The food here is great! Never had a bad pizza. The waitresses are very friendly and attentive. There is always room to sit. I've never seen this place JAM PACKED full of people, but I imagine its just like any other restaurant where they have their busy days. Overall, I will be going back for more pizza, when my craving calls!

My boyfriend and I came here before a wedding to have a drink to kill some time. They pour a big glass of wine and the bartender was attentive after hearing we were on a time crunch.
We would come here again if we were in the area. -

... I'd say this is an okay place to go to if you have young kids and want to watch a sports game while dining to 80s music.
The pizza was so-so... I had the their "special" bistro sausage pizza on a thin crust and I think something out of my freezer would have been better. My husband's pepperoni pizza was on the greasy side. The waitress forgot my daughters salad and offered to bring one out when we let her know it was missed...we were almost done with our dinner at that time. -

I gotta say when a Long Island iced tea tastes like summertime iced tea from Long Island, shame on them. (Yes, I complained. I didnt think it would be necessary to watch a bartender pour 4 shots) At least with beer, they can't short the alcohol.
PS who cares if the food is good, if one can't get a decent drink. -

Yum! Excellent pizza! Decent prices on beer... My husband appreciates that they have Mac n Jack's.
Minus one star for the sangria. I was told it was the first night they were offering it, so maybe it'll get better, but in my book, juice + alcohol does not a sangria make, it's all about the chunks of fruit! I hope they improve that.
Overall, very good! -

Our family eats here almost ever Tuesday when they have the family meal deal. We love the wood fired brick oven pizza.

I haven't seen this many forms of wildlife running across the floor since I was in the Burger King in San Bernardino, CA
I'll just go to a more sanitary establishment before I die of disentary. -

Farrelli's gourmet fire wood pizza is to die for!
They have a create your own perfect pizza menu where you can choose from 1-5 gourmet toppings.. many different types of pizza bases, cheese, meats and ingredients. They also have their signature pizzas if you're not to picky. :) i absolutely enjoyed every slice! One time I even ordered it to go for my road trip down to San Francisco, California. It was well worth it. :D -

The food is pretty good, but not worth the terrible service.

The server was terrible! Weird woman who would not leave us alone. She wasted our time and kept trying to show off by how much she could remember our order. A little overpriced and slow service.

My husband and I met a friend here for a couple of drinks and some pizza. It was Friday night and the place was pretty crowded when we got there. Our server was really nice about checking in with us. It was a fun, generic restaurant. The pizza was mediocre and the jalapeno foccacia was pretty good, but the service was better than expected for a busy evening. We sat near the entrance where it was a little bit quieter so that we could talk but if we stop in again I think we'll hang out in the bar area.

Knowing the spot in Tacoma is pretty big for the college crowd, I wasn't sure if I'd be into this place or not. I wanted to go to my usual haunt but it seems my friend has reasons for not being able to return. Anyways, we hit the place to catch the seahawks, have a bite to eat and play some pool.
Seahawks were on every screen except one, which was nice, no matter where you turned, game was on. The echo effect from every TV being a few frames off from the next made it seem like you were actually in a stadium. I'm not sure if this was a good thing or not...
Anyways, me and the ole' lady ordered some food while my friends kept to the drink section of the menu. Which was good for us since all sunday is happy hour and I was able to score some nachos for $4 and a soda for $2.60 and was bottomless and I took complete advantage of that. As for the food, my girlfriend got her salad pretty quick, but our hot food took ages. I'm thinking 20 minutes or so, no joke. It wasn't even busy as far as I could tell. I had some nachos and she had two slices of pizza, cheese pizza. So that was kind of a bummer. Drink refills weren't too bad, one refill was a bit extended, but I've had much worse at other places. But yeah, after our wait, finally got to dig in. By the way, girlfriends salad was good and her pizza was as well. My nachos? Worst I've ever had, period. I finished them, not going to just waste food, but seriously, last time I ever get nachos there, if I make it back. All nacho cheese and then a little burned on top. I dunno, maybe I'm used to something different, but not what I was expecting, but decent for $4 I suppose, portion size was nice, just not good on the palette.
Pool tables were nice. A little cramped and had to keep asking people to excuse us while we took shots. When chairs are a little more than a foot away, just too close. Games were $.75, which is too much for me. Sure, tables were nice, but damn. I'm more of the hole in the wall bar that has games for $.25 or sometimes $.50. Whatever.
Anyways, place was decent. Not sure if I'll go back or not, will try something else on the menu if I do. Oh and the staff was pretty cool, no complaints there. I did see a couple sit down next to us and wait a good ten minutes or so before they were helped, not sure why though.... -

I will admit - their pizza is good, brick oven fired and tasty. I won't be back here though. The last time I went we had 6 people, we gave our name and were told there would be a 5 minute wait. After 15 minutes we asked and they said they would seat us very soon. In walks a bigger group (about 8) and they begin angling for a big table that was clearing. I could hardly believe it when they sat them there, then tried to seat us at two back to back booths....right by a large, noisy party of kids - we said no and asked why did they seat that other group when we had been there longer and they gave some bs lie about how they may have called in before they arrived and told of their big group (they don't take reservations)...it was a total lie. I will never go here again.

This place is always a perfect place to come and hang out with friends or family. The food is good and the drinks are decent. They have a couple pool tables and arcade games for the kids. Customer service is never an issue for this place, a great place all the way around

I am not certain why this particular Farrelli's location has received such bad reviews. We come here on occasion with children and always have a great time with friendly staff, good food, and quick service. The food is up to standard with other Farrelli locations, which consists of extremely tasty wood fired pizza. Its hard to find a good pizza joint in the south end, so I find Farrelli's multiple locations a very refreshing change to some other mediocre restaurants. The full bar and creative drink menu is also an extra plus.

I usually head here for the bar only. It's a little bit too small if you head here on Friday nights but they do offer these huge drinks if you really need to get messed up. 80 oz in fact- that's 40's yo!

If the sign on your door says you are open until 2am, stay open until 2am. Don't turn me away at 1:30 saying your kitchen is closed. If you are still serving alcohol you legally have to serve food.
