The boyfriend wanted to buy me a purse - BLESS HIS HEART!  Unfortunately a purchase was made that was not the right one and I wanted to return it.  Fendi has a sucky ass policy.  No refunds are given at all.  You can only exchange or get store credit on unopened merchandise, so i'm definitely knocking off a star for this.

Customer service was wonderful.  We explained the situation to the assistant manager, but she did not have the authority to reverse a transaction.  She called the general manager, who was on vacation, explained the situation to him, and he okayed it.  *Whewwww*  

When buying Fendi purses, make sure it's really THE ONE!  you're gonna have a bitch of a time returning it if you want something different.

While it is true that Fendi doesn't have the best return policy (within 10 days for exchange or store credit only), it should be noted that they clearly state the policy to you upon purchase and even have you specifically sign above the the terms on your receipt.
