I had my first ever, second ever, and third ever experience with Famous Daves at this location.....wait for it....

ALL ON THE SAME DAY!!!

Was hanging with the fiancee prior to meeting up with some friends and we decided to get a quick appetizer/late-lunch. So we had some good munchies for an hour. Then her friends show up, the girls go baby shower shopping the boys get bored and we decide to go for some happy hour...at Famous Daves.

Then the girls get done shopping and it's time for dinner before our planned movie. Where else for dinner...then...FAMOUS DAVES!!! lol

Yeah it was definitely a lot of BBQ that day. But I did learn that Devil's Spit is my favorite BBQ sauce there, and yeah their food is delicious, the service was friendly all three times, and the pricing was just right.

It's very hard to give a chain restaurant five stars, but Famous Dave's rocks and this location is no exception.

I want like this place, I really do. It seems everyone else in the family likes it because we end up there more than we should.

The quality has been going down in the last few months. The waitstaff has gotten slower, refills take a long time or don't show up at all. The food quality has gone down as well, last trip my daughters ribs were undercooked and impossible to eat, our most recent trip the chopped pork was burnt, not just BBQ'd burnt but hard black inedible burnt. They ate the buns and left the meat.

The variety of sauces is nice.

I was sooooooooo excited to try a new bbq place..

And then I thought, ah, it was ok.

Oh well, happy hour was very cheap and the food was good, not super, but it was good.

But, if I were stuck in Tukwila with nothing to eat, I'd eat here.

Service was good, restaurant was clean, and there was a roll of paper towels on the table...always a plus when eating bbq.

No problem finding parking..no worries, drop by and have some ok bbq.

Relatively inexpensive happy hour that is served all day on sunday! And plenty of TV screens to watch your favorite football team play.

BBQ here is probably ok to maybe a little below average, but the cheap happy hour and the fact my football team won(loser pays for dinner) makes it even better!

I tend to only review chain restaurants when I have an above or below average experience.  Now, I absolutely love Famous Dave's and I find myself loving their brisket more than I probably should.  However, this recent experience left a bad experience lingering in my mind.  At 8 pm there was a 20 minute wait, and that is fine, but we were seated in the bar area sooner because our party was of age.  We got our ID's checked twice which is weird to me, but again, fine.

After the second ID check though, our waiter proceeded to ignore us for a while.  He finally came back and got drink orders but ran away before we could rattle off our dinner orders.  That's irritating.  He came back and we ordered.  The food came out in a timely manner and was delicious as always.  However, the waiter was nowhere to be found when we wanted refills.  He was nowhere to be found when we wanted our plates cleared.  He was also nowhere to be found when we were tired of waiting and wanted our check.  Oh!  Wait!  There he is, chatting with two ugly chicks trying to flirt his way into a bigger tip.  Not cool man, not cool.  After he finished flirting, pathetically I might add, he sauntered over to our table and asked how things were.  It was a little late for that question.  We paid and left.

Bottom line is the food is great, as it is at all locations, but the service at this location blows!  I would avoid it if possible.

So I didn't exactly go out to the restaurant to eat but I still had their take-out catering food anyway! Yay for free food at work!

Anyway, the only memorable item from Famous Dave's BBQ was the catfish sticks!!! My golly, these were tasty! They were a little on the salty side but the meat was tender and you could barely taste the "fishy" smell. I mean if someone closed their eyes and took a bite, it seriously would've tasted like chicken. Go figure. Everything tastes like chicken. It also came with some jalapeno sauce which I didn't try but my co-worker sure seemed to like the taste of it.

The cole slaw was decent too but I wasn't too crazy about their pulled pork or chicken burgers. Their wings weren't bad though, not too spicy and not too flavorful either, it was just right.

Overall, not too bad for free food! It's also one of those places you'd expect to see at a food fair like the Bite of Seattle or some local festival.

Not big on bbq sauce since I generally like my meat marinated. Thankfully they served the ribs naked so that you can choose one of the sauces that are on the table with which to douse your food. I left mine alone.

Got the St. Louis combo that came with pork spareribs and your choice of other meat. I got buffalo wings. Nice and spicy, not completely drowing in sauce. My platter also came with a bunch of sides i.e. corn muffin, corn, and my choice of 2 more, so I chose the fries and mac/cheese.

Since I was having a serious meat jones after nearly a week of forced vegetarianism (gotta get rid of the tomatoes and basil that are taking over my garden) I did some serious chowing down at Famous Dave's. Was it any good? Good enough for me not to take home any leftovers because I'd scarfed the whole platter down...except the mac and cheese. You might want to skip that.

I still don't understand why Tony Roma's left and was replaced it with Famous Dave's! The first time we went, we got individual orders so we can try different things. It was okay, even with the different kinds of sauces, it was just okay...

So we decided to give it a second try about a year later and ordered the platter that serves 2 people so we can try different things all at once and still not amazing. Tastes like the ribs were cooked in water first, then put on the grill for some sauce. They should just worry about the taste of their meat instead of trying to cover it up with 5 different bbq sauces that aren't even that good.

I found the food good, not great. It was worth the money though. We got the Famous Feast for two and it came with ribs, chicken, beans, coleslaw, cornbread and chopped pork. The meat items were all moist and flavorful, the sides were good and the cornbread muffins were AMAZING. It's not a place I'd return to frequently, but it's a good choice every once in awhile!

My cousin and I ate there for the first time on our "shopping date" since we've heard so much about it.

We ended up trying the ribs and at first we tried to be all lady like trying to eat it with our forks and knives hahaha, epic failure. We ended up saying 'forget it' and just chowed down on those ribs and it's was heaven. The original sauce that comes with it was already delicious but I added the spicy sauce that they have on the table which just glorified it even more.

Basically, my cousin and I fell in love with their ribs haha. But not only was the food good, the service was great, everyone was really friendly and helpful.

I definitely recommend trying this place even at least once. Gotta try everything once right? lol

Long story short.

I was in Utah, and there was a Famous Daves.
I ate, and I was happy and full.
I saw a Famous Daves in Southcenter, and I rushed right in.
I ate, and I'm happy and full.

Downside, this is not a lunch place.  There is no way you can have a functioning day after eating here.

It was a nice sunny day and we wanted to be seated in their outdoor dining area. We were asked to choose our table, so we chose one in the shade, but noticed there was still the last party's check still on it. The greeter eyeballed the table to see if it was clean and sat us. Weird and uncomfortable. After we got our order and drinks, we waited fifteen minutes for just appetizers. Then several more minutes for our check. Service is not very attentive here, even though they looked over-staffed.  The food wasn't bad though.  I would go back, but hopefully on a good day.

Good For: appetizers, family pig-outs

No thanks.
I Love BBQ, and am always looking for new places to chow down.
A friend refered Famous Daves to me, and I had seen them in the midwest so I thought I'd check them out.
The place is very BBQess but I find that there are too many tables crammed into the space which makes moving about tough. Major ass-to-face going on. I have two big complaints. The portions are small, and they rely to much on the sauces tableside. I was poked by the waiter when he wanted to know if I wanted more Iced tea. He poked me from behind instead of walking around to ask me.
I find it to be a mix of Red Robin & B.B. McGraws.
Neither make me want to do backflips.

The BBQ was okay flavor wise if you are a sauce freak; the meat was excessively fatty and the service slow.  Good music (yay blues!) and décor (well for a BBQ joint).  Oh and the potato salad really sucked (no surprise; I am a hater on 90% of potato salads).  My son liked the mini corn dogs and they looked to be battered with real corn meal.

I lived off Famous Daves in college. We went practically every Sunday until our college-broke pockets couldn't afford it anymore. Then we cut back to once a month and boy did I go through withdrawal.

I've tried everything on the menu but the wings and catfish are my favorite. I am also a fan of the apples, cornbread and fires. I usually eat half of my food and once you see the servings you will understand why. I'm pretty sure I can blame Famous Dave's for the freshman fifteen/twenty I gained my first year in college. We finally got one in Kansas City last year and I ate there every chance I could get. Now I have to drive all the way to Southcenter to enjoy it but it's worth it.

Famous Daves recently opened it door in this area over a year ago. Before this I've never heard of the place. At first my thoughts where "OK, here we go, another Corprate Franchise type restaurant which inhabits the souroundings of all our major shopping malls across the region." The likes of Applebee's, Claim Jumpers, the Keg, Red Robins, Cheesecake Factory just to name a few. Expectations for these types of establishments are typically the same. Got to try it once, if its good and family friendly then we can come back again with the kids when where out shopping. Usually  when its just me and my wife eatting out we avoid these type of restaurants completly. Well.... not entirely true. We do occasionally eat at Red Robins. It beats fast food  when where in the mood for a burgers.

I was expecting an athmopehere like Tony Romas, The Keg, and Outback. To my suprise it was so much different. Unlike the dark, dim, mahogany furnished counterpart, this place felt very vibrant with its welcoming colors and decor. It was refreshing:) I couldnt help overhear the customers as we where making our way to our seats conversating about the food. Remarks like " Oh you have to try this sauce" " This rib is great!" "Hmmm what should I try next" and its likes where many. I couldn't wait.

Each table had there own full roll of paper towels. Beleive me when I say you will need it! Also with it came 6 different type of BBQ sauces at  your dispossal. Yes, 6. This is the first time I ever had this much to choose from. From something hot, to smokey and sweet, there will be something to each ones liking here. The waiter had to tell me twice that I had sauce all over my cheek :) BBQ this good, you end up eating messy.

The menu had plenty to choose and stayed true to its midwest roots. You didnt see a seafood or pasta section anywhere in those pages. Through the menu we ordered the BBQ Platter. This way we could sample most of what Famous Daves had to offer. Here was a dish that had portions of ribs, brisket, chicken, coleslaw, baked beans, jojo fries, corn bread and sweet corn. We where only a party of three but the portions seemed like it was made for six. Left overs where plenty. You wont leave here with an empty stomach.

In conclusion of my review, I just have to say the food was incredibly amazing! By far one of the best BBQ I've ever had. As I write this, I cant help think of how juicy the helpings where. From the tender chicken and briskets to the mouth watering ribs, it was sooooo.. good! I'm glad and esctatic that they opened up here. This will always be the spot when craving BBQ. The price was decent and the staff was extremely friendly. The portions where generous and the BBQ was simply great! Come down if you havent done so yet, you'll have a good time and a great meal.  Enjoy!

First time I went to this place was in Puyallup. I couldn't believe the HUGE PORTIONS they serve! When the server brought what I ordered, just by looking at it, I was instantly FULL!

My favorite and the only thing I have ordered is the Rib Tips Combination. It comes with a mound of rib tips with toasted texas toasts underneath, two sides, corn on the cob and sweet corn muffin all in a round tray. I order the rib tips 'dry' (no sauce), it seems more moist and smokier flavor. They have several different sauces on the table and I use little dab of each for fun. The combination comes with 2 side dishes and there are several sides to choose from. I have tried the green beans, mac n' cheese, potato salad, baked beans and coleslaw and they are all good!

If you're going to ask for a side salad make sure you share it someone, get ready for a huge portion! Nothing is small, everything here comes in HUGE PORTIONS! The pecan pie is warmed and OH YUMMERS! Last but not the very least - the price is EXCELLENT!

A MUST TRY! =)

Honestly, the BBQ here is far from the best.  I only attend this joint because of their beer special on Mondays and the happy hour wings.  The wings aren't the best either, but they're cheap wings - and for some reason, buffalo wings are hard to find in the NW.  The cornbread is decent to pretty good.  The meat is okay, but I've had a lot better elsewhere.   The best thing I've had here was the brisket.   It's usually pretty consistent.  The array of sauces is nice.

The downsides are the small sides and the inconsistencies with some of the meats, whichi is normally their pork..  If you order a meal, you get two sides, corn bread, and corn-on-the-cob.  In the end, you get a lot of food for your buck.

They do not have fried okra. I automatically deducted a star for this fact!

I ordered the brisket, and it was way more seasoned than what I used to eat in Texas. They served in top of Texas Toast, not what I am used to either, but Texas is a big state so maybe that varies from area to area.

Their corn muffin was really good, and they brought me honey on request. The beans were so-so, the apples not that good.

My fiance got a pulled pork sandwich and said it was OK. Not bad but nothing amazing.

The restaurant was not busy when we were there (7:30pm on a Sunday night) and we were seated and served promptly. The food came out VERY quickly. Our waiter was trying a little TOO hard, but he was nice and went out of his way to make sure we were served. So we had no problems with the service.

The prices are reasonable for a chain like this. You get decent portions of food.

If you have lived your whole life in the Pacific NW, you should have no problems with the food here. If you have lived in other parts of the country and are looking for authenticity, this is not the place to go.

I tried Famous Dave's BBQ on a whim...we were driving through Southcenter with empty stomachs looking for a place to satisfy our hunger pangs.  Applebee's...No, Azteca....No, not really, Outback...hell NO!  Famous Dave's...hmmm, why not?

After being seated promptly we order a meal for 2 people that came with an assortment of goodies.  Ribs, chicken, brisket, 2 sides, corn on the cob, and corn  muffins.  Fair to say...it was way too much food for the two of us...had we been 2 brawny men it would have been the perfect amount.   I tried a little bit of each to ensure I tasted everything...I also tried their assortment of sauces...the original being my personal favorite.

I can't say that it was the best BBQ I have ever had...but the brisket was mighty good and tender.  If I go back I might just have to order a serving of just the brisket and nothing else.

Now...if they could just get their bartenders to make a decent drink...I might go up to 4 stars.

I've been to this place 3 times so far.  The previous time will be the last.

When they first opened things looked promising and the food was decent.  But last time I went the place looked like it was falling apart.  We went in and waited to be seated.  10 minutes rolled by and we did not see a single waiter/waitress, host, or busboy around at all.  Just people sitting at tables idly chatting.  We finally got seated when the take out cashier saw that we had been standing there for a long time.  The party really started once we sat down.  Another 10-15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge that we had sat down.  30 minutes for our appetizers and another 45 minutes for our food to arrive.  The food was cold and dry and it took a game of where's waldo to find a waiter to help us.  I ended up having to walk around the place to steal a tray of bbq sauce from an empty table.

We got hardly any service aside from someone taking our order, giving our food and later on the bill.  The people who were working had no organization at all and I think most of them just hid in the kitchen.  Quietest chain restaurant I've ever been to.  We ended up spending over 3 hours there.  Not because we wanted to, but because that's how long it took us to get our food.

Our work got food catered from Famous Dave's today... I had never heard of Famous Dave's before.  When I asked a coworker, what is Famous Dave's?  They were appalled that I had NEVER experienced this...

If the work "Famous" is in the title of a restaurant, is that always a good thing?  And if it is Famous Dave's, and I've never heard of it, perhaps it's famous for the wrong reason.  Know-what-I'm-sayin?

They got chicken, ribs, coleslaw, beans, and strawberry shortcake.

The chicken was dry, the ribs were not fall off the bone, the coleslaw had a weird taste & texture, the beans I did not eat, and the strawberry shortcake... was blah.

Perhaps I need to visit the restaurant to get the real "Famous Dave's" treatment.  Jones BBQ & Longhorn BBQ is still way way way better than the food we got from Famous Dave's.

I live in the city and don't usually go to suburban chain restaurants but I have to say I'm a fan of this place.

I first ate at this restaurant few years ago while visiting the Midwest and keep thinking when they will expand to the NW. I was elated when my prayer was answered.

No doubt this place is for the carnivores. They offer varieties of BBQ ribs, chicken, catfish, cornbread, etc. with generous portions and very reasonable prices. Your order comes with I think....8 or 10 different BBQ sauce for your taste buds.

Give this joint a try  if you love meat or BBQ. Their happy hour gives you even better value.

Ah, we meet again FD. After Dreamland, in Tuscaloosa, AL I believe this is the greatest BBQ place on the planet. Since I've haven't been all over the planet I'll let you trust me. For best value order 2 meat combo with ribs being one of the meats. I like the Georgia Pulled Pork Sandwich to be the other one. Don't eat the whole thing in one sitting-major coronary hazard. Drinks are too expensive, but they make up with the food. You go there to eat after all not to drink.
Service-OK-but whenever I get in there I couldn't care less who the server is or what they do as long as the food comes fast and it always does.

Amazing food, the servings are insane, and the choices are stupendous. The salads at Famous Daves are crisp and so incredibly fresh they taste like they must have been picked that morning. The sauces are great, with choices like Devil's Spit. The garlic mashed potatoes are fabulous. But really? The whole reason the company I work for keeps heading to Famous Daves for lunch? The ribs. OMG the ribs!!!!

Fun atmosphere, a lot less creepy than the Tacoma location. ;)

Let me start off by saying that BBQ ribs are, without a doubt, my favorite thing to eat.

I decided to make a pit stop here on a trip from Olympia to Seattle after reading some reviews. Maybe people in Washington just don't get what good BBQ is. I'm not claiming to be any sort of expert, but I've had better ribs at home. From the oven. 'Nuff said.

I ordered a lunch special priced at $9 and left with a full belly and no leftovers. Mind you I'm a small girl--I clock in at about 110 and have a medium appetite. I would say the portions are small for the price.

Let's get to the nitty-gritty:

The RIBS: The lunch special came with only 3 (I was expecting 4 and the menu didn't specify). They were served to me pre-cut into perfect little rectangles with minimal sauce. Fortunately, there were five different sauces on the table to choose from, ranging from sweet to tangy to spicy. Satisfied with the sauces. The ribs, however, were significantly below par. Too chewy and not fatty enough. Definitely not falling-off-the-bone status, as you would expect from a specialty BBQ place.

the CORN MUFFINS: Tasty, but too mushy. When I'm eating barbecue, I expect a full on mess. This means the corn bread crumbles. I don't want no half-baked shit.

the MAC N CHEESE: without the jalepenos, this mac n cheese would have too closely resembled KFC mac n cheese.

Famous Dave's certainly tries hard in the atmosphere department. The walls were filled with fake memorabilia and boots and flannel shirts hanging on hooks. I had to restrain myself from asking the waiter if I could take down all the useless dangling flannels and hand them out to homeless people who might truly appreciate them. Honestly, when I'm going out for barbecue, I'm looking for good ass food, not log cabins and stuffed reindeer. I felt like I was in line for Splash Mountain in the waiting area. Leave the contrived surroundings for Disneyland and Red Robin, Dave, and let's not forget that we're across the freeway from the Tacoma Mall.

There are many far, far better places to get your rib fix. If you are ever near Olympia and are up for an adventure, check out Ranch House BBQ--about 10 minutes north of Oly on the 101. DELICIOUS and AUTHENTIC--two key elements Famous Dave's is unfortunately lacking.

Man....Oh MAN....What can I say about FAMOUS DAVES....This place is a true BBQ heaven....I went here with my wife and kids yesterday we ordered the All American feast for about $57 "  Ribs, chicken, brisket, pork pulled, fries, corn on the cob, and cornbreads. We left with a bunch of left-over. The sauces are great, there are 6 different kinds on your table and my favorite is Devil's Spit. The waitress we had was super nice and more than helpful. If you go here with 4 people order the All American feast. Plenty of parking here.

Ok I have to say that I went against my better judgement but I was out shopping with the woman for our trip coming up and we were hungry and we decided some bbq sounds like a good idea. Right?

WRONG!

Ok the first thing about this place is the authentic fakeness of its authenticity. They brag on the menu of how they cook their BBQ so long so you think wow I am sort of surprised. But then when you figure that TGIF opened a bad BBQ joint, you realize the sort of hell you just landed in. We started with their sampler platter thinking that we would move onto an entree afterwards. What a total piece of shit. Everything save perhaps a couple ribs was, yes you guessed it, FROZEN prepackaged shit food.

Contents of this disgusting meal:

Chicken tenders. Dry and nasty. I would take a skanky mcnuggett over this anyday. It was obviously those cheap tyson big box crap. It was just awful.

Catfish fingers (or something). Again frozen. it was like a fish taquito with hardly any fish. all breading and deep fried.

Wings. Small and bony drenched in oil and red hot. Greasy and disgusting. I love a good wing, but this is not it.

Ribs: Big damn deal at this point. Dry and small. not totally awful but hell what the FFFFF.

Oh did I mention the greasy frozen onion ring bits? We obviously got the bottom of the bag.

Is it unfair for me to expect that a restaurant actually prepare fresh food and cook it? There are no cooks, just autobots in the kitchen who likely hate their lives. The food was so bad that we closed out check and left rather than order dinner. Sadly that was not enough to save me from a stomach ache. Thats bad. I think that the day this crappy place closes will be great. Sadly, I suspect it will survive somehow given how few americans are willing to demand fresh food of any quality. My advice, cook at home.

NOT Recommended ever!

Is it a chain? Yes. Does it offer reasonably good BBQ yes? Why four stars then? Because Seattle is seriously lacking in good BBQ joints and I think this one offers the best selection, sauces, and taste.

I'm also from Minnesota, the home of Famous Daves (go figure). So their  Brisket, which tastes exactly like it does in MN, is a great comfort.

The ribs need a little work. Often they're too dry.

A co-worker told us about this place when it first opened.  Being stuck in the area with limited lunch selection, we decided to try it out.  The lunch combos are a great deal - for $10, you can get 2 ribs, another meat item, a 3" corn-on-the-cob, a side of your choice, and a cornbread muffin.  That's more than enough food for even the best of eaters.  I always end up saving part of my side and my cornbread muffin for later in the afternoon.  The service - and I suspect because we went too early in their opening - was lacking.  The people were always nice (and apologizing for their oversight); but when you've got the rest of your work day ahead, you just want your lunch!

Last night when we found ourselves shopping near Southcenter, we decided to try Famous Dave's dinner.  We ended up sitting at the bar (there was a wait of 45 for those waiting to be seated in the dining area).  By some miracle, we got there with just 5 minutes left of happy hour!  We enjoyed our $2 tall beers and half-priced appetizers (I recommend the onion strings.).  The dinner combo platters were huge - 5 ribs, meat choice (twice the size of the lunch platter), two sides, and the corn-on-the-cob with cornbread muffin.  It was a lunch platter on steroids.  Needless to say, we have enough leftovers in our fridge to get us through the weekend now.  (By the way, apparently the lunch platters are available until 5, as an early bird special.).

The service this time around was a lot better than we've had before.  The bartenders were attentive (we sat at the bar, literally, not at a table in the bar area), and quick - I don't think I've ever seen bartenders move so fast, serving drinks and food.  The food was great as always.  I love the sauce selection, I'm a little bummed that when you get take out, they only have two sauces - "Rich and Sassy" and "Devil's Spit" available as takeout packets.    All-in-all, this was dinner was the best trip to Dave's we've had thus far.  I'd also have to say that Dave's is amongst one of the better BBQ places I've been to since moving to Seattle.

This place was pretty decent.  Portions are quite large.  Our service was super attentive, until it came time for the food to come.  Two couples around us got served before us, despite the fact they came in and sat down about 10 minutes after us.  I guess chicken takes a bit longer to cook (or so I was informed when I inquired where my food was).

The waitress we had was super nice and more than helpful.  We ended up sitting in the bar area, rather than waiting for a table on Saturday for lunch, but we were still taken care of quite well.

When my chicken sandwich finally came out, it was actually a hamburger.  The waitress had me my chicken sandwich in about 3 minutes and boxed up the hamburger to take home since it had already been served.  No charge, of course.  She was apologetic and I felt bad for whoever was not getting their hamburger.

The BBQ sauce that I used (sweet and tangy) was a bit runny and the chicken sandwich was a bit plain without any sauce on it - you had to add your own.  It was nice to have a choice but the chicken itself tasted plain.  The potato salad was a bit runny and disappointing, but overall it was a decent meal and well priced for the portions.

Me & the hubby like to try out different restaurants. We decided to try Famous Dave's since at the time, it was still grand opening. The ribs were pretty good but my sides were ok. My corn was cold when the server told me that they were just cooked. Blah!

They also have different sauces on the side of the table, for your ribs or chicken. Also they have a roll of paper towel for your dirty hands :)

Good for big groups. Had the All American feast (2-3) fed three boys and I ate the corn bread. The All American feast consisted of ribs, chicken, brisket, potato wedges, corn on the cob, and cornbread. The meat is not the best, but good enough to eat. I mainly come here for the cornbread because it is amazingggggggg! I usually have to eat at least two or more. =D

Typical food of a chain nothing really special about it. Don't get me wrong it was good but I didn't hurry back. I have only gotten take out and was put off  by the soggy slice of bread they conceal under the by the pound meat portions. they also tend to be pretty cheap with the Fry's, the side order prices are outrageous.
I have a difficult time paying these prices for something mediocre.

Perfect restaurant for the carnivore in me! They specialize in different styles of BBQ. Louisiana, Texas, and Georgia are the ones I remember. Having never been down in the true South (I do not count FL or NC) I cannot vouch for authenticity, however Famous Dave's has some good food! Beware that if you order a burger, it really will be a hamburger topped with whatever meat is described (Georgia pulled pork, bacon, etc.). So you will definitely get your fill. And each meal comes with at least 2 sides plus cornbread. There are 5 or 6 different BBQ sauces at the tables to add to your food plus an entire roll of paper towels to sop up all your mess!

Good BBQ in Tukwila!  This place is cool, its a chain but its serving up good (not great) BBQ.  But if you've been in Seattle as long as I have, to get this level of quality is pretty good.  It rivals Jones BBQ (my fave) in meat tenderness and flavor but has a more smoky flavor than Jones.  And the SAUCES!  this was the best part, they offer 6 different kinds of BBQ sauces.  Service is OK, the food is better.  And the portions are on point - yeh yeh!!  Recommendation: Order the ribs.

i really like this place.  the food is good and the portions are large, but the prices are not.  i like the fact that they have a sauce rack with like 6 different sauces for your barbecue.  i always come here with my friends and we order the platter meal, served on top of a garbage can lid, cleaned and used only for serving food of course.  this huge platter includes brisket, ribs, corn muffins, pulled pork, corn on the cobb, cole slaw or potato salad, basically a monster sampler platter.  all in all, we always came in hungry and left full.  the service here is ok, depends on the server, sometimes they're here and sometimes they're not.  the wait times are usually 30 minutes on a busy night, about 15 on a slow night.  parking is plentiful for it's in a strip mall.  the ambiance?  well, it's a barbecue place...so it's loud, the lights are bright and the surroundings are western cowboy style.  i gave this place a 4 because it's not the best barbecue i've ever had, but it definitely is satisfying.
