This establishment was named after the owner of the shop...yes, his last name actually is Ferrari

Fine. I'll admit that not even a month of owning my brand-new 2007 Honda, I got it in a little fender-bender. Since my car is teeny to begin with, the damages were a lot worse than they looked. I decided to go to the shop my friend goes to when he needs to get his car fixed, because he always said good things about them.

I liked how they're walking distance from my parents' place, and that they're AAA certified and recommended. Everyone that works there are really nice and friendly.

So why the two stars? Their lack of communication was horrible. It took over a week to get an estimate of the repairs, and even then, I had to call them to ask for it. Part of the paperwork asks how often you'd like to be contacted with the status of your car, I put whenever there's a major change AND weekly. I didn't get a weekly call. When they told me they'd call me back on this day or that with an update, they never did, and I wound up calling them, only to be called back hours later.

The most irritating was when I was told I'd be getting the car back on this certain day (despite I didn't get a call to update the status), and when that day came, I went out of my way to stay in the area, only to be told my car wasn't ready and it would be another week...and that the car was going into paint at this point (something they told me the week before). They never disclosed what was the delay. The next week, communication still didn't improve, despite the fact I made them promise to call me at this certain time, and pick up was delayed another day because they didn't get a certain part from Honda. I was seriously going to flip my lid when he told me that it would be another week to get it done, only to find out it was a joke (a very UN-funny joke at that).

Then I noticed that on both front doors there are superficial scratches on there, which looks like scratches when they washed the car or something....but the BIGGEST annoyance was when it was raining in the beginning of the year and was using my windshield wipers, THEY SWITCHED THE WIPERS (one is longer than the other), and the lower left quadrant of my windshield (undoubtedly the most important quadrant, since it's right in front of me) remained unwiped. I couldn't get this corrected by them because it was a weekend, and I was so irritated by this whole process I decided not to bother to complain to them.

They get two stars because they did fix my car and did a good job doing so, as well as for actually delivering my car to my parents' house because I couldn't wait for them to finish and I had to go to work.
