FT3 Tactical

As a regular patron of FT3 for many years, I've consistently been impressed with its professional staff, fair pricing, great rental selection, and commitment to safety. My experiences have always been positive, which is why I feel compelled to share a recent incident that not only tested the facility's response to unexpected situations but also reinforced my loyalty.

During a recent visit, I realized that an Uplula mag loader, a piece of gear valued at $50, had been mistakenly taken by another guest. This incident was quite surprising because the community at FT3 typically respects personal belongings, leaving me to believe the theft was accidental. Upon noticing the item missing, I initially searched nearby trash bins, thinking I might have accidentally thrown it away. After no luck, I approached the staff for assistance. They promptly reviewed the camera footage, confirming that the item was indeed taken by another guest.

While the individual involved claimed it was a mistake and promised to return the item, he failed to do so. At this point, my expectations were not just for the return of the stolen item but for FT3 to demonstrate how they value their patrons and manage incidents of this nature. Initially, their offer of a replacement from the lost and found felt a bit inadequate. However, my perspective changed following a call from the manager a week later. He apologized for the incident and the initial handling, offering a gift card and a new Uplula mag loader as compensation.

This gesture not only addressed the immediate loss but also reinforced my feeling of being valued at FT3. It reminded me that while the initial response was lacking, the establishment's willingness to rectify the situation and ensure customer satisfaction ultimately prevailed.

In reflection, this incident highlights the importance of accountability and the impact of meaningful resolution efforts from businesses. FT3's final response turned a negative experience into a positive one for me, and it really showcased their commitment to customer service and community trust.

Dropped by today to try out my new
Ruger LC Carbine 45 ACP. Got here about 12:15 a very short wait. Customer service was great as usual.
My brother and his friend were on their own lane. We pretty much stayed there for 2 hours.
My first 10 shots were low, my second 10 shots were a little higher once I found my point of aim I put the next 80 shots all in the black pretty much shot most of the black off the target at 10 yards. The other 4 corner targets were shot by my Browning UFX Camper .22LR both guns were highly accurate. I love coming to FT3 Tactical in Stanton Great People and Great Customer Service.

Great place run by friendly people. Took my first time shooter son there on a Sunday afternoon. It was busy when I arrived but there were able to add us to the wait list and get us a lane within a few minutes. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. None of the "regulars only" vibe common at other ranges. Instead, they seemed to go out of their way to make everyone feel welcomed. This was by far the most professionally run range that I've been to.

The facility was very clean. Everything was in working order. They have a great selection of rental guns and ammunition at reasonable prices.

We had a great time at the range. We will definitely be back soon!

Came here for shooting practice. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and nice. She checked us in, and assigned a lane to us. We went to another counter to rent a firearm. They have a lot of selection. Signs are very clear and customers were very respectful of each other. There is a staff standing by inside the shooting area in case if we have any questions. He keeps the place very clean. It is on the pricy size, but we will probably come back because of the services.

The only downside about this place is that everybody knows it's excellent, so there can be a bit of a wait sometimes.

Wide selection of rentals makes this a great place to go if you are shopping for a new firearm, and want to try out some options before making your decision

Only indoor range I have found in the SoCal area where I can shoot an AR 15. I wish the range was longer than 25 yards but honestly that's good enough to get things zeroed initially.

Still my go to indoor shooting range in OC. Staff is always knowledgeable & friendly even for regulars or first timers. They have a broad selection of rental guns for those new to shooting to test which best fits your personal needs. Prices vary depending on caliber of ammo or which firearm you want to rent if need be, but def a good deal regardless.

Beginning shooter family and this was our first time as a family at this range. It was a crowded Saturday, but we only had to wait about 15 minutes to get a Lane. The staff was helpful, respectful, knowledgeable and polite. We were able to try three different handguns. Price added up quickly with three shooters, two boxes of ammo and three gun rentals. But it was worth it an overall great experience. Farther from our home but worth the drive. As Arnie says. I'll be back.

My wife and i just took a lesson with Chris, he is a great instructor, super knowledgeable, patient, and kind. We do not have mush experience but feel much more confident just after one lesson. It's awesome that FT3 offers lessons for beginners. The range itself is very modern and clean,

I've been coming to FT3 now close to 4 years. My first time ever holding a gun and shooting a gun was at FT3 on May 20, 2020. It's hilarious, prior to 2020, I was your typical LA County/Californian (born and raised) who was at best indifferent to the 2nd Amendment and at worst, even Anti-2nd. "Why does anyone need a gun? Just call the police." was my naive and ignorant position prior to 2020.

Before 2020, I owned zero guns. In May 2020, I owned one and now in 2024, I own 12 and have become a strong advocate for the 2nd Amendment.

A big part of that is due to FT3. For the past 4 years, this place has remained consistently the same. Always clean, safe, well-staffed, professional, helpful, knowledgeable and exceptionally courteous. Whether you are a long time shooter or a total "newb" (we all start from there), they will treat you with the utmost respect and courtesy. It's very evident that each staff member there enjoys their work, take their work seriously and have immense pride in it.

I've been to numerous indoor ranges now throughout LA County and Orange County and by far, FT3 remains the very best. Even their policy of permitting outside ammo (check their website for few restrictions, for ex., no steel ammo) should be applauded (i.e. many indoor ranges do not allow this so you are forced to buy their range ammo at a much higher cost).

Every visit to FT3 has been positive and I always look forward to coming here. It can get a little crowded, but the staff is very efficient and it's just a reflection of how great this place is. If you ever do have to wait for a lane, the waiting area is also very clean, spacious and welcoming. Keep up the outstanding work, FT3!

Overall, I had an amazing time at this gun range! It was my first time ever shooting, and I really enjoyed it. I give it 4 stars rather than 5 because I don't think they gave me the training I would've liked as a first time shooter. I wish they went through the basics with me in more detail, rather than me having to figure it out as I went. Also, the person helping out at the renting/ammo counter wasn't very friendly and forgot to check out one of our guns, which led to some confusion when we went to return it (which is also a safety issue..). It was pretty busy when we went and parking was difficult to find. What I did love was the variety of guns available to rent and being able to switch out guns for free. Price was $25/2 hours with each additional person being $15/2 hours (receipt attached below for more prices if curious).
