I bought my fiancee's engagement ring from here. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. First we picked out a loose diamond and he was very patient in explaining all of the options to me, then he showed me the options of rings that fit the loose diamond we picked out. He even bought some of my old gold jewelry for a great price!
Everybody compliments my fiancee on her ring and they all think I paid almost double what I actually did. Thanks Fantasy Jewelers! -

Damn, probably because I don't have a 30k watch or some fancy fancy bling of some sort did I not receive the service that everyone else seems to have here.
My boyfriend bought me a beautiful diamond and emerald ring (on the cheaper end of small real stone bling) just as a "love" present. No complaints here. Well, it was a size and a half too big so I brought it here to get it sized right. Or so I thought...
I came, fit for a size 4.25. No big deal. I'm in and out in a few minutes.
Come back a few days later to pick up my ring. It was $50 for a SIZE 5 ring that he swore up and down we discussed and he wrote down 5 blah blah. Um, no, it was a 4.25 that I asked for. Shit, had he given me a 4.5 I would have been ok with that since I clench my fists like I'm fighting sugar ray leonard every night, so I wake up with swollen fingers.
The point is that he refused to fix this issue and if so, was going to charge me another $50 to fix it. Give me a break. He also had the audacity to ask where I got the ring and how much my boyfriend paid for it. It's absolutely NONE of his business.
No. Thank. You. Ever.

I am a proud owner of Fantasy jewelry! My boyfriend bought me a bracelet from here -- it blew my mind! I had to know where he got it from. I trotted over there the very next wknd to buy my mom a birthday necklace.
Don't ask me why, but I usually find jewelry stores quite intimidating, but the owner here is the most genuine man (not one intimidating bone in his body). He listened to me and kept showing me pieces without being asked. He definitely knew what he was talking about and made me laugh along the way.
I would recommend going there for the rings, necklaces and bracelets. Fantasy is truly great...its won my smile and earned my confidence.

I had to get my girlie a birthday present and i procrastinated until the last second as usual. came here because it was close to my parents house and i needed to act quick. The shopkeeper was helpful, he reminded me of an uncle and he was a LAKER fan to top it off. we got to talk for a little bit and he took care of me. i got my gf some beatiful earrings with her birth stone and she loved them.
