They have a great $5 lunch special which gives you 2 small portions of food (lasagna, spaghetti, pizza, salad, ravioli), a drink and unlimited breadsticks. The lasagna and ravioli that i had were okay but the breadsticks were way too salty. It's a decent option if you want a cheap lunch.

The $5 lunch special is a bit light but affordable and the food is always hot and tastes great.

Ordered from Fazoli's for the first time yesterday, using the door dash app. I was initially very excited, as the menu looked pretty good. My girl and I ordered the chicken parm and the ultimate Alfredo with some breadsticks. I asked for mushrooms on the side (as I adore them but my partner hates them) and they neglected to pack any mushrooms at all. I immediately went to the location to get them , which was a giant waste of time considering how terrible and rancid their mushrooms were . The broccoli in the Alfredo was similarly heinous. Also, the Alfredo itself was a giant congealed ball of unsauced noodles, and the spaghetti beneath the chicken parm was completely dry and inedible. Seemed to be more of a decoration than an actual bed of pasta meant for consumption.
On the bright side, the breadsticks were flavorful and the chicken for both dishes was tasty. I will personally not be returning but if anybody feels so inclined to get Italian through a drive thru- I would steer clear of anything with "fresh" veggies and I'd recommend asking for extra EXTRA sauce.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Nov 10, 2012
Omg I love bready breads and single slice pizza. The breadsticks make me *****DECEASED****!!! Period! The food is not super high end but it really fills you up and it tastes pretty good. I've had the alfredo on occasion and the sauce seems kind of watery and not very cheesy. Kind of more like a flavorless gravy with noodles in it. So I stick to the pizza.
It's really cheap too. Or at least I think so.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Mary Kay B.Portage, IN71308103May 12, 2016
This place was okay for what it was. The sauce was nothing unique. You would think more effort would go into sauces since they are calling themselves a fast food Italian place
I did enjoy the garlic bread sticks. Weird...the ones we received with our order were fresh and hot and looked like they could've been in a commercial. While the next ones we received were equally as good, they looked more like what you wold receive from Little Caesars (the worst pizza place known to man or poor man's pizza).
Would go again if I had to but not on my places of choice.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Faith E.Normal, IL0362Jul 7, 2018
This place feels filthy and the food is not very good either. Just take a close look at the soda machine and you won't eat there again. there was nasty black stuff growing all around the nozzles. I usually love the breadsticks here and was very much looking forward to them but today they tasted like they were freezer burned or something. I got the meatball sub and the meatballs weren't even warm all the way through. My son got the kids pizza meal and said it was OK but couldn't eat the nasty breadstick. What about my daughter got the spaghetti and ate maybe half although the sauce was very watery and had too many chunks of tomatoes in it for her taste. She usually loves the breadsticks too but she said they tasted like "rotten bread." The staff was nice enough but that's about all I have got to say about the place. So disappointing.

I love Fazoli's a lot. Coming home from Chicago i stopped here, breadsticks were good, food was sub par, oh and no napkins after several customers told them. Dressing for my salad would be great. I ate bc i was on the road. Will not be back to this location.

Slow slow slow... My first t me here in a while and wow was the service slow. They brought out my dish and it wasn't made correctly. They offered to remake it , and I accepted. When they brought out the new one it was still wrong and I had to send it back a second time. We had to ask for another round of breadsticks 3 times before they were brought out. Food was ok in the end but there were at least 6 other parties here tonight verbally complaining about the service.
I wonder if the place is under new management or something...
One other note, they put a screen up between the kitchen and the breadstick window... What's the deal with that!
Unless something changes I will be avoiding this gazillions in the futureHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - John P.Bloomington, IL8401071684Mar 24, 2015
Today was my first time at this location. I went through the drive thru. Customer service was excellent. I ordered a twice baked lasagna combo, with pepperoni pizza. It also came with two breadsticks and a small drink which i upgraded to a medium size. The wait for the food was not long at all, actually faster than i was expecting. Price was 11.17, which is not cheap, but the amount of food was filling. The drive thru worker had a big smile on her face as she handed me the food, which was nice to see! The pizza lacked sauce, and was a bit too dry for my preference. The breadsticks were fresh. The lasagna was fresh but the taste was just ok, a pretty average tasting lasagna. If i go back i will try something different.

I LOVE this place! It's basically fast food Italian. The interior is clean and has a combination of tables and booths. The drinks (sodas, water, tea) are in the center of the dining room and you get them yourself.
Each time I've eaten in I got the lunch special (two smaller servings of a choice of pastas (including spaghetti with sauce, lasagna, fettucine alfredo, cheese ravioli), a drink and two breadsticks. You order your food up front and sit down with a number and someone brings your food to you. They also come around a few times with breadsticks, which are all you can eat. I believe this applies no matter what meal you get.
The service each time has been exceptional. Everyone is nice and a manager came by my table to ask if I enjoyed everything.
The food is pretty simple Italian. A few different things they have are spaghetti, fettucine alfredo, pizza, baked lasagna, chicken parmigano and salads. You have a choice of meat sauce or marinara and can add things like chicken, broccoli and meatballs to any dish.
The drive thru is always pretty quick and the food is always hot and fresh. The prices are also good - less than $10 per person.
If you like Italian food, definitely give this place a shot!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
