Ok it's been a very long time since I've lived here. I lived here during 2003-2004 so I'm not sure if this review is helpful or not. During the time this place was ghetto but now it's all newly remodeled and gated. They have beautiful landscaping too.
Pros:
-nice family community
-pretty landscaping
-manager was nice
-there was a daycare center within the apartments(not sure if they still have that now)
-playground for the kids
-place is in a nice location with everything nearby
Cons:
-the laundry facility was always dirty and people would get their freak on in there
-you could see the kids at schs and during graduation you could hear everything that goes on from the apartment
-doesn't allow pets
very lame place... buildings are old mildew builds up easily in the bathrooms kids from highschool always smoking weed in the carport area its just plain ghetto
Sorry this place is not good at all...My experience was just to see it,as a possible future resident. They have a good location,but building are pretty old...The women in the office was quite old and walk very slow...She try to be nice..But same time try to make me TAKE the apartment for a good price...She told me how special this apartment are...It was just OK,or even worse on my opinion.Even model was dirty and looks unwelcoming...Price was most shocking moment...She offer me a very good discount...But even this rate not worth to pay for such a place...
What great place to live, they take real pride in keeping the place up. I like being able to have my little ones run around with out much concern as the property is gated.
They are run family style which is very nice compared to the could care less attitude of the bigger complexes.
