards, funky gifts, quality clothing and gorgeous jewelry. After the flood closed it down for many months, I was so psyched to go in and just shop. Their selection of funky kitchen items is the best. I love supporting small, privately owned stores and this one is a gem. If unique gift giving is your thing, go here.  The staff is awesome. Just  good, helpful, sincere people who talk to you.

Good little shop for unique gifts.  I especially like being able to get all the types of moleskins to keep my illustrated journal/diary ramblings and rantings in.
