These people are professionals. I get so many compliments on my color and cut. It's a fun salon, good music, everyone is happy, chatty and like a big family. I always have a good experience here.
It's not cheap, but it's worth it to me. I can shop at Goodwill for clothes, Craiglist for furniture, matinee movie, but you just can't go cheap on the hair.
This is the best salon! I have been going here for about 8 years. Jaime Ellestad is the absolute best. All the stylists are friendly and they seem like they all get along great. I always enjoy my time there and have never had a bad experience. I cannot recommend Salon Farouche enough!
It's not that I'm poor, but I typically have to decide between eating for two months OR getting my hair done at Farouche. Their sly tactic, so subtle it is undetectable by the layman, is that the stylist chosen to do your hair will not only gift you with an orgasmic head massage, but will also do your color, cut or style in such a way that NO other person on earth can replicate it.
This is both fantastic and horrifying, because you then find yourself selling belongings, blood and family members just to afford your next fix six weeks later.
Joelle (by far) is Redmond's unsung prodigy, and if she suddenly goes missing from this location, it's because I've finally given in and STOLEN her, and she's currently chained up in my basement awaiting our next hair appointment.
So highly recommended is this place, that I may have to review my review to ensure it is proclaiming the distinct goodness that is Redmond Farouche.

I'm new to the area and decided to try Farouche. The receptionist was very nice and recommended Kacie for my type of hair. I got in the next day for an evening appt. Kacie was friendly and professional and I showed her some pictures of what I had in mind. She came up with a darling cut and made my hair look super cute and very full, which is what I wanted. She asked me all along the way what I wanted which was very helpful. The salon is clean, modern and efficient looking. Cut was $50, cost came in under $100 including 2 products and gratuity. I was very pleased and will go back to her.
This Regis salon is absolutely great! April has been cutting my hair for almost 6 years now, and even though I no longer live in the area, I still drive out there at least once a month for a haircut!
I'm new in the area and was referred to Lori Webb! She is great -- her cut was wonderful and she did magic with my color. Now both me and my daughter are regulars. I highly recomend Lori and the salon.
