The people here are super-cool. I have had to go pick up numerous packages at this location. They always seem organized and I've never had to wait longer than I should. Most of these guys have a great sense of humor so going isn't such a pain in the behind.

I think eric K. is mistaken, this is not a fed-ex ground facility, nor is ground shipment packaging free.

I have not had any negative experiences with the employees here, theyve always been polite, even when I've seen customers being super rude.

This location is a FedEx EXPRESS facility. you can drop off FedEx ground shipments here, which I have done on occasion, since the drop box in my office is only for express (read: air) shipments.

I dropped off a ground package here last week, because they have the latest pick-up for express shipments, 6 pm. however, the latest drop-off for ground shipments is 5 pm, so I was too late. I should have gone to the FedEx-Kinkos next to the AMC 20 on mission college blvd, their ground drop-off is later.

also, when i dropped off my shipment, I only had a fed-ex express envelope. I expected them to have a ground envelope for free. however, the guy at the desk told me that i can use any envelope, even a DHL express envelope, but the FedEx ground envelope cost $1. I exclaimed "that's bullshit!" really loudly, but went to buy the envelope. maybe I scared him, but he was like, dont pay me, just leave. so i got the envelope free. i cant hate on him, just on his company's policies.

FedEx Ground kicks some heiny.  I had a package to send, and tried to drop it off at a UPS Store.... and not only could the lady not figure out how to accept my credit card and waste about 30 minutes of my time, but she said it was going to be in the range of $25 to have it sent.

So instead I stopped by FedEx, and it was about $15 to send the same thing.  Go figure.  The people at this location have always been friendly, and you can nab all the shipping materials you want!

Not sure why, but when a fedex package is delivered to me and I'm not home, it ends up here for me to pick up. I don't live anywhere close to this place. Since FedEx wont let you redirect a package like UPS does I have to drag my ass out here. Despite the drive and weird remote location, the staff are generally pretty friendly and get your stuff to you in an expedient manner.

I ordered contacts from 1-800-contacts last week (as I've been doing for several years now).  They usually arrive right at my door or they'll drop them off at my apartment's leasing office.  For some stupid reason, the FedEx guy who was supposed to deliver my contacts didn't do that.  He attempted delivery twice while I was at work but didn't even leave a door tag or anything to indicate that he'd been there.  They didn't call me to tell me that they were trying to deliver the package.  This morning as I was getting ready for work I noticed that I was down to my last pair of contacts (I wear dailys) and remembered that my contacts should have been delivered by today.  I called them after work and they said that they had the package in their Sunnyvale office and that I could pick it up - all I needed to bring was my driver's license.  They said that the driver couldn't deliver the package because they didn't have the apartment number.  I drive to Sunnyvale to pick up my contacts and they give me a hard time for not bringing the confirmation number with me or the door tag (mind you they told me to just bring my driver's license and nobody left a door tag).  It took them about 10 minutes but they finally found the package.  The package clearly had my apartment number listed (and my correct address) so I have no clue why they couldn't deliver it.  The whole thing was super frustrating.  Isn't the whole point of a shipping company is to be able to deliver packages?!?

With most of my packages, I really could care less when they get there.  But these are my contacts, which I desperately need!  And I'm going on vacation next week so I really needed to get the issue resolved this week.
