My partner and I worked with Rikki and Todd on our recent closing and out of all the different business/entities that we had to deal with in buying our home, Federal Title was by FAR the best. Pleasant to do business with, they explained everything thoroughly, and we were out of there in no time at all. Even better, when a problem arose the next day, Federal Title stepped in to make sure we were taken care of. I'd absolutely recommend them to friends.

I purchased my first home and settle @ this location. First off a worker at that location contacted me asking me if I was buying a home that she saw my information. Ahh why are you looking at my stuff and if you were, why are you telling or asking me! (She someone I know but not personally)
When I did go to closing the lawyer (I won't mention her name) but she was a Marine. She told me that I was not qualified for a program offered by the District for 1st time home buyers and was very adamant about it! So for that reason I ended up paying more out of pocket and later found out I was qualified for the program. I can't explain how angry I was, especially since she was so adamant and even said "someone in her officer specializes in the program."
I applied for the program was excepted and DID NOT RECEIVE ALL THE MONEY I WAS OWED, because of her own ignorance, thinking she new it all!
I knew I was right and for her to tell me that I didn't qualify was ridiculous.
They were apologetic but that didn't matter because it was already done and there was nothing I could do. I did apply for the program and received some of my money but not all of it.
It was a big headache for me because I had to do a bunch of running around and I lost money, because of the lawyer's ignorance.
I WILL NEVER GO TO FEDERAL TITLE AGAIN AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO!
All in all I love my new home, my rate is low but at closing I paid more money than expected! Federal Title sucks!!!Comment from Nikki S. of Federal Title & Escrow Company 8/12/2011
