Don't let the aura of a mall kiosk fool you. These people do amazing work in a fast time at a very good price. Last night I had a heavy gold signet ring resized and they did it in less than an hour for $50. I'm sure that I would have paid much more at a jewelry store and would have to wait a week or longer.
My partner and I chatted with the manager last night and he is extremely knowledgeable. Sure, it feels a little strange entrusting your precious jewelry to a kiosk across from the Dairy Queen. Just talk to the manager for a few minutes and you'll get a reassuring sense of their expertise.
