I really liked this placed.
After being dissed by a nearby bar that had an entrance list for MNF, I remembered this place was nearby.
They had a good happy hour and huge projection screen for football game. Bacon Cheeseburger was pretty good and ample amount of fries.
They seem to have great deals especially for earlier in the day, like free pool with purchase of a few drinks.
The pool tables are the larger ones and they have plenty of them.
Thumbs Up. -

This place is a great place to watch games. Drinks and food are reasonably priced and they don't charge a cover for watching pay per view events. Customer service that I received from servers is great, they do their best to make customers happy.
This place gets two stars for the snooty, power-tripping manager that does not know the concept of customer service. My party hung out at this place for more than 2 hours watching a UFC event that the place hosted (party of 7 at that!) As the place was packed, we did not have tables. Quite understandable, so when the event was over we tried to get some tables that are not used but the manager came over and told us we couldn't because some customers who wantef to play pool may use it (btw these are potential customers i.e. those who may be coming in to play?) we told her if we can use the table and just let us know if somebody needs to use it. Our server told us we can use one of the tables but Guess what she said? "i'm just doing my job and the servers are not the manager." told her, negative experiences are more remembered but i guess she dint care. And, as i type this review, 4 tables are not beng used and i just don't understand the part where the manager said she was doing her job?
So fantasia, if you ever look at your yelp reviews, discipline your manager and tell her what customer service is all about! -

Hi, this a 24 year old writing this to you...
can you explain why your BERET wearing guy at the front checking ID's is working there??!!
let me explain...
my friends and I showed up on a TUESDAY night...dead as ever... yes I understand I look young which is why I always have my ID out because I know I'm going to get carded. After I gave beret dude my ID he kept looking at my ID then at me. I thought he was kidding after his fourth double take. So I asked him "you're kidding right?" while his SARCASTIC response was "this can't be you." I thought he was KIDDING. So we went back and forth for a couple minutes trying to make light of things because at this point I thought he was still KIDDING!!!!!!!
If you're going to tell me you won't let me into your bar because you think I dont look like my picture dont make it seem like you're joking around because i'm going to think you're shiting me...excuse me...
I work at a bank where people are constantly showing me their ID's that haven't been updated in 20 years and I can tell whether or not the person looks the same...now... if I can distinguish whether or not a person looks like their ID so that they can withdrawl thousands of dollars of cash then why can't you let a little 24 year old into your bar to have a drink....SHEEEESHHHH
BERET GUY!!!!! I can't believe you didn't let me in...you think you have too much power and think you work in a vegas club...don't worry things will work out for you...
if someone can explain this to me it would be helpful so i can look into getting some wrinkles implanted in my face and a new ID to go along with it -

This place is great! I've been here a few times to shoot pool and play darts with friends. They have so many pool tables that it has always been easy to get a table - despite the place being packed. Darts are a little harder to get to quickly. I most recently came here to watch the Super Bowl yesterday - the place was packed, of course. But they also set the game up outside on their patio with a flat screen, loud speakers and tables - we got a spot right in front within 20 minutes to kick-off which was incredible. We sat at our table, could smoke a cigarette whenever we wanted without having to leave our table, since we were on the smokers patio, a waitress would come out and take our drink and finger-food orders, the other guests watching the game were very nice and nothing was TOO competitive, even though we were watching the Super Bowl. Of course the Patriots fans were sad about the loss, but I was rooting for the Giants and won a bet - so I was pretty stoked if I might say so myself :) Anyways, great experience overall!

This is part of my bar rotation in Burbank. I normally visit on a Friday or Saturday for Maker's and a burger with onion rings. Burgers are prepared on a toasted, buttery, sesame seed bun. I prefer the crunchy, battered onion rings to the fries.
Wait: I've never been here for a UFC match or a big game, and have never had to wait for a seat at the bar or a horse shoe booth. My order never takes very long.
Place: More than half the public space is for pool tables. Otherwise, there's bar seating & booth seating with several flat screens and one huge screen. It's located on San Fernando in Downtown Burbank so parking is limited to the street or one of the parking structures within walking distance.
Service: Depends. Tonight was a good night--attentive and quick. However, there have been times when the servers could care less about whether or not there were seated customers. -

I don't really play pool as much ... but this spot is filled with chill people all with the same intention ... Trying to get it in! ...
I usually stop by here just to check the scene ... its not all overly crowded ... just the right amount of people ... the inside is pretty big too!! -

I'm lousy at pool so I figured I'd make the beau take me out so I can learn. This pool hall is pretty big, there is at the very least 8 pool tables.
There are large televisions here so this may be a good spot for UFC/Fight Nights. There's an out side patio area as well as a sitting area inside.
I don't know who was messing with the juke box last night. It somehow managed to play the soundtrack of my life :-). Twilight soundtrack AND Britney?! This place is a keeper.Listed in: Whats Juice? I Want Dranks!

Came here for a friends Bday. Place was meh but im not normally a fan of billiards (i suck at pool). We had a pool table in back and when the waitress came by i ordered a PINT of stella. Well when she returned, she brought a whole PITCHER. Before i could even say anything she disappeared and i was stuck with the pitcher. Well, since there was a bunch of us there we all shared the pitcher, but it was totally uncool how she upsold us like that.
The good thing was that someone had selected a ton of great songs on the jukebox so that made the evening more enjoyable. We probably wont return to Fantasia again... -

Pretty pricey as far as playing pool goes since you can go play at a bar for free. We were there fr apprx 2 hours and total came out to be $33-$35. The more people you take, you can split this. Food is affordable on the other hand

I've never really been to any billiard place, so this makes it my first one! YAY! so everything was fun and the food was good.
When I went it was a bit empty though, the place looked pretty big with a bunch of tables.
My friend, who's a smoker, said that he liked that they had a patio area where he could go to, so I guess thats a plus!
I def. wouldn't mind going back here again =]

This place is well-kept, the door man is cool, and the prices don't suck. What does suck is the waitress we had on Friday night. It wasn't very crowded and she screwed up both of my separate orders. One was for an appetizer-she brought the wrong one out and when we asked what it was she said, "it's what you ordered!" and walked away. The second mistake was ordering a pastrami sandwich. The waiter asked what kinda bread we wanted so we ordered it on French Bread, but when we got it, it was on toasted Rye bread, it had a salad with no dressing or a fork to eat it with (rolling eyes)!
We complained and the head waiter/bartender gave us $3 off, which was cool I guess. I'll go back for the pool and darts, but I think I'll stop at Taco Bell first. -

So I was recently on jury duty for a three-week case at the courthouse down the street. Once we reached the verdict, myself and a few other jurors needed a total alcohol-fueled happy hour blowout, and we found this place.
Happy hour turned into happy five hours as we drank, rocked some tuneage, drank some more, and then drunkenly threw darts at what was hopefully the dartboard and not the wall. I'd say a good 40% of my darts actually stuck, and the rest came projectile flying back towards my new juror friend. Yet I still managed to beat him - drunk's luck!
From what I remember, drinks were cheap during happy hour, except they poured water in my tequila shot, to make it like a double shot, watered down. Alrighty then.
I actually really suck at pool, so I didn't even go near a table. Trust me...with the way I throw darts, I'd end up sterilizing some guy halfway across the room with the cue ball. -

Cheap drinks. Great billiards. Chick with the bandana takes forever though and flirts with others forever. Great beer. Crap service. Music choices are weird as well, somewhat depressing. All in all if you are trying to get plastered or hang out for 1 or 2 cheap beers go for it. Other than that don't bother

Pool Hall. Video Games. HDTV's. Booze. Food. Smoking section.
We usually hit this place up when we bar hop through Burbank. Not a major stop but still worth a beer or 2. The food is bar food so don't expect too much. The video games/fooseball/darts could use an update, they've seen better days. The TV wall is nice, shows multiple games on any given day. This use to be my Sunday football place till Barneys opened up. Now I just swing through for a beer or a smoke.
Has plenty of pool tables though and being a billards hall, I guess thats important.Listed in: Burbank Loop

Any place I go, the most important thing for me is the ambiance. This place has a good one. Maybe if I ever feel like playing pool I'll come here again. They have only a few beers on tap but their Newcastle was very much noticeably better than any bottle I have had it from. I might stop by only if I'm in the area.

What a great place to watch a sporting event!! It beats going to other places in the area where you have to pay in order to sit.
Saw the UFC fight here and I enjoyed it here. Sat around the billiards area. Since it was busy the waiter came often enough as she could so no complaints there. It was funny though they ran out of glasses so I couldn't get water and had to buy bottled water.
The food was your typical bar food...it was decent. The service, was good throughout the night (keeping in mind it was a busy day) coming every now and then and the food came in a reasonable time. -

This place has become my home for UFCs. Great environment.
Tomato basil pizza is my favorite entree here.
Billiards is a little pricey but I don't mind.
For those who care, they have a smoking area. This is significant because downtown burbank has banned smoking on their streets. -

A total rip-off on fight night charging $25pp. I called earlier that day and they never mentioned any charges even though I specifically asked about the fights!! The owner came out and said "well you didn't ask if there was a cover charge". Unbelievable!!

Bummer. So we've been here many times to watch ufc fights, but tonight's experience convinced me that we should find somewhere else.
When we arrived there was nobody to greet nor seat us. We looked and saw many couples sitting in the booths, so we also grabbed a booth for ourselves.
Our waitress arrive with a scowl, and said "do you know what you want?" . We ordered our meal and waited about 30 mins for our burgers. The food was good but our glasses would empty and a waitress would take our glass without asking if we wanted another beer. So we would have to wait another 15 to order another. If we were asked if we wanted drinks when our glasses were empty I guarantee our bill would have been double.
Suddenly, a waitress, not ours, came up to us rudely and said "the booths are for groups of 4". I explained we has been the for 2 hours and this was the first we had heard if this. Mind you of the 6 booths only one had more than 2 occupants. If they want to have orderly seating, perhaps they should have a hostess.
About 10 mins later I saw a woman approach the table next to us and then come to ours. "would you guys be so nice and share your table with one of our regulars?" we're nice people so I said yes. What's the worst that could happen? So they seat "Gary" next to me. Hes about 80, and moans and talks to himself the next 1.5 hours. When he coughs, which is often it sounds like he's ready to barf. He fondled my sweater and kept touching my knee. I'm sure he's a nice old man but this quartz like timing of 5 minute garlic meets coffee burps, left me really grossed out. It seriously felt like a hidden camera show.
He left without paying for his 2 coffees and tea.
Secondly, for what a horribly awkward situation it was, we weren't compensated for accommodating the gas bag. Considering we were flexible, it's a shame it wasn't reflected in our service nor final tab. -

I really enjoy coming here because its a great place for recreational purposes but with a added bonus you can DRINK!!! while you play a game or just sit at the bar or table and watch a game. They do have some delicious looking foods and if you want to have a private gathering that can be arrange but I don't know how to go about that. I must say for the guys they have some really hot waitresses and deliver great service and are on top of game.
ps it really cool because they do not allowed anyone under 21 into the place which is really good because there is no stupid high school students walk around acting stupid. -

Burbank, CA
This used to be one of my favorite hangout spots, and I often saw people from my high school here, too. Unfortunately, this place has taken a turn for the worst over time.
The last time I was here was when the Men's Olympic Hockey final game was playing (US vs Canada) and I wanted to watch the game on a big screen. I was able to do so here, but as for service there practically was none. The server was also working the bar, and my friend and I had to wait forever for menus, to place lunch orders, for our food, and then for the check. The food was nothing special, too. The server gave us a complimentary order of onion rings, but that was not enough to change my opinion.
This place is among many where I have experienced bad service this year and that used to be better in previous years. It's like some epidemic (like a recession) spread to so many restaurants, downgrading their service to just one server, which results in longer wait times. I really don't understand that because if the service keeps getting worse, people are going to stop going to these restaurants. And of course, then they will fold and defeat the purpose of the cutbacks to begin with. Hopefully things will turn around by next year.
I have not played pool here lately, but if I were to do so and/or watch a game, I think I'll go to Hollywood Billiards instead. -

Okay.. one of the 3 spots we ended up at to watch a Laker game. We came with the intent of a crowd and where only greeted by 5 people and a very slow waitress, we had 2 drinks, a quick appetizer and left. I can't vouch for the pool, but the food and drinks are overpriced. When I saw the family with the two kids come in, that was our cue to leave.

Review from Feisty O.
Van Nuys, CA
Finally...an establishment that's really in a league of its' own. A pioneer of some sorts. Truly a place where I will never forget...because it was so bad!
I went to Fantasia to watch the Men's Olympic Hockey Final which was a pretty big deal. Places around Burbank were bursting at the seems from people clammering to watch this highly anticipated game. After bombing out from a few places, a friend and I stopped by Fantasia's for its' big screen, which by chance was showing the game. It seemed strange that this place was virtually empty.
We plopped ourselves down in front of the big screen and watched the game. It was lunchtime and we decided to order. The lone waitress who was waiting on other patrons came to our table to take our drink orders. Two glasses of water...no big deal. She informed that she'll be back with the menus.
We waited...and waited...and waited...*tick tick tick*...
I kid you not, it took nearly 30 minutes to get the menus in our paws! It's one thing to wait a long time for your food to be prepared (which is the next part of this review) but to get menus?? Are you kidding me?
We wanted to leave but the game was way too exciting for us to move a muscle! After 30 minutes, the waitress came back and took our orders: two simple sandwiches. How long could making two sandwiches take? I got my answer...nearly an hour later! WTF?!
Sensing that we waited a friggin' long time for our food, the waitress gave us a free side of greasy onion rings (gee, thanks). As for the food, it was borderline mediocre. Did it have to take an hour to make? I highly doubt it...I was quite angry. Food was totally overpriced for the quality (and quantity). The grilled chicken sandwich I ordered was nothing special. The chicken was quite forgettable.
Gee...it didn't take the check long to appear on our table! Not willing to risk the chance of the waitress holding my change or credit card hostage, I paid with cash. At this point I was boiling mad! I've never had such poor service anywhere!
Fantasia Billiards is the absolute BEST at being the absolute WORST! So many levels of WRONG here!
Now that I look back on it, I believe there was only one person working there: that lone waitress! She was probably the entire waitstaff, cook, cashier, and bus boy!
Unfortunately being a billiard place, Fantasia is not bad. The billiard tables are in good shape, there were plenty of them, and the layout of the whole place was comfy and spacious. It's really too bad that their lack of attention to customers was what killed this place for me.
One star rating is one star too many! Never again... -

Last night some Yelpers and I met up to shoot some pool. This was a pretty cool place.
-Lots of tables
-Lots of waitresses coming around often
-Good quality sticks that were in good shape
-A nice big bar with friendly bartenders
-A outside area where you can smoke AND drink
-A big menu (although I didn't eat)
-Lots of free parking in the parking structure around the corner
The only negative was the lame video games. I love video games and theirs sucked!
Oh.. and there was this wavy haired blond who cussed liked a sailor, almost slammed her stick against the table, and screamed louder than a girl in a Freddy Kruger movie when she scratched on the eight ball to this weird Russian fella. Although she was witty, smart, and completely adorable, I'd stay away while she is shooting. It could get scary.Listed in: Don't Bitch about Being Bored!

Hot News: I noticed the following information printed on the bottom of my credit card receipt.
FREE POOL M-F 11am to 3pm with a minimum $6 food buy in.
That's sick! 4 hours of pool for $6. Hack Hack Cough Cough, I think I'm coming down with something.
How do they do it? Well, they kind of overcharge during regular hours. After 3pm you're looking at $14 an hour if you fly solo, a buck or two more per person per hour after that. I can't speak for the food prices, but the drinks are quite reasonable. Even though they're only medium sauce, $5.50 buys a delicious and refreshing Greyhound or Gin and Tonic to grease your wheels and get that cue ball flying.
The place is clean and cavernous; and like my shooting partner - all of their equipment is in great shape. The servers are totally on it with the drinks, and friendly to boot. The vibe is fun, comfortable and laid back.
Warning: This is Burbank. Practically everything shuts down at 10pm, so forget about getting a late night bite at one of the local restaurants.
If anyone plans on playing hooky one of these days, give me a call - Cough, cough, ahem, my throat feels soooooo sore.Listed in: You'll Never Know

They get a big fat, EH.
First it is way too expensive to play here. Secondly, every time I've gone, there are always machismo guys in the near by table that have NO pool etiquette whatsoever.
There is NOTHING like someone walking around a pool hall who has no etiquette.
Word to the new: DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT walk in anyone sight while they are shooting. Also, WATCH where you are going, do not bump into people while taking a shot.
This place is larger than most pool halls, there is no REASON for anyone to be bumping into others.
The darts here are ok... :/ EH
If you don't have a table, it's pretty darn' boring, coming from a heterosexual female, considering the servers (although very nice and sweet) are walking around dressed like hookers most of the time. It just doesn't do it for me.Listed in: .not so much.

Blech. Yuck. Blech. Brightly lit yuck at that.
If you like shiny shiny pool halls with shiny shiny teenagers in shiny shiny high heels showing off their shiny shiny teeth listening to The Pussycat Dolls on the jukebox, this is your place. And if you like to pay A LOT for this experience, you're like totally set, dude.
One thing: the bartender will make you a strong-ass drink. He'll make it wrong and insist it's right, but he'll make it strong.
If the pool is free during parts of the day, then do go. The sticks are new, the tables perfect (NO excuse for missing shots due to the felt or whatnot), and the lighting is, well, bright.
The ladies' bathroom is gross, by the way, so don't go expecting shiny, shiny toilets and sinks.Listed in: Pool, ok?

So, on reading some of the reviews for this place, I have come to an opinion. This is my opinion and I am taking full responsibility for it.
This is not a place for the girly-girls to go get drunk on wine. In fact, you should really just stay out. If you are looking for a good time, a place to hang out and chat while watching the game and knocking some balls around, then this is perfect. The tables are by the hour and are additional per person. The Most expensive time to go is on the weekends after 6pm as the table price starts at $14 per hour. The cheapest time is mid-week before 6pm as the price starts at only $6 per hour. In the evenings, wait staff are around to serve you drinks and bar food.
I used to play a lot when I lived on the east coast and I have to say that of all of the bars I've been in to play, this is one of the best. The other nice thing is that there is a lounge section so when you've had enough billiards, you and your buds have a place to sit to drink another round of beer while you talk and watch whatever is on the giant projector wall.Listed in: My Neighborhood

(4 1/2 Stars) Nice place to hang out. Lots of pool tables(after 6pm - $14/hour for 2 people, +$1 for each extra person), TVs near each pool table(we asked for them to turn on UFC on Spike and they did), waiters and bartenders were all really nice, a decent patio area with 2 TVs, one huge viewing area right behind the bar with a massive screen, and the beer was fairly cheap($16 for a pitcher). Also there are two building just for parking (free) right around the corner. Only problem was that the restroom wasn't too clean.
5 pitchers of New Castle and watching UFC while playing Pool, it just doesn't get better than this. -

This place is solid. You can come here to drink, eat, play pool, watch a game, or simply kill time before your movie starts. Many times though, I overdo it with Adios MF and don't quite remember the movie very well. Also, solid place when it's late and you're not sure which place is happening. It's clean and well maintained so what else do you need really?
