This place is cool, in a somewhat dive-y way. The night I was there, the band played mostly 60s and 70s covers, and they were not great. But everybody was having a great time! The drinks are reasonably priced, and the bouncers were friendly. Heck, they danced with us and bought us drinks!
You'll be hard up for fake people here, well, among the regulars anyway. If you're in the area, stop into Ferry Street for a cheap drink and some good live music. The people watching is excellent for some blue-collar bingo. Keep an eye out for longshoremen, refinery ship workers in port and the women trying to go back to their hotels. You're a Budwiser and free space away from BINGO!

Great "local" bar and grill. Very friendly customers and staff. Very mixed crowd depending on what time of the day you visit. This place always seems to have great music whether it be bands, acoustic groups or karaoke.
Ferry Street Station is my favorite place in all of Martinez, You can always look forward to a superb drink, champion individuals and striking conversation. Martinez is said to be the birth place of the Martini the most exquisite drink on earth and Ferry Street produces a beautiful example of why this is so. I encourage all to come enjoy with your kids during the day as it is a grill at this time or at night for a tasteful drink, wonderful music and exceptional atmosphere.
