You need to use the coupon to get the value for this place. They charge 20% tax on your bill.
Pickup time at airport took about 10 minutes at 530 pm on a Wednesday. -

I should have read the reviews before parking here. Website says shuttle runs ever 5-7 minutes. Waited for over 40 minutes.
Called twice and was told the shuttle was on it's way. Found myself twiddling my thumbs on a cold winter night at the ass crack of dawn. Not a good time.
Not worth the headache. -

Well, the 'other chance' didn't work out so well. We've paid four visits now within a month and there is always an issue at the entrance. 3/4 times we've been confronted with a mechanical issue with getting into the lot (ticket machine broken), then being diverted into the valet lot. It seems to be a regular occurrence. We'll only go again if we have the 'coupon', or if we have good pre- or post- flight time to spend adjusting to their transition - which seems to be taking a loooong time.

Review from Kev G.

Very poor signage when pulling in. I pulled into the valet lot instead of the regular lot. I didn't know. The sign was so damn small. They should put a bigger sign up. Also, the whole place is under construction/renovation so its kinda dusty and such.

This place ROCKS. Can't beat the pricing, location, and service.
This review is for the VALET/NORTH location;
Parking lot is a convenient 7-10 min shuttle service to airport. The conductors are always friendly and eager to assist with luggage.
Upon return to Philly, they make sure to have your car running so the heat is warm once you hop in---nice customer-friendly attention that makes my heart jump with joy.
Price varies, but can't beat the $7.00-$9.00 per day rates. They offer discounts with use of AAA card, Corporate account, or online discount tickets. -

Super awesome-helpful-professional and take AAA for a nice discount. The pick you up from where you park in the lot, give you a ticket telling you where you parked, drop you at your gate, and pick up really fast when you arrive back again, take the ticket they gave you and take you right to where you parked your car. They even load your luggage into the van for you. Highly recommend, will certainly use again myself.
PS They have now changed their name to FAST TRACK PARKING. -

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. 4 of the last 6 times I have been here there has been a problem: 2 times the ticket machine had to be re booted, once they had to write out a receipt literally in pen on a piece of scrap paper, and the last time the self park gate wouldn't open for... Yes.... Wait for it..... 20 minutes. They wouldn't give a discount for poor service either. Now I'm a coupon clipper and use the coupons online and in the mail. at this point it's really just worth it to pay full price somewhere else. I forgot to mention that the shuttle service was extremely slow as well. While waiting for pickup at the airport we saw most shuttle services drive by 2x, some three, and the airport economy shuttle actually passed us 4 times! the parking lot itself makes me long for a dune buggy to go off-roading with: I think the roads on African safari may be better!

Review from Ann V.
What happened?! They were so amazing and now they are terrible. Waited over an hour for a shuttle that never came and almost missed my flight. When we asked the employees the status of the shuttle, they would give us an attitude and just say "they are right around the corner". 15 min later, no shuttle. This repeated a few more times. Eventually we had to tell the manager to drive us in his own vehicle because he would have to deal with the consequences if we did not make it to the airport on time. Upon arrival to the airport we had to beg the us airways check in counter to let us check our bags because it was past the baggage check deadline. Luckily they were able to accommodate. Not worth the stress and aggravation. Never again.

You choose: Your time or Your money.
Waited 40 mins for shuttle pick-up last Saturday morning after several of us called many times.
Their lot is a real disaster. I wouldn't want to park there in the rain or snow due to the huge potholes and broken pavement.....Really bad.
I won't use them again despite the cheap rates. -
Review from Ben S.
Seattle, WA
This review is for the uncovered, self-park (North Lot?).
I was forced to use this place because my AirTran flights to Seattle were scheduled to depart at ridiculous hours and my roommate couldn't drop me off and pick me up. I decided to use this particular lot because I found a coupon for 2 days free in a magazine on a SouthWest Airlines flight.
When I first got there for my departing flight at 3:30 AM, the place was completely dark and there wasn't a soul in sight. The parking lot was just plain creepy and the structure in front that initially looks like an office is really just a shack. One of the shuttles was idling next to the office/shack and after peering through the windows, I decided there had to be someone inside, so I knocked loudly. The driver was sleeping inside and I must have startled her, so I felt bad about that...but overall this system is very poor. I felt uncomfortable and I can't imagine how scary that situation would be to an elderly or infirm person - especially loaded down with baggage.
The trip to the airport was quick - a little too quick, as it seems the woman driving the shuttle liked to drive fast.
Once I returned to Philly, I tried to call. From the moment my cell phone began the call, I got horrible static...I made sure it wasn't my phone by calling my girlfriend, my voicemail and a few other numbers. Each of them was crystal clear. I went online on my phone and found two more numbers - calling them resulted in the same problem - horrible static. Luckily, the folks working had figured this out and sent out a shuttle. I give them a lot of credit for that (that's where the 3rd star came from).
I didn't know about the AAA discount (I saw a sign for it in the shuttle on the way back) and then I totally forgot to ask about it when I paid because it was 2:00 AM. At least I had that coupon.
And I wonder what I would have done if I kept getting static and they never sent the shuttle...taken a cab? For a business that serves customers who call from the airport to be picked up - those phone lines are mission critical. I think it's pretty bad they didn't have the phone company repairing it ASAP. Overall, this place is OK...just be careful at night. -

ok, so I know this place has gotten alot of poor reviews lately, but I park here at least twice a month and never had any issues. I use the Valet Park and signed up for the FastTrack program.
Shuttle frequencies have slowed due to the Avistar - The Parking Spot transition, but the longest I have waited for a ride to PHL was about 15 minutes. -A shuttle is usually waiting there..
Now for pickups at PHL, I usually have to wait about 5-10 minutes, but have waited longer upon occasion. This is usually in the very early AM after a red eye from the west coast.
The reason why I continue to park here for my business travel is that I do not have to worry about the safety of my car (like at PHL garage or longterm!), I get points for parking here (for when I take a real vacation), and my vehicle is ready for me when I return from PHL with the keys in the door and my receipt on the dash.
I have never had any service issues and the staff is friendly enough.
This is a super convenient place to valet park, I think you are waisting your time if you self park here. (self park lot does look a mess, there are better places to self park)
As I mentioned, the place is in transition to The Parking Spot and the place is a bit of a mess. Give yourself an extra 15min and you should be fine. -

Morning pickups awful Other than the price this place is awful when it comes to morning pickup. Expect to wait a minimum of 15 to 30 minutes. I will say that they are conveniently located to the airport and the valet service always has my car ready for pickup.

Review from Jess D.
I just used them again over the holiday season and I have never felt so frustrated with a company in my life. Sure they have great rates, and they're quick but they have no concept of customer service. I was forced to put my car in the valet lot because the self-park lot was full. I was not surprised by this because it has happened in the past, and I was always charged the self-park rate regardless. I had pre-reserved a spot in the self-park lot, so upon leaving my car at the valet, I confirmed with the attendant that I would be paying the rate self-park rate I reserved. He confirmed and said yes and ask when I would be returning. I specifically remembered letting him know I would be back at 1am because my flight got in at midnight. This would give me enough time to get to my car after I landed. When I landed, this is when the horror began. The customer service agent over the phone was rude and did not have any form of good communication whatsoever. She was short and gave the impression I was bothering her. Upon arriving to the lot, I was reconciling my bill with the cashier (who I realized later was the agent over the phone) and things got worse. The cashier immediately notified me that I was LATE and i would be charged and additional day because it was written down that I said I would be back at 11am. Now, I know for sure I said 1am because my pre-reserve confirmation said 1am and I would never have given a time that was 13 hours ahead. She cashier did not even politely ask me to confirm, she just assumed and was quick to charge me for "my negligence." I told her it felt like she was scolding me, and she said she was just trying to tell me the facts. She then realized that the ticket said 2300 hrs which means 11pm and not 11am, and did not apologize for accusing me of lying. I kind of gave up at that point about explaining that I knew I told the attendant 1am because it was 1am in the morning and I was exhausted and told her to just charge me the additional day. Then she tried charging me the valet rate and not the self-park rate, even after I explained to her that I had made the pre-reservation and I was forced to park int he valet lot. I felt that I had to fight with her non-stop because she would not listen to my side of the story. She was quick to take my method of payment and get me on my way because she seems like she just did not want to deal with me. In short, I would rather pay an additional $5 per day to a parking company that cares about their customers than deal with a company with representatives that try to nickel and dime you and make it your fault for their mistakes.

Review from Fred P.
Philadelphia, PA
Incident 1: I picked up my car and the radio/navigation system was not working. This happens when the battery gets disconnected, I needed to make some calls and punch in codes to get everything functioning again. I called Fasttrack to find out what happened, nobody ever got back to me, could never get mgr on the phone. I'm guessing my car alarm went off and they had to disconnect the battery, but still not sure what happened.
Incident 2: A snow storm hit and 48 hours later, the place still was not cleared. Their snow plows cleaned a path around the cars, while simultaneously burying the cars in ever more. They were digging cars out one at a time when we returned. After getting luggage, waiting an hour for shuttle (as their competition's shuttles kept coming by), 2 hours to get my car, finally arrived home 2:30 AM. They used an ice scraper to clear the snow off my car, I watched their guy scratch the hood down to the metal. Somehow they produced paperwork saying the scratches were there when I dropped the car off and my claim was denied through their insurance company. The claims adjuster even mention the scratches matched perfectly for an ice-scraper. They never gave me a copy of "car scratch" report when I dropped off the car, plus they outright lied. I watched them scratch the car, will cost me close to $500 to fix.
Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
