After many a horrible experience at Aaron Bros in Weho, we decided to give Fastframe a go since my work uses them with great results. Since we do use them at work I thought they might be more expensive than others. Not true. In my experience, cheaper than places like Aaron Bros. and the service is amazing. The owners of this particular location, Judy and Burt are so great; very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They really take their time with you so that you get exactly what you want.
No framing is cheap, but the results here are well worth every penny. And fastframe's policy is if you get your frame back home and realize you don't like it, it doesn't work in the space you planned, etc, they will redo it for you for free (within 30 days)! How is that for customer service!

We do all kinds of framing from simple photos to memorbilia. We do very imaginative shadow boxes, framing of articles, 3 dimensional objects, canvases. We can do giclees, pop art. We have a beautiful selection of hand made photo frames, ready made.
We specialize in excellent customer service. We have a lifetime workmanship guarantee and a 30 day design guarantee. If you get your piece home and decide on another frame we will re-do it for free. If you pick a more expensive frame, you just pay the difference.
History
Established in 2005
This Fast Frame location was the first store franchised by Fast Frame Corporation. It has been at this location for over 20 years. Judy and Bert bought it in 2005 and have enjoyed owning it since then.
Meet the Business Owner: Judy C.
Judy spent 30 years as a hair designer in the motion picture industry framing faces with hair. The custom framing business is very much like that. It is very creative and rewarding for both Judy and her husband and partner, Bert. "We love it when a customer comes in to pick up the work we have done for them and exclaims 'WOW, I love it' We love our customers. They have all become our extended family," says Judy.
